Posto Pizzeria & Bar

We attempted to go to this restaurant on the weekend. They were quite busy so we added our name to the wait list even tho they said it would be an hour and 45 minutes. We received the text message adding us to their online wait list. After an hour and 45 minutes we hadn’t heard back from them and we also noticed we had been removed from their online waitlist, so we called to confirm there was still going to be a table. They basically lied and said they phoned us 15 minutes after we put our names down and we didn’t pick up. When we asked what number they phoned they gave us a completely different number then the one they used to add us to the online waitlist. I don’t care if you’re busy and don’t have room but just be honest.

Posto is always fantastic.
Their cocktail list changes seasonally and I always recommend trying a few - you won't be disappointed.

They offer gluten free options (the crust is great!) and I can't stress enough how amazing the potato pizza is. Seriously. Try it.

Parking is complimentary if you park in the east lot beside them. Remember your plate and register it at the iPad by the kitchen.

A great first dining experience. The servers were very attentive and professional. The pizza was excellent. I had the meaty four different meats pizza while my bro had the pineapple hot pepper. Both were delivered to us quickly. The space is cozy. It feels like off a busy main street. Will go again.

Small and cozy pizza shop. The white based pizza here are amazing - flavour to texture to freshness without being dripping with sauce or oily. This is a wood fire base type of pizza and each one has about 6 slices. Average of $19-25 for each pizza. They also serve pasta here but didn't try it.

Have been to Posto few times and always love their pizzas. Definitely one of the best pizza place in YYC!

Overall I think it’s overpriced for what they offer and the food isn’t that great. 1) The focaccia bread had fennel seeds in it which tasted really bad. Also it’s the first time I’m seeing focaccia made like a load of bread? It’s supposed to be a thin bread with a crusty outside. 2) The pizzas we got were average but not authentic sourdough. 3) They charged us extra for asking for extra butter, it’s the first time I see a restaurant charge extra for butter, very strange!

All day happy hour Sunday is great, tasty drinks and the pizzas are excellent, I recommend the #10. Our server was very friendly and the food came out really quick.

Alright I know 3 stars, but here me out. The vibes of the place amazing, and the service was really fun! The pizza I chose however did me dirty. I thought I’d try goat cheese since I’ve never had it before and it was a no for me. The gluten free crust surprisingly tasted better than the original one.

Not worth the time or money. Food was not great and there was an issue with the billing. The owner/manager was quite rude.

Fantastic pizzeria. Ambiance, music and seating is great for a small group or a romantic date night. The menu is authentic and tasty.

Wine selection and cocktails are a great touch to pair with your food. Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Definitely looking forward to the next visit.

Delicious pizza! Just the right amount of chew vs crunch!

Make sure you ask for hot honey or truffle honey to give your pizza that extra little bit of special.

Their desserts are a little mediocre but you're not really coming here for dessert. Their apps are equally non-interesting, but they are available if wanted.

We went late in the evening, but service was so good and friendly. The waitress came to our table a few times to ask how everything was. Also, the pizza's were freshly made and of such a good quality. This place I would definitely recommend!
