Selling and buying a home is probably THE biggest financial decision you make in your life and so finding a realtor who does a great job is obviously important. After meeting with a few realtors to determine who to go with, Jonathan easily stood out among the rest. Not only is he warm and likable, he had a clear understanding of what was going on in the market and how to approach it without coming across as over promising or too salesy. He had a well put together folder of information on sales and stats in our community to help support the $ amount he recommended to us with confidence to sell our house at. I appreciated that he was decisive and confident in this decision and even when we thought it was too high, helped us to understand why we could ask that. When we had concerns or worries, he was able to address them and articulate clearly why we needed to go a certain direction. Although we know he has many clients demanding of his time, we always felt like we were important clients to him and worth the time. When investing so much money in a sale and realtor, it was important to us to feel like we matter. After selling our house in just 3 days and coming in at 98% of asking price, we can see that he really does know the market and the methods he uses works. I honestly am SO happy we went with Jonathan and will easily recommend him to others.
