I had my truck towed from my driveway to the shop with a transfer case issue. Tow truck operator was friendly, fast and professional. Great communication between their dispatch and customers. Highly recommend Popow's for any Central Alberta towing.

The absolute worst company in town for both body shop and especially towing.if your vehicle breaks down and you need a tow from them I highly recommend pushing it at least then it'll be in better hands.thier staff ranges from sexist to incompotent to down right disrespectful.this place is a complete nightmare to deal with and even speaking to the owner is a waste of time.the first tow I had from them I was at work and they came to my house anyway and dragged my parked truck side ways and then backwards half way across the parking lot I came home to black marks across the parking lot.the next tow I had they sent someone who didn't even know how to hook up the truck properly much less be able to drive with the truck on the back I'm truly surprised my truck arrived at its destination without dents and scratches all over it although I needed to fix my landscaping before my landlord saw the mess the tow truck driver left as he just rammed everything and drove over what ever he felt like to hook up to my truck when there was ample room for him to properly align with my truck

I haven't been to the location. I did obtain an engine from Popow's via my mechanic and they provided a good product and met their timelines for delivery.

Wasnt too happy dealing with these guys way over priced starter i got from another wreckers for 45 $ they tried to sell it to me for 110 same brand

I had the worst experience by the employee name james he is rude and racist and not fit to handle customers, i dont know when was the last time he smiled he dont know his job at all if you happen to go to this place please dont deal with guy

Great service, lady at desk was super quick and fast with paperwork. The guy that helped me get car out was awesome, very patient while i boosted my own vehicle.friendly GREAT service after this costing me a good chunk of change, because my neighbors called in my car as abandoned!

Popow's. I have an old project truck and Popow's usually has what I'm looking for. Chevy unfortunately doesn't make part's for my old truck anymore and aftermarket is sometimes way too expensive. I plan of having the motor, transmission and rear end rebuilt, which is expensive - $9000. The bodywork just in itself is $15000. Until I get to I that point. Popow's, it is.

I somehow locked my baby in my van today and even though it wasn't hot or really cold I was still panicked. Called Popow's and Wayne arrived within 5 minutes. He got that door open SO quick and then refused to take payment. Thankyou Wayne and Popow's! There are still good people in the world. I appreciate it more than you could know!

James is one of the best in the industry. Goes the extra mile searching for parts even when he doesn't have them.
