Went in looking for product to help recover from heavy training. The staff was super friendly and informative of what a possible Soulution would be.

Always a good experience when coming into the store, the staff is very knowledgeable on what products do to our bodies, and help us get the proper products we are looking for.

Brad was a great help on helping me decide on the products that was best to use as well as simplifying the science behind it. Highly recommend talking to him as you start your journey to living a healthier lifestyle!

Came in last Sunday afternoon to some supplements as a beginner to training and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, never tried to upset me more expensive products and were very honest and suggested only the products I need as well as recommendations for the future should I need it. Brad is super knowledgeable and so great to deal with. He’s friendly and was also very patient with my 2 year old running around trying to rearrange the store it’s the only place in Fort Mac we’ll go for our supplement needs. The best customer service, hands down!

Christian wasn’t the best at customer service with his know it all attitude. Employees who work at a supplement store should not assume they know more than the person purchasing product. Calling supplements “inferior” or “horrible” could have been done without. All opinions are relative and when a customer wants one they’ll ask. Will continue to ship my products from elsewhere. 10/10 won’t recommend.

The owner was very enthusiastic and patient, the products I needed were sold out, and he introduced me to vitamins and protein powders that I might need! The product introduction is very detailed, and it also gave me a cup at checkout. Very considerate service, I will come back again!:)

The man behind the counter was nice enough, but he wasn’t wearing a mask at all. Not even as a chin diaper, just none. 1) I’m pretty sure that’s illegal right now, as we’re all supposed to do our part by wearing masks inside any indoor public space. (Even our children do, all day long at school, even though it’s unpleasant.) It’s also a very small/cramped store, which makes it all the more important to wear a mask.
2) Please make an effort to protect your customers. We all wear masks inside public settings to protect you, the staff, and others, so please grant us the same basic courtesy and respect. No one wants Covid-19 for Christmas, or to pass it on to a loved one. Won’t be returning.

Every time I walk into the store I’m met by an approachable sales person that exceeds my expectations in supplement knowledge. Regardless of my lacking physical physique they treat me the same, as a person ready to compete in a show. Not something you see at other establishments. Very much appreciated and allows for more question asking.

Went in to buy one thing and came out with two. The guy working was very helpful and friendly. Knew a lot of useful information on everything I asked about. Will be stopping there in the future to buy more supplements.

Honestly, with the bigger exclusive sizing on most products and the lower prices than other stores it’s hard to imagine shopping elsewhere. Not to mention the knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help on when and why you should take certain supplements and give you 100% of their attention when you are in the store. 100% recommended this location!

Great service, staff was very helpful! I don't know a lot about supplements so I had quite a few questions but they took their time to answer them all. I felt comfortable and welcomed and would recommend this place to anyway looking for some supplements or maybe just some knowledge about them.

I've been to a few different Popeye's locations as I've moved around a lot, this one is my favourite though for sure! The store itself isn't the biggest store ever but they use the space really well and the service is amazing. The guy working when I went in asked what I was looking for and showed me exactly what I was looking for and wasn't pushy to get me to buy something more expensive. If you're looking for good quality and good service this is the place to go!
