Precision Frameworx is an absolute gem in Calgary! Riding for over two decades, I've encountered numerous shops, but none have come close to the exceptional service and expertise I found at Precision Frameworx. When my bike took a hit in an accident, they were the ones who stepped in to help me out. It's nice to know they have my back, not just as a customer but as a fellow rider.

Their work on fixing up my bike was top-notch, addressing not just the visible damage but meticulously checking every part for perfection. What truly sets Precision Frameworx apart is their unwavering commitment to trustworthiness and reliability. They didn't just fix the issues; they did it at an incredibly reasonable price, showcasing their dedication to fair and transparent pricing.

What struck me most was their genuine care for riders. They weren't out to make a quick buck off me; instead, they wanted me back on the road, getting the most out of the riding season. They're not just about fixing bikes; they're about building a community of riders.

For a biker like me, trust is everything, and Precision Frameworx has earned mine. They're dependable, and when they make a commitment, you can count on them to follow through. Their expertise, combined with their genuine care for customers, makes them the best shop in Calgary.

After experiencing their top-notch service, I can confidently say that this shop is a cut above the rest. They're not just the best in Calgary; they're the only ones I'll ever trust with my motorcycle.

Kudos to Precision Frameworx for being the real deal in the biking community. Thanks Kyle!

Although the staff are friendly and well intentioned, I have to say I was very disappointed with my experience at PF. I needed to have an out of province VI done on my 1935 Velocette KSS and a couple of friends recommended PF. Because of time constraints, I asked them to also change the tires, which I provided, add a brake switch, and address anything else of concern. $3000 later, a bit of a surprise I must say, I was at least excited to bring it home and go for a ride. I won't go into the details, but for several reasons that did not happen. When I phoned and expressed my disappointment, I was told by the GM that they were working hard on their client communications and that, in fact, they didn't really know much about vintage British bikes.

Precision is a shop that goes above and beyond with costumer service and quality work. Just a great bunch of guys, and Frank the dog. If you've never gone in for service or repairs it's either because you have not heard of this shop before, or you just haven't gone in to see for yourself. Once you do it'll become your go to shop for sure.

What an amazing shop and a great experience. Precision has always gone above and beyond for me and my wife wife’s bikes. Are bikes have always turned out to be exactly what we wanted and needed. To much appreciation to Kyle and front end staff and the great techs in the shop!

Just awsome guys. I took a 2010 Triumph Thunderbird rear axle/wheel assembly to them with the needle bearings in the cush drive obliterated. They machined the hub and installed a sealed bearing, (like all the other bearings in the rear axle), reinstalled on the bike and it works great. Their ability to look at a problem and work together to find an even better solution than the original engineers who built the bike, speaks volumes of their skill and ingenuity. I have no doubt they will be in business for a long and successful future.

A really great motorcycle shop! Had a set of bars/LED headlight installed on my 2020 Street Glide FLHX couple of weeks ago. The front counter staff, Dom /Steve set me up with everything I needed. Brought bike in following Wednesday and was ready noon the next day. Technicians in back did an outstanding job. Installed and lined up for me perfectly. Bike came back spotless. Not as much as a finger print on it. The price was approx. 23% cheaper then I was quoted at a HD dealership. Precision also includes a Veterans discount. There were also a couple of follow up phone calls to ensure I was happy. What else can I say.well done gentlemen!

I have to say this is the best shop in Calgary.

I have never been provided such great customer service until I came here. Dom is the absolute best most knowledgable most professional person I have dealt with! Dom goes the extra mile making sure you feel valued as a customer.

The prices are very reasonable, they review all the prices with you so there are no surprises when you go to pay.

Thank you for everything…. You have a forever client!

I had them work on my sportster and fat bob. Bought some parts off of Dom. Always great and professional. Never had a issue with the quality of work. They are a busy shop so a bit patience and respect I think goes a long way with dealing people.

Been dealing with Precision for about 10 years now. They've been my go to for aftermarket Harley parts. Seems like they've always got what I need to keep my bikes going or finish a build. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and great prices on new and used parts.

You want the Best.they are the Best Hands Down. Thank You Brent.

I would say they are your over all go to shop. It's good having a knowledgable front staff and is just as important as the staff (mechanics) behind the scenes as this shop has shown to have. This type of industry is very difficult as assessing motorcycle repairs and work isn't as simple as a car so understanding the process is an important conversation which can be had with the owner as you will see him as actively involved as any body else working at the shop. It's worth a stop by and see for yourself.

The staff was very helpful in selecting the parts that fit my bike and getting them delivered. A special thanks to both Tom and Steve for all their help.

Brought my 91 FXR in for an out of province inspection and got it back when they said I would. Great service, great price. Thanks.

The ONLY place that I would trust to work on my bike. No joke.
Brent built the engine for my chopper in 2006, and it's still strong today. Since then I have done multiple random projects, and have found that Dom and Steve can source the parts that I found online for less than I would have paid ordering it myself.
Thank you guys for helping me with these crazy builds!

Precision is the ONLY place we buy parts!
The customer service here is impeccable and unmatched. We've tried to work with and/or buy bike parts from numerous places and have never been met with care and customer service that is even close to that of these guys. If they don't have exactly what we are looking for in stock they get it and fast. The guys actually pay attention to you fully and know who you are. Dom has gone above and beyond since we started coming to Precision. He even helped me find the proper original patent for my husband's bike for a gift and actually took the time to teach me what to look for that makes certain bikes different! They help work through any bike problems we be may having without ripping us off and are actually just awesome and genuine people to deal with.
100% would recommend, don't waste your time anywhere else.

This is one of Calgarys originals, most solid, no nonsense"motorcycle shops".
No hipsters here, nor coffee with foam tops! This shop even makes calgary harley look like an elementary school bake sale. Brent has supplied me parts for many of my builds for years. The guys in the back are wizards to help you if you lack skill.and Dom up front will make sure you leave with confidence your going in the right direction. This place will help no matter what your riding, so check it out. Just walking in there puts hair on your knuckles! Thank you Brent for all the great service over the years, and thank you Dom for getting me away from my crazy old lady for a couple hours to work on my bike.see you again soon helping me through the winter blues! Cheers!

Awesome business, they managed to squeeze me in for a same-day out-of-province inspection with only about an hour's notice. Staff seem very knowledgeable and helped me unload my bike from my truck and then load it back up when they were done.

Pricing for the inspection was on par with other Calgary shops, but Precision went above and beyond help me out with some paperwork that I didn't have quite ready.

Shady business. My friend had a frame painted here and the job wasn’t done right and he now has to pay an additional $350 to have their mistakes fixed. They straight up ignored any emails he sent them regarding a reimbursement which he should have received.

You guys are the BEST! We came into your shop, as my bike had a split in the cross over piece on my exhaust. We (my husband) were kinda freakin out as we were on our way home to Chilliwack BC, and still had a long way to go. You put a 2 into 1 Bassani on my bike, I LOVE IT! It sounds great and gives my bike zip, I can't stop smiling.

Thank you to all the guys there, your customer service is Top Notch, and I got home safe and sound! Would highly recommend this shop for all your Harley needs, they are excellent.

I called in earlier and mentioned to Don that when my bike was painted none of the holes were covered and now the entirety of my frame needs to be faced/tapped and will cost me $350 which is insane and I won’t get my frame back until September, an entire month. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Is it not the painters job to covers all the holes and do their job correctly?
I won’t be able to ride my bike this summer now.
Very disappointed and hope to see a reimbursement for the $350 as the painter should have done their job right.
