Popeye's Supplements Edmonton West

Stopped by with my mom to get some protein for powder for herself and we were kindly greeted by Kimberly. She was so attentive and kind and answered all of our questions and was so patient. I have never felt more comfortable buying supplements before! She was a wealth of knowledge and we definitely will be coming back!

Great help from staff. I've never been before and wasn't sure what to expect, was thinking of a few supplements to help my goals. The staff member was fantastic, gave some different options based on goals and routine. Some were even less expensive then I was looking at. Highly recommend vs online stores just for the advice alone. I'm a pure cardio routine no weights and he was able to recommend options better for runners.

You made a right choice) I've been shopping here for probably last 10 years and always was happy with products and deals. Today i had another visit and there is an awesome guy who made my day with his knowledge, service and great customer relationships skills that definitely made me feel happy and motivated for a rest of the day.his name is Daniel and thank you Popeye's management for having such a great people to work for you!

David helped with all the questions I had, knew the differences in products, made good recommendations and went out of his way even though it was busy and I appreciate the service.

Staff here are knowledgeable and help provide great suggestions for the products you are looking for. David who i see there on a regular occasion is super friendly and is worth chatting to. Always has good recommendations and cares about the customer and thier goals. Selection is pretty good at this location and prices are competitive to what you would find online but better because you dont need to wait for shipping!

The staff member that I met was very helpful and offered advice on the products I was purchasing. Great selection of products and a after visiting other stores in Edmonton, I can't recommend the prices at Popeyes enough.

The team here is always helpful and super friendly! They are great about getting you a product from a different location, if what you are looking for isn't available at the store you're at. We're very happy we started coming here.

Was looking to switch up my vegan protein powder. The gentleman helping me was super helpful and knowledgeable. He knew the products well and I got exactly what I was looking for. I also ended up getting a new preworkout and again he was extremely helpful. I’ve tried many preworkouts and he suggested Superset. Both products were great. I was happy with the level of service. I’ve been going to this locations for a few years now, they have always been helpful and welcoming. They offer their assistance right away. I don’t have super high needs I just always need pre workout, but they have helped me find the best one suitable for me.

Every time I have been in this location there is friendly knowledgeable, staff always willing to help you out and answer any questions. I feel that prices are competitive as well.

I’ve been a customer at this location for the past 6 years. The staff here are great, amazing how much they know about all the products I’ve asked about.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff…great advice on preworkout, and decided on Impact Pump sour gummy bear flavour…amazing!

I called the 170street location looking for a specific product.
The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely polite, professional and helpful. He explained that the item had been out of stock for some time now but was now back in stock.
I asked if it was possible to put 2 of the items on hold. The peach flavored low in sugar Belinni drink mix was very popular and I was afraid that it would be sold out before I could get to there location.
He said that it would be no problem and without hesitation asked for my name saying it would be here waiting for me.

Great customer service skills are unfortunately fading and it is so uplifting to see that it still exists in some business. For that reason alone I will continue to shop at that location.
Keep up the great work, and please continue to do what you do.

Always buy my supplements from here. Good prices and selection and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. They have a nice selection of water bottles, too!

I made a 1.5 hour drive for my first time buying at Popeye’s. The front counter guy was very welcoming as soon as you walk into the door, his knowledge of where the supplement I was looking for was instant, which is nice to see.
The free shirt they give you for spending X amount of dollars was very appreciated and is awesome quality!
Very well kept and clean store, very organized.

Great customer service and great sales! I find the staff extremely helpful in answering my many questions whenever I go in. I have even ordered for delivery of my supplements during the pandemic and it felt very personalized when it was dropped off and full of free trail sized goodies!

I went into Popeyes looking for a new Preworkout. Clayton was SUPER helpful, he listened to what I needed and found something that would work for my and my training! Even suggested trying some quest protein shakes for my cold brew coffees and fantastic, I’ll be back for those and more supplement a dive from Clayton!

This location has stellar customer service. Being a BBW who gets nervous going into places like this due to low confidence, this store has never made me feel anything but happy to be there. Super helpful and almost always have our item in stock. Highly recommend. Just left there happier than I went in. Keep it up. Kindness seems to be a lost art.

Love this location! I mean I haven't been to the others yet but out of all the supplement stores in the west end, I love Popeyes the most because they sell my favourite brands. They also have a loyalty program that lets you collect popeyes dollars so you can use them for future purchases.

I was in Popeye's for the first time ever and Nick (store manager) was courteous with a cheerful greeting as soon as we entered. I already knew what I was looking for; however not sure where to find it. Nick was helpful and knowledgeable! Excellent customer service! I will definitely return to this location!

Love going to Popeyes to grab all my supplement needs. Blake was very friendly and knowledgeable while I decided what I wanted to buy. I recommend checking it out and definitely go during their sales!

Need supplements? Well, go to Popeye's! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, which is particularly helpful considering the craziness of all these supplements. Why do we even need em?

Went here to pick up a few things (protein, vegegreens, fish oils, etc.), I was the only customer in the store and the service rep couldn't be bothered to assist me because he was too busy on his phone. Barely looked up to say hi, didn't ask if I needed help with anything, I asked if this was the only flavour they had of the protein I was looking for and he took a second, sighed and looked up, and said "yup", then right back down into his phone. After that I just left and said forget it to everything else. Didn't want to spend my money in a place where it was an inconvenience for me to do so. Usually get good service at Popeyes but yeah this experience was not good.

Popeye's Edmonton west has amazing customer service in my experience with supplement stores. I switched to Popeye's after I had a poor experience with a competing supplement supplier. The staff is always extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Store is all blocked off due to covid. The nice clerk asked what I wanted and rattled off a bunch of words I didn't understand. I said I wasn't sure I just wanted to look. She said I wasn't allowed, and again rattled off the words. I told her I was looking for a specific package and I just need to look around, which she told me I cannot because of Covid. Rattled off a bunch of words again, and I told her I don't know what she's saying and just left.

It's a shame it's so difficult to shop there. Many other stores of the same size have figured it out. I ended up getting what I wanted at a competitor.

As a beginner to using supplements, I am really happy with how helpful the staff has been each time I have come in. They have told me pros and cons to the products I've been looking for, they've quickly led me to what I've been looking for, and they've answered any questions I've had. I've only been in a few times, but plan to continue coming in for my supplement needs. Thank you guys!

I was just in the store the 2 guys working we’re kinda just acting like I was a Burden being in there I definitely felt uncomfortable at one point when I was talking he rolled his eyes.why work there if your unhappy!
At the end he asked if I wanted to be a member definitely NOT.
When I use to do fitness I always came here I guess because I wasn’t in GREAT shape I’m know use to them now they clearly wanted me in and out

Always come to this location. Knowledgable staff. Like that you get free swag at different price points as well as collecting Popeyes dollars. Recommended.

Just recently had the pleasure of going to this Popeyes again. Staff is ALWAYS super helpful and respectful. Never push you to buy anything and have a vast amount of knowledge about items compared to day gnc or as I call them steal all yo money.

Great place to get your work out needs I spent a few hundo here I saved about one hundred on all the stuff I got

Popeyes never lets me down. The staff seem to know everything about every product. They are not pushy on sales whatsoever. They will however provide suggestions, for example if you are about to buy something and there happens to be a similar product on sale. They are great for giving away samples too.

are so busy there. They almost could use a revolving door. Better prices than Muscle Beach.
