We were attended by raminder, he was so polite and his service was great. The food was amazing, worth spending.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prairie Donair and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The variety of menu options impressed me, and the flavors were absolutely delightful.

The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed and provided quick service throughout my visit.

The best donair wraps and sauces options are the bonus.they also add cheese with no extra cost.which I never got at donair place. Highly recommend

I was hoping for a great local donair place but this was not it. I see the owners post that it’s because it’s a franchise and maybe that’s part of the problem. When you get an outstanding donair place it’s because their food is not only good but because it’s more authentic and their own. This was the most expensive donair we’ve had and not very good.

Flavors and everything was decent. A bit too much sauce on the donairs but still good. I would suggest they take a look at the paper wrappers they use because it was stuck to my donair and when I tried to pull it off the pita wrap it looked like it left the checkered pattern ink on my wrap. 4 stars if that didn't happen.

I would have liked to see more meat in the sandwiches considering the price paid. The condiments were fresh and staff friendly.

Fast friendly service, strong menu. The Donairs and wraps are delicious, the sides and add one are good as well. Ordered two wraps the dunkers and the perogies all very good and well made. Wraps are the definite winner here though as they are loaded up full and the meat is very well seasoned and grilled after being shaved from the rotisserie.

When I first entered, I felt unwelcome to make an order as I got to the restaurant about 30 minutes before closing. However,
I ordered medium chicken shawarma; the pita and the toppings were okay, but it had very minimal chicken in it. I don’t think I will visit again.

Donair had too much stuffing it fall apart and I still finished all of it. Messy but tasty.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about gluten free options! The gluten free donair was by far the best I have ever had! So happy that I have recently discovered this place! Thank you prairie donair for making such a tasty meal!

The best! Great food and the staff is very friendly! My first time here and I think O have found my new favorite place. Kids loved the food.

Waited 10 minutes to be told that they cannot sell a small box of donair meat. At a donair place.

Got a lamb platter and beef donair, was extremely disappointed in the platter, the meat portion was so small and seemed old, the rice was so mushy my bf couldn’t eat it so that went in the trash. Not to mention the sauce was overloaded. The donair was ok, but again small meat portions and extreme on the veggie quantity. I tried this place based on reviews and was disappointed, well I know now to avoid this place. Feel like I wasted my money, don’t understand everyone who raves about this place?

Large chicken shawarma was $16. Outrageously over priced in my opinion. You can get more food for less money 3 doors down at mucho burrito. The wrap wasn't bad, but it wasnt anything special either. I just don't understand how a wrap with no sides or drink is $16. You can get a full meal at most places for $16. The wrap wasnt even that big either. Mucho's regular size is bigger than their large.

To each their own but the flavors are off. Way too much cumin in the Donair platter. Hummus sauce was not good. Lots of positive reviews but comparing to other locations it's not a place I will try again

Best Beef Donair in Calgary. Since discovering I have been back 4 times in 2 weeks. Very clean restaurant and super friendly people. Keep up the good work. Happy customer!

Fabulous. Great service and good quality food. We will make this our Donair spot. They have gluten free pita. That is the best.

I ordered a falafel Donair. There is a large selection of vegetables and sauces. The staff is helpful.

Went in to try them for the first time. It’s clean and service is friendly. As for the Wrap I ordered,
It was meh. I’ve had better ones elsewhere to be honest. I may swing by again to try something else. Price is slightly higher for the portions you get.

Recently moved from Edmonton and was looking for a donair place. Prairie Donair at Crowfoot Crossing was a great find. Great donairs and excellent staff. I will most definitely be a repeat customer!

Tried it today for the first time. I got the classic poutine which was pretty good i also got the perogies and sweet sauce which was also really good. I also tried the PD Skillet with lamb, it was really good, the only problem was they forgot to add the sauce i wanted on the top but otherwise it was still really tasty.

Staff is super friendly but one of the worst donairs I’ve had. My only meal for the day and I regretted every bite.

Had the Philly Steak and one of their lamb donaires. Loved it, and it's priced good considering the sizes of them. Staff is friendly and quick, will definitely be my go-to place.

It was our first time here and we will definitely be back. We were greeted with a friendly smile and all the staff were very welcoming. The food was very flavourful and fresh with lots of gluten free options. Great experience!

Whats good: this place seems newer, has a bright and diverse menu, and includes lots of topping, cheese and sauces to choose from. Lots of choices!

Whats not so good: I usually order a beef donair, but it was elusive on the menu, which is strange. I opted to build my own donair, which took care of that problem.

They have three sizes, priced at about $8/10/14 for small/medium/large. The medium however looks like a typical small donair, on a small pita. The amount of donair meat in this wrap was not satisfying at all. The donair was finished quite quickly, leaving me to wonder if I had wasted $10. I’m still hungry. The donair tasted good, but it wasn’t groundbreaking, filling or a good value.

I hate to say it, but asking for a tip at fast food locations should be banned. Since when has tipping for fast food been a thing? Defaulting me to pay an extra 15% for what, 5 minutes of your time behind a counter? I did not even sit down, you rendered no additional service beyond basic food prep.
No, I did not tip here. If you offered me a sample of the meat, a free baklava or made this visit special, maybe I would have.

I wouldnt go out of my way to eat here or recommend it. Certainly not with what they charge for a medium donair lacking meat. Sorry!
