I passed the NPPE the first time I took it due to PPE Headquarters. The course work and study material for NPPE course is great. The practice exams are realistic and teach you the things you need to learn. Being from the United States, I was able to learn the things I needed about the Canadian Legal system. Thank you PPE Headquarters.

It works! I used the NPPE study guide and practice exams provided by PPE HQ to pass my NPPE exam:) I work full-time so did not have time to go through all the textbooks so I just went through the study guide and practice exams provided by PPE HQ. It took me probably 5-6 hours on the Sunday to prepare for my exam on Monday morning. The study guide is very well written and has these 'tips' for the exam which came in so handy! Overall, I am so glad I signed up as I was able to save SO much time! Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to prep for the NPPE exam in less than 6 hours:)

My 100% honest advice: Please don't waste your time or money on this.

I had the ethics and law textbooks and studied part of syllabus from them but due to the tight schedule I wasn't able to finish. I decided to give this "study guide" a try.

I was only looking for something that summarizes the chapters I'm not able to read from the text books before the exam. I was really disappointed of the quality and value of this material. I found this "study guide" to be 70 poorly written slides that don't adequately cover the knowledge you need to pass the test. And for the irony I met later two different people in my friends circle who relied on this material solely and didn't pass the test.

I passed the test but no thanks to this. I found other resources online that provided better material for a fraction of what you pay for this.

For any one studying for the NPPE test and looking for an honest advice; please find a way to study the text books. If you can not afford them, you'll probably find them available in a public library for borrow for free. Your last resort should be the cources on Udemy. They are not the best but they will provide you with better value and much more questions and answers than this. This material is nothing but a bait to collect money from desperate people.

I used the study course that included the audiobook. I listened to the audiobook guide a few times while commuting to the office, and while driving around doing my usual activities. Information was clear and easy to understand. I read through the notes and did the study tests as well.

Overall I felt prepared and it did save me a lot of time by not reading the textbooks. Some topics were not covered during the notes / audio books but covered in the study tests (had explanations as well). All in all was a good experience. Thanks Mike!

Taking the preparation course from PPE HQ was really helpful. I cleared the NPPE exam easily, although I have never studied Law and Ethics before.

Failed the exam after reading the provided course materials for over 5 times. Completely dissatisfied and now, I should register for the upcoming exam.

Was never able to find the AudioBook that was talked about on the webpage. Dont Spent the Extra $100 until this is corrected.

Very good for a brief & fast acclimatization with the syllabus topics as well as some very helpful tips. Good customer service as well.

This material set was too simple and not really relavant at all.test samples were too primitive and didnt help much although I finished them all multiple times.

I have purchased the study guide package that included the study guide and the 110 questions (didn't pay for the audio copy)

I didn't feel that confident that I have covered all the topics, especially when I tried to solve the practice exams that I bought from another website! I found that I was guessing most of the answers

I would not recommend this study guide for someone who didn't graduate from a Canadian university or for somone without a really strong English language skills. If you are an Internationally educated graduate you will definitely need more than the 70 pages

Went through the course a few times before my exam and I passed. I would definitely recommend this as an affordable, efficient way to prepare for the NPPE.

PPE's material by itself was enough for passing the exam, and I'm really thankful to them for preparing the material.

The tutorial materials were helpful, and saved me a lot of time for sure, may not be sufficient, could be better if more topics covered.

Excellent training guide that helped me prepare for the testing format and how to handle the exams questions. Huge time saver. If writing for P. Geo make sure to review Geo documents that aren’t included in the program.

PPE HQ commands the subject and due to their hand holding I could able to pass the exam without spending a lot of time. Thanks to Mark and his team, keep doing grate work.

Great prep course!

I found the practice exam had the same shock factor as the actual PPE exam!
The wording of the exam is very tricky, and the practice exam was very helpful in preparing me for the mental challenge that awaited.

I would also recommend buying the premium package, which includes audiobooks covering the same material as the printed version. Great way to study during the morning and evening commute.

This is a fantastic crash course. Studied in one weekend and passed. They really save you the time having to read the text books which I don’t have working full time. Highly recommend this! Just get it and save yourself the stress

Got my results this week, and I was successful. Turned out the essay recently added to APEGS version didn't affect the scores, because nobody had an idea how it'd look like. Thanks Mike for your materials, it went a long way.

A great way to prepare…Mike’s course made it simple to understand the material required to pass.

I recommend getting the Ultimate package to prepare; after review, I felt confident to take the PPE exam for British Columbia. I’m happy to say that I passed both the multiple choice and essay exams.

Great Course Recommend the Audio verison. Listened 2 times during commute and read the notes once, no other prep. Passed the first time.

I used Mike’s material to prepare for the NPPE and I found it really useful. It saves you time by providing a summary of the most relevant point. The study questions were also great for assessing my knowledge before the exam. I would recommend the PPE HQ study materials.

Mikes exam notes and questions helped, I started using it when I was tired of studying the actual textbooks. So I’m not sure a 100% what made me pass but I will say that the practice exam questions were invaluable. That really helped to understand how the questions will be posed and I recommend that.

The materials (as expected) don’t necessarily provide exam materials, but give guidance on how to approach the questions, and things to look out for (I.e verbiage, tricks, etc).

Overall, would recommend, but I also found that there was a need for additional study materials, like NPPE practice exams.

PPE headquarter study material & practical exam questions ware a great tool to build a basic understanding and get started with the preparation. If I had to start from the suggested books, I might lost track and eventually not cover the major items due to time. But I faced many questions in the actual NPPE April 2021 exam which were complex and didn’t see similar ones in the practice tests. Original exam questions many cases were very lengthy, hard to keep track what actually asked as choices are long sentences too.

Highly recommend PPE Headquarters for your NPPE studying needs! Their study notes were very helpful and comprehensive, and helped me to efficiently study for the exam. All of the practice questions were also extremely helpful since they had explanations for each question.

The exam prep was easy and very helpful. The exam does feel harder than the prep questions, but the general material was sufficient to pass the exam. Thanks PPE!

I took the test on 25 January this year and got the results on 11 Feb. I must say that I owe an execellent review to PPP Headquarters for their guidelines to pass the test in the very 1st attempt. Before purchasing their guide, I was trying to spend time with one of the books recommended on APEGA website, whick needed an enormous amount of time and effort for reading, understanding, and memorizing things. Then, I came across with PPE HQ guide. I read it thoroughly and tried to grab the underlying principles for engineering ethics and laws in Alberta and Canada. When I took the exam, most of the question, maybe more than 70%, were case studies. They gave certain scenarios and asked about the correct choice. I would not say that those questions are from the guide. But that guide really helped me understand the requirements and principles quite well. I strongly recommend it for those who are going to take NPPE.

Their course was simple, streamlined, and adequately prepared me for the NPPE. On test day, I felt fairly confident that I had passed, using all but 20 seconds out of the 3 hrs to complete the test. I read the study guide once through making my own notes, re-read my notes a few times, and completed the online Quizzes provided by PPEHQ 3 times each, and felt like I was decently prepared. If I just study off your material, will I pass the test? Also the 120 multiple choice question that you will be providing, will that be the same everytime I practice? I am worried what if none of the questions comes from those 120 questions and since I am not reading the book either, I will not pass. Kindly advise. Thanks!

The material provided was very helpful, easy to follow and a huge time saver. I think though in completing the study guide and attempting the practice quizzes (making mistakes) you start to develop a method/approach to the situational questions that, for me at least, were a huge part of the exam. In writing the test I came across a few questions which I hadn't seen before but using the methodology, figuring out the "most correct answer" was easier. I'd definitely recommend the course to anyone planning on attempting the NPPE in the future.

PPE headquarters! Yes, you'll remember that name forever because you've passed the NPPE using their strategy.
Although you're going to get tricked in the exam with different models by time to time, we can overcome these tricks by having PPE Headquarters concepts on your side. Thank you for saving a lot of time.

My suggestion to PPE Headquarters is to provide more examples of MCQ's and essays as the tests get upgraded time to time.
To the candidates: Have your (P. Eng practice) online seminar education revised before the exam. It'll boost your performance.

I found the PPE Headquarters' study guide very helpful, saving me a lot of time and money. The material was sufficient enough to prepare myself for the NPPE and finally made me pass the exam, really recommend it for those who do not have time go through the whole books.

I only had time to study a week before the exam and opted for the study guide provided by PPE headquarters. It was short, concise and to the point. I thought the exam was tougher than the practice tests in my opinion because of the ambiguity in how most questions were framed, but none the less, it help me prepare well. I did pass:)

I took the test in November 2020 for the PEO chapter and studied using Mike’s study guide. The document is really precise and easy to understand. Preparatory material couldn’t have gotten any better than this.

In general the sturdy guide and the practice questions do help me pass the NPPE exam. However, I would suggest to add more scenario based questions as there are many of them in the real exam.

Sorry for this late review. I passed NPPE in September 2020. Mike was very helpful. The study material gives you a good idea and help you to prepare for your exam.

Amazing guide, gave me the results needed, which was passing the NPPE. Recommend to anyone wanting a reliable package to help prepare and safely pass the exam.

The course was very easy to follow and the practice questions were great since they are explained afterwards. The study guide gives you and overview of what you need to know, and if you study a bit more to have a total understanding of the topics you will be just fine (even though MC exams can be tricky with some similar answers!).

Would really like to be able to give 4.5 stars. The material was set out in an easily digestible format, and the questions were helpful, and really do prepare you for the way in which the exam is set out. My critiques are as follows:

1) I appreciate that the PEO NPPE (which I did) is new, and that it may not be readily apparent where to place emphasis just yet. For the next sitting, pay attention to what was asked here and try and format to suit.

2) It may be due to experimental questions, but a number of the sections that were sort of "glossed over" in the 82 page study guide featured heavily in the examination. Again, just re-calibrate for the next sitting.

3) While 120 questions seem like plenty, I think people would benefit heartily from 240.4) Not really a critique, but as a candidate, it is worth looking at the NPPE Syllabus in conjunction with PPE HQ's material, and quickly skimming any gaps, in the event that something gets missed. You can then use the recommended texts to fill in those gaps.

All that being said, I passed like you all guaranteed I would, so you may not even need to worry about what I've said up top lolol. Thank you very much for your efforts in providing this material, and I will definitely recommend (and have actually actually recommended) you to anyone I know who is planning to sit the NPPE in future.
