It was a very pleasant experience dealing with all the folks at PrairieSky. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. No need to go anywhere else.
They were all over the top in every aspect!

Had my trailer, (which we had just purchased used from an individual), in to have the slid fixed as it was damaged on one bottom end.
Victoria was wonderful and professional to deal with.
I asked her to have all slides and do a once over ensureing things were where they were supposed to be.
There were a number of issues detected.
I also got to speak to a tech, things were explained to me in detail.
Overall I was pleases when the work was done and the unit was driven to my home and parked for the winter.

We will recommend Prairie Sky RV to everyone we possibly can. The service is excellent. They go above and beyond in making sure everything is fixed on our trailer. They are very reasonably priced. They inspected our trailer to see what needed fixed, prioritized the order of being fixed, went over everything on the phone with me and also sent me a copy of the suggestions so that we could talk about what we wanted done. When we discussed with them what work we wanted done, they had it completed quickly.way faster than we expected. This is the place that we will always take our trailer too. The staff is happy to explain things to us and always has been happy to answer all my questions.

We just purchased a 2022 Salem trailer, all the staff at Prairie RV were very friendly and helpful. The sales staff answered all our questions, the technicians installed our hitch and brake controller and the boss threw in a few goodies. We will definitely be back.

We recently got a used rv from prairie sky, and Brandon was very helpful in making our experience a great one. At first I would say the price was a litle high for the unit as I had to do some work to it before we could use it for our family (replace a bunk bed that had been taken out by previous owner.and screen on door was broken). But when we picked it up they had installed all new tires on and I figured that compensated well in that place. We pulled on a 2600km round trip and had no problems. Well done prairie sky. Only thing I'd say that should have been a must to include in sale would be the hoses to be set up to go camping (sewer and fresh water hose.). All in all Brandon was an awesome guy to deal with.very knowledgeable and helpful. I would surely recommend prairie sky to any one looking for an rv. Thanks

I purchased both of Prairie Skys RV’s Kailani Paddle boards they had in stock. They gave me such a great deal on them. My wife and I went to Waterton on the weekend to test them out they were by far the nicest ones out on the lake.

My husband liked what he saw and Brandon even offered to stay so my husband could go and pick me up to take a look at it. Brandon offered up an outing with his family to give us all the time to take a good look at this motorhome. He was very accommodating to our needs, and willing to give up more of his free time as my husband usually only has time on Sundays. He makes sure you are getting what you would like.
