Received great service from Christian. I found a screw in a tire of our 2019 Cayenne the day before we were planning to drive to the mountains for a vacation. Had my 911 serviced there. Service work is good. Communication and customer care is terrible, initial text messages while vehicle was first taken was great. But then when I was supposed to be told when it would be ready for pickup, the service advisor ghosted me. I sent follow up texts that day and again the next morning and afternoon. Finally called and was told service advisors are too busy and would call me back. Great now I’m going to pickup my car at rush hour on a Friday. Hire more staff please.

Found the perfect car online the right colour the right options the year. The only problem was I was in Winnipeg the Boxster S was in Edmonton. Got touch with Nelson at the Porsche Centre Edmonton he sent me tons of video and pics. Went out there last week to pick it up Nelson and Jack showed me around the car. I called to book a test drive for my mom about 1.5 months ago, and told the sales person which exact vehicle she was interested in based off their inventory on the website. He talked down to me as if I was completely incompetent and that the vehicle did not exist. Maybe he didn’t take me seriously cause of being a young women even though that vehicle was listed on the site…? He was also very awkward, instead of saying he was confused he sat there in silence for a few minutes expecting me to say more while I thought he was looking on his computer. If the vehicle isn’t available then delete the post? Anyways, I felt very disrespected so I ended up cancelling.

A few weeks later we were looking at multiple dealerships and decided to drop in and get a test drive. We walked around the lot and looked in the showroom, where a man who worked in the office walked into me and acted as if it was my fault. About 6 sales people were sitting around chatting while we stood there waiting to be acknowledged. We shouldn’t have to beg someone to want to make money on a sale. My mom was very seriously interested in buying a vehicle but instead we are buying from another dealership. I’m not too sure why the people at this dealership act so entitled as if they are the ones paying us. I would give -5 stars if I could.

Their efficiency is so low and service was bad. This dealership ruined my expectations for Porsche. The dealership scratched my vehicle, but they refused to compensate for their damage. They didn’t want to solve this issue and their attitude was not acceptable as a luxury car dealership. They have the video recordings in the shop and apparently, they won’t show the evidence against them. I don’t trust them at all now. Since this is the only Porsche dealership in Edmonton, monopoly means no service and no choice for consumers. I will file a complaint to amvic. Senior service manager was very arrogant, however junior service advisor Kyle has been helpful, Josh in sales department and Troy in finance department was nice and helpful.

My review might be a bit different than the average review. I was a
General Manager of a large Lexus/ Toyota Dealership until I retired
To me it is essential that customers are treated properly and with honesty.
Most Stores are friendly to their prospective customers but the measure
of a truly quality dealer is in how they handle problems and how professional
and approachable they are. Porche Centre met and exceeded my expectation
and believe me I do expect top notch customer service.
When I drove 5 hours to pick up my vehicle Iwas met by Nelson, and he made
an effort to make sure everything was right. While I was checking the vehicle
over I noticed the power telescopic steering wasn’t working. This is something
that would be easy to miss by the Dealer or buyer. The important thing is they
promised to fix it and pay my local Dealer to do it. No fuss, they honoured
their commitment. Thank you to Samea, Nelson and Troy for your exceptional
service. Also to their Administration staff for setting the standards.

I came in to the dealership with the intention of purchasing a cayenne. I walked around the lot for close to 30 minutes while the staff made their Friday videos and over looked me, probably because I was dressed down. Ended up buying a 2019 Cayenne from across the street. Porsche needs to train their staff not to be pompous. Very frustrating experience.

Since Phil left our “Go to Guy” has been Christian. Bought our Cayenne over the phone and felt very comfortable doing it because we consider Christian a friend. When we arrived to pick up the new vehicle everything was in order and Jack spent just the right amount of time going over the features and setting up our phones and profiles. Took delivery of a 718 GTS earlier this month courtesy of Mr. Nelson Moreno. Him and his team were helpful every step of the way, making this far and above the best buying experience I have had. I bought an used 2016 Infiniti from Porsche! Josh has helped me from the very beginning to the end of making this deal happen last week! Since I am living in Calgary and I had to make arrangements in advance to travel up to Edmonton to do test drive and take a look at the car, the process is a bit of complicated than normal, especially in such a holiday season! He made this process so easy and smooth and very responsive to my queries, was able to make his time fitting into my schedule. He also ensured that his mechanic team and detailing team finished the car inspection and detailing before I got there. He is a true professional with knowledge of the car and patience and properly addresses his customers' needs. I highly recommend this dealership in Edmonton. I was an out of province buyer and was offered no test drive did not get introduced to service. And when I referred a customer nothing. - A test drive is always offered on out-of-town deals to confirm drivability of the car as it is a survey question. Perhaps in my excitement I missed offering this when you came in. I will take full responsibility.
- A service member should be introduced to you or a card given as part of Emily’s delivery process every time, no exceptions. I will mention this to her. Here are our Service members if you have any technical questions moving forward.

- I followed-up with their Range Rover sales consultant many times re: your referral and asked that it be looked after and confirmed your purchase with us when he asked me. He said he was going to handle it all and didn’t need me to intervene. This must not have happened. Again, my mistake. I will take full responsibility. Although we are attached we do operate independently so I trusted their process when in fact I should have kept on it.

I bought and paid for a used cayenne online, sight unseen from Porsche Edmonton from Joshua Couch. This is the type of purchase you can rely on. The price was in line with private sellers and smaller resellers, the pre-inspections Porsche does is second to none, the condition analysis was completely accurate. When I arrived the car was better than I expected even with all of the information and videos sent. The process was made easy, really well handled on their end, and high quality service from beginning to end, including a ride from the airport.

This is the second Porsche I have bought online, and am confident doing so when a Porsche inspection and dealership is involved. Their standards are very high.

I purchased a relatively cheap Porsche Cayman S from Porsche Centre Edmonton, and I really wasn't sure what kind of customer service I would receive. However, there absolutely no need to be concerned. From the initial inquiry, to actually delivery of the car, and more importantly, the after sales service, was absolutely second to none - the best! Joshua Couch was extremely attentive and professional. He would answer all my questions and concerns, regardless of the time of day. This was particularly helpful seeing as I live in BC. Having received the car, there was a small issue, which saw Joshua work hard to resolve in a quick and efficient manner. Needless to say, I am an extremely happy customer of Porsche Centre Edmonton, and work certainly return to purchase another car in the near future.

Bought used Mercedes recently. Car had only one key fob which is a $500 item.this was discussed and we still went ahead with the purchase. After the sale Phil tracked down the original owner and after a week or so they found the other fob and couriered it up from Calgary for me. This is the first review I have left for a dealership, but Phil at Porsche is outstanding to deal with and extremely knowledgeable.

The customer service I received from Josh was exceptional from the beginning with our initial emails, and continued all the way to my visit to the dealership. Despite being a luxury vehicle dealership, I never felt any pressure to make a quick or impulsive decision. Josh followed up with me after a couple days, and although I decided not to go with the car I test drove, he was still very appreciative and understanding. I would not hesitate to come back here next time I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Did not have a good experience with this location walked around the showroom for 20 minutes sales associates would smile but no one approached me to ask if I needed assistance. Ended up purchasing elsewhere.

I recently purchased a vehicle through Josh Couch online. They took my trade in and delivered my new vehicle from Ontario. It was seamless and I would happily do business with this dealership in the future.

I recently bought a used Porsche Cayman from Mark. He was great to deal with and I was treated very well even thought I wasn't buying a brand new high end Porsche. The whole staff was very friendly and great to deal with. I would defiantly call Mark again for my next purchase. And I also want to thanks a lady which was working around 2: 30pm on July 15th at first floor. She welcomed us with a big sunny smile and she was really friendly when we asked for help. but I also want to give 0 star to a lady with no smile and no any words at all when I need to pay for my car. It happened two times at two different days. The only word she said was”enhn” when I say thank you to her.

Staff are super friendly, the vehicles are beautiful and the establishment is very clean. That being said don't trust the 3M jobs being done. They are done in house by Go-Auto, yes this is a Go-Auto dealership, and it is the worst 3M I have seen. I spent over $200,000 on a 911 and asked for the 3M to be fixed before I even picked it up. Upon picking it up the 3M was worse than when I first saw it. Dozens of pieces of dust under the 3M along with a piece of hair even. Under the hood is rippled, not completed and will go bad given enough time. I tried going the route of having it done by an independent shop that I know does great job and I was met with "Let us try to correct it" It's been done twice and it's still bad. I don't see them correcting it a third time. Their in house 3M installer obviously either doesn't know what he is doing or doesn't care. I reached out to Porsche themselves and was met with resistance and no resolution. Enclosed are the emails as well as pictures within them showing all the spots where dust was under the 3M.

Watch the 3M before you purchase here as they will not be able to correct it in house with the level of workmanship they put out. Ensure that you incorporate a new 3M job into the total when you purchase.
