Anthony did my nails this time with a soft pink fill PB11 with metallic on top…. I love it My most favourite of all time from Posh Nails.

Quality of work not worth the prices. Terrible customer service and attitude from the receptionist.

MISLEADING. What was supposed to be $50 dollars was charged as $105. The promotion I received was $20 off mani pedi WITH shellac. What was failed to mention was that the shellac is 40 dollars extra. I asked multiple times about the promotion price and was never informed that the shellac was 40 dollars extra. Ruined my day and feel ROBBED. Was expecting them to compensate for their mistake after showing them the promotion I received and she said she couldn’t do anything so just had to pay $105 Never coming back here and do NOT recommend.

I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s usually pretty good. Not excellent but in general I don’t have very many issues other than it being a little overpriced and you can only generally get very basic services / nails done other wise they have troubles executing. Unfortunately today at my scheduled appointment they seemed to be rushing me a little bit- I booked in for a nail fill and a pedicure. As my nail tech was doing my pedicure and callus removal treatment she cut my heel pretty bad - to the point where it was bleeding quite a lot for about 10 mins - she put the alcohol that they use for the nails on my wound which stung SO BAD. This was quite painful, I also work on my feet so I know this will be a wound that will continue to be painful for the next week to come. When it came time to pay they offered no compensation for anything that had happened. I had to ask the team to call the manager as I personally did not feel I should be paying for a service when she literally cut my foot open and she was not being careful or gentle during the service. They ended up giving my pedicure free of charge however I feel this was not something I should have had to request for them to do.

Customer service needs some work and they should be more careful and mindful of sanitization and ensuring they are not causing harm to their customers. I definitely can not return because of this

Nice place, but my nails after my first appointment here are terrible. They are bumpy, and top coat isn't even over the full nail. And after about 2-3 days now the top coat is scuffed and need to be redone.

I’ve been on the hunt for a new nail salon, and hit the jackpot with this place. I’ve heard amazing things about Windy, and she definitely did not disappoint. She was very attentive, and thorough. Her foot massage was great, and she was really patient when I was drying my nails (I was there a little past close). She was super friendly, and I’m very satisfied with my pedicure! Highly recommend!

Absolute garbage! My daughter got cut pretty bad and they overcharged her! She asked for gel, they tried to use acrylic saying it was gel! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Disgraceful!

Amazing service, everyone is very friendly. Any nail design can be done here. Overall my experience was great

Mimi is so great at what she does! My fingernails and toenails are so beautiful! She fixed my two bug toe nails which I have ruined from years of marathon running! She is so skilled! Highly recommend going

This nail salon was okay I had a regular pedicure and it was well done but, my sister got soft gels done and they were uneven and definitely done quickly.

This is my favourite nail place! I’ve been going to them for the last year and have never been disappointed with my nails. Not only that, the nail technicians are all so friendly and kind. Thank you Posh

This nail place is just a scam I heard 2 other girls beside me complaining & so was I cause my nail is legit so thin & the powder they used was so cheap it was sliding off & my thumb was all thicck & messed up looking she said she has been doing nails for 1 year like why would they hire you then! & they can’t give me a discount! **** update it’s been a week & all my nails have broke off! The second day after getting them 1 broke! What a waste & scam this place is! Trying to get any dollar they can selling the most cheapest water for 5$ too

Happy with my nails! Windy did you fantastic job. Very attentive and checked in often to make sure I liked how they were being done.

I was very excited to see that they do bio sculpture nails, unfortunately they are not well done. There are bubbles in the clear gel in all my nails, so they looked poor off the start. The white tips are done nicely, and the shape is nice. I did request the nail technician to do as thin as possible. Unfortunately they are about as thick as chicklets and I cannot function with them. I have had them for about a week so far, and unfortunately need to get them redone somewhere else because they look gawdy and unnatural, and I cannot pick up anything with them. The complimentary coffee is nice, and staff are attentive and kind, but unfortunately I will not be returning for nails.

Mimi and Megan both worked on my nails today and it was a great experience. Mimi did a fantastic job of building up the foundation Megan did perfect recreating the Halloween nail art I got!

Great service from the moment I enter the place until I leave! Vicky is patient and really takes time doing my nails. The range of nail polish options are wide which is why this became my go to nail salon in YYC! They offer free non alcoholic beverages too, i had their espresso coffee! Coming back tomorrow to see Vicky and get my nails fill!

I want to give a big shout out to Cynthia. She was very welcoming and did an exceptional job with my pedicure & manicure. Left very happy. Worth every dollar! Thanks!

First time going to Posh and I will be back! I took my mom in for a pedi and nails date. The staff was super friendly and very positive! Maybe there was some new staff training that day cuz my mom had run into a few colour and shape issues with her nails on her pedi and acrylics. However, the staff took the time to correct the issues immediately with no hesitation. Oh and their wine prices are super cheap and a great perk to having a relaxing time with them. Kevin did my nails and I will deffs be asking for him again.

I got a shellac classic pedicure here and loved it! I picked a sparkly silver colour and she did it in about half an hour. I really love it and recommend it to anyone wanting to get a pedicure

Loved it! Beautiful salon with wonderful service. Had a huge colour selection as well, I was very please with my nails and would recommend.

Terrible experience. Went in for a Pedicare and this woman just rushed me and I paid for expensive package as well. She didn't care when I addressed the issue. She ignored and carried on. The worse part was when I told the owner he was indifferent and didn't seem to care about my overall experience he was more worried about the money I was paying. DO NOT GO THERE!

Manicure was the worst I have ever received, did not do callus removal after I told her that was the sole purpose of receiving a manicure.
Pedi cure sucked, massage was lackluster at best, toes are weird shaped, did not file sides. Basically the worst nail salon experience I have had in years. Total waste of time and money.

Reading the reviews I need to chime in. I have the same experience as a previous reviewer Sarah. I live in the same condo as posh is attached too. The first time I went my nails were seriously amazing. I went a couple more times out of convenience. The last time I went my nails lifting as soon as the lady was finished. When I complained they told me they were closing. So I came back the next day and they offered to do them again for free. Which is actually even more money out of my pocket as I’m spending another hour there for then to fix the disgusting job that was done on my nails. Now that I’m ready this business response to other reviews I see they are offering some money off. This place is an absolute joke!

It was my daughters 10th birthday wish to get nail extensions with her best friend. Posh Nails accommodated us last minute and did a wonderful job! The girls had photos and were particular about the design and the nail techs ‘nailed’ it! Great service.

Great salon. True to its name. The space is very posh and upscale. They offer complimentary coffee/expresso and tea, or if you're feeling to celebrate a little more you can buy some wine or champagne. Staff is extra friendly and often check in to make sure you're doing okay, which is great for a nail salon. They tend to book up quickly so I recommend booking a few days in advance to secure your appointment. I did a refill acrylic nail set. Want to try their pedicure next time. Definitely going back.

Took our littles here for a kids mani. They did a fantastic job and made the girls feel special.

I got my nails done on Friday, I went in for shellac and it hasn’t been a week yet but they are already chipping. I felt super rushed and not relaxed I’ve never had my shellac peel of before a week. It usually lasts three weeks and longer. Pretty disappointed although the staff was nice.

It was an amazing experience they were so nice and caring I got shellac and it turned out amazing I also got a hand and arm massage which was included with the manicure I also got a hot towel rub also included. They make you feel so cared for and overall it is a modern nail salon that is very relaxing next time you get you’re nails done come here

My experience was meh. Went here based on reviews but not very impressed with the gel nails I got here.

I always go to Posh and they always fit me in. No matter who I’ve went to it turns out good. It’s quick, clean, relaxing, and service is friendly. I absolutely adored my nails this time around and had to leave a review. Thank you so much Kevin!

The lady that was doing my nails seem pretty stress and inattentive. She kept looking around when she was doing my nails. She cut too deep on my finger.and it started bleeding when I got home. They need to improve their customer service.

I do not recommend this place.

Posh surprised me with how well they took care with my nails and the general atmosphere. It's conveniently located for me and though the cost is a bit high, I will likely be back because they did such a good job with my feets!

Not sure what happened the two first times i went, guess third time is the charm. Kevin is amazing.

My last nail salon ruined my nails, so I had to book an appointment to take off the previous set, and get a brand new set put on. I could not be happier with the way that they turned out. Megan is an amazing nail artist, and I don't think I will be going to see anyone else anytime soon!

Got a shellac manicure and they did an amazing job, it has lasted longer than anywhere else I have gone! Everything is clean and the staff are friendly, 100% recommend

Been going to Posh Nail Lounge for a couple of years. They are always accommodating and very professional. I’ve never had any issues here. I go to Alex. She is a pro. She takes the time to do a perfect job every time.

I have been getting my nails done for a while now and tried a few different places in Calgary and Posh is the best nail salon I’ve been to! I see Crystal and shes the best nail tech I’ve ever had. She is a true ARTIST. I’ve been going to her for well over a year now and she always does my nails even better than the inspiration photo I show her. Her perfectionism and attention to detail is unreal. And the prices are extremely reasonable as well. I am a hair stylist and I am very rough on my nails and they hold up extremely well. In the past I had nails lift and break very often. I’ve never had nails so durable in my life. I also get pedicures there and Iget whoever is available and I am always extremely happy with my pedicures as well (they also serve wine and pour a generous glass) I honestly can’t say enough good things about posh. Everyone that works there is so kind and hard working. Please go and support this awesome business! You won’t regret it ️ So happy I found my forever nail place!

Today was the first time I have been to Posh Nail salon and I will definitely come here in the future for all my pedicure and manicure needs! Amazing experience! The salon is so nice and clean and everyone is extremely friendly. The lady who did my toes did an amazing job and the service was awesome. Found my new favourite salon! Would highly recommend it. I also had champagne with my pedicure which I really enjoyed!

Michelle was so wonderful and welcoming! We walked in and were immediately sat down and made to feel at home with their happy faces and offers of tea. This was hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a salon. Next time I'm in Calgary I am definitely going back!

Hit or miss place. I got my eyebrows waxed there once with Cynthia, she did an amazing job. I went back asking for her, but she was injured, so I was okay trying someone else. The girl butchered my eyebrows. She waxed half of it and did such a terrible job. Worse part is that I had my engagement photo shoot the next day. Too bad as the location was super convenient for me. Never going back there again!

Had a gel set too, was okay, other places do a better job.

Best place to get your lashes done or any other beauty service. High quality and trustworthy. I’ve had my lashes done at multiple places and have never been as happy as I am leaving the beauty house. I am a regular client there and can’t imagine going anywhere else

Very nice & skilled staff who welcome you in a friendly way, offer you a drink and send you home with an experience to remember & beautiful natural looking nails to enjoy.

PS: I wrote the review above after my first visit. Then I took my friend & she was happy of her nails too. During that session I was told since I refered a new customer, I can get a discount the next time that I go there and I just need to remind them.

Yesterday that my friend & I were there again, I reminded them of the discount but was denied & told that it is not true & I am not eligible for it because it was for the last month & each month the discount policy changes so I was fully charged.
I still don't get why I didn't get the discount & I got surprised of how they denied what I was told & is a routine in many places so I reduced the number of stars from 5 to 2.

PS: They not only denied their word/promise but they also kept calling & bugging me to delete my review while explaining that I got them wrong and it was NOT the case!

Jinny always provides me with consistent powder dip manicures and shellac pedicures that are done with such care and professionalism. Jinny and the POSH staff are kind, friendly, and welcoming. I have been going to this salon exclusively since they opened because of the level of service I receive.

I love this place! It's very conveniently located near my place but is also close to the C-train for easy transit and near lots of parking. The service and quality of work is excellent and the staff are personable. Highly recommend!

My nails did not come out as wanted. I was not given the shape I asked for, nail filing was un-even, length was too short, and actual design I asked for looked and was rushed. Nails did not look the price. Very high charge. Aside from that workers were very kind and they have great service.

Michelle is AMAZING! Ive never loved my nails this much. I brought my baby and all of the staff took turns playing with her. The salon is beautiful, the entire experience was just incredible.

When we arrived no one said hi to us. Immediately, they wanted us to get shellac instead of regular nail polish and also tried to make us get the more expensive pedicure treatment. The person I had cut my skin with the cuticle trimmer and it was bleeding. I didn’t realize until a little bit after and I saw him look up at me to see if I noticed it was bleeding. Then he started cutting more cuticle off where it was bleeding, I told him it hurt and he said “sorry”. Overall, was not impressed. The environment was clean and higher end than most nail salons, but the service was not good. Probably won’t be going back!

I really want to like this place. Everyone is super friendly and you can drink wine but the quality of service is sub par. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and I’ve only left happy once or twice. I get the powder dip and there is always color left on the cuticles and around the nail. When you point it out they tell you it will come off in a few days, but that’s not always the case. In my opinion your nails should look perfect when you leave a salon, not just ok and they look look better in a few days - maybe. On my latest visit I asked them to fix the wobbly edges on the nails and they told me it was because of the top coat when it was most definitely because of a lack of shaping. After the reshape, they refused to do another top coat and seal the nail color stating it would make the edges wobbly again. This clearly isn’t the case. If you’re looking specifically for powder dip, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

An amazing nail spot I happened to run into for a spontaneous pedicure. The girl on the phone made time for me to come in right away. Complete with a cup of tea, the seating for the tubs is very lux and the modern dreamy environment was so relaxing! Similar pricing to any other nail bar but with far more exceptional service than any other! I will be returning soon ️

Posh nail lounge is incredible, Crystals’ attention to detail was amazing and took her time to do the job nicely. Posh nail lounge also has a variety of colours (around 600 to be exact!)
Their lounge is very clean and nicely designed, they offer complimentary beverages which makes you feel like you’re in a higher end nail salon.

A great spot in Downtown! Have been going here for past couple of months and have been very happy with the service. The girls are friendly, fun and personable. It is a very clean nail salon and they have a good selection of shellac gel colors.

Finally a nail place that knows how to treat the customer like they matter and not like a number. They serve you drinks and snacks while you relax and get a pedicure and they do top notch nails. This is my new place for sure.

Love getting my nails done from here. Recommend this place. I always get it done from Megan and i just love her work.

Awesome nail technicians here! (Idk if that’s what they are called lol) I care in with 2 young kids and they entertained them pretty much the whole time l, my nails are perfect reasonable price too! Highly recommended

Called for a last minute fill on a Sunday afternoon for my daughter. They were happy to accommodate us and even added a manicure for me. Very clean, modern and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were professional and friendly. We will be back on our next trip to Calgary.
