Always excellent pain-free dentistry! Customer service is amazing, they understand emergencies and manage to fit you in. Dr. Dada always gives you the options, with his recommendation and they are not based on financial gains, purely what is best for the patient! I went to this dentist for my daughter to get checked up she needed some attention at the time Dr belal Ala or whatever, was being kinda rude about it n speaking down to me they would not perform the work trying to recommend more work than needed, After I switched n found out what was a priority that is, I would go somewhere else which I have

Got a tooth extracted. Took less than 30 minutes. The receptionists were lovely. My dentist assistant and dentist were phenomenal.

Not a fan of the dentist. But I do look forward to Prairie Mall taking care of all my future dental needs. (They make you feel very comfortable)

I haven't been a patient prior to this and I will never go back again. I booked an appointment and went in for an issue with my teeth. While waiting the receptionist checked my benefits and saw that I was due for a cleaning. I didn't ask for the cleaning appointment. She wanted to book me an appointment and told me that I was 100% covered under my benefits, so I agreed to the appointment. A few weeks later I get a statement emailed. They over charged what my benefits pay. It makes me sick and stressed out having to pay the extra when I cannot afford to, nor did I anticipate any extra charges. If I was told there would be extra charges beforehand I wouldn't have agreed to the appointment. DO NOT GO HERE. They are money hungry. They looked at my benefits and saw they can get money from me, then overcharged me to get even more.

I was recently in for a filling and was super nervous, not a fan of needles! Dr. Dada and his assistant were so gentle and eased me through the appointment, Made me feel very comfortable! The ladies at the front desk are so wonderful, customer service is impeccable!

If you need a place where you feel absolutely comfortable, in the dentist chair and at the front, they really make a person feel welcome and Lauren is the best dentist hygienist, you can barely feel her cleaning your teeth. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Went in for a dental cleaning appointment All the way from the front end desk to the dental hygienist and the dentist have been very polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Went in for cleaning and fillings. The staff is absolutely friendly, nice and very Polite. They are flexible with timing and try their best to make sure they give the best experience when it comes to anyone's dental needs. Highly recommended if u need a complete Disney experience. Best patient care in the industry!

Dr dada did an amazing quick and clean job on taking out my wisdom teeth definitely recommend 11/10

Over bill continually e.g. 1 unit of scaling becomes 3. Challenged them on this often and they would correct but looking for patients that don't notice. Their focus is on $ not the patient. Even tried coming after me over a year after service looking for more money. They made sure i paid after each appointment so nothing due. They threatened collections and i said go for it. I heard from others that they are doing similar. Avoid this place.

Dr. Dada and the staff at his clinic have been taking care of our family for over fifteen years. Service has always been professional, courteous, and efficient. They have gone out of their way to accommodate us for emergency services, always managing to fit us into their schedule. We would never consider taking our dental care elsewhere. This clinic is the best!

Dr. Dada has been my Dentist for 18 years, he’s kind, gentle and explains everything. His staff are the best hands down!
