I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership, I had the pleasure of working with sales rep. John Assef. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I bought and was excellent to work with. His honesty, professionalism and good natured personality made the buying experience enjoyable and stress free. Great job by John, Omar, Billy, Paige and the rest of the Precision Hyundai team!

I am really grateful to have found this location. They have been super helpful with my vehicle issues. They explained exactly what I needed to know and they are working on helping me resolve my issue with my vehicle. They were able to take my vehicle in a couple of days before my scheduled appointment. I am really grateful and definitely going to continue going to them in the future.

As always my experience was amazing. I’ve been taking my car in for service to Precision Hyundai for almost 10 years. They are so friendly and very knowledgeable. They always check with you before doing anything that is unexpected. I’ve never felt that they are taking advantage of me and trying to just add services just to get more money.

I love going to Precision Hyundai! I've been a customer since 2002. They helped me get my first NEW car. I've bought 2 vehicles from them and have always received great service. When you go in for maintenance and even the bigger repairs, they treat you with kindness, humor and respect.

Bought a lightly used SantaFe in June 2022, was supposedly "inspected", only to find out it had the major engine oil consumption issues, burns 1l per 1000km, so far no support from the dealership.other the make us go through some oil consumption trial.update Nov, finally after many emails, text messages to our advisor, we heard back from dealership, they only just sent information to Hyundai Canada, did talk to the used car manager, let's see if anything progresses.

Best dealership experience. The whole purchasing process was clear and straight, not hidden add ons. Sales and finance staff (Jose and Paige) were very professional and customer oriented. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase.
Service department works great, they keep you up to speed with the service progress and provide good explanation on the car needs.

My vehicle is 2021, every light in the dash came on. All sensors malfunctioning and power steering stopped working. I drove straight to the dealership to have it looked at. They refused to check the vehicle for a month. I booked an appointment a month later however I went to another mechanic in the mean time since this couldn't wait a month. Mechanic confirmed the sensor that is malfunctioning from a scan and cleared the code so that my power steering and sensors work again. They advised this sensor replaced under warranty and to go to the dealership as soon as possible. When I showed up to my appointment they did other work to my vehicle but refused to look at that sensor, advised I should of came in when the engine light was on (as I did but was turned around). I was advised I would have to pay a diagnostic fee for something that is supposed to be covered under warranty. Also the loaner vehicle they provided did not have a functioning horn. The only positive part was the lady that helped me arrange the loaner vehicle and went I picked up my vehicle.

I think this is the only place I will go from now on for my car repairs, no condescending attitude, no ridiculous upselling or doing work without my consent. The only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars is because I was not given an actual quote when I booked my car in and dropped it off. I was told how much the part would cost, but not how long the repair would take or how much it would be. They also had a shuttle service which was much needed. My driver, Carl, was a great guy, very friendly and seemed very sweet. Overall my car seems to be running great now and I am very happy with the service I received.

Hello, the service was good however I did the brake service for $256, and then after it was done they phoned me and told me I needed front brakes. But the price for the front brakes was exactly the same even though you were going to do the same service when you did the brakes as you did without doing the brakes

Jackie in the service department is fantastic. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. A slight error was made and she went above and beyond to make it right. Much appreciated! The 5 stars is for her and her team, and the receptionist who helped me in the evening during pick up:)

Unfortunately, if I could take 4 stars off for the rude receptionist who booked my initial appointment, I would.

Have nothing but only good words to say about precision Hyundai. I have a couple of months old car and ac wasn’t working. I called service and talk to Nicole. She was so helpful with booking my car so quickly, she was very knowledgeable and with great manners.
Service was so quick that I didn’t even have to ask for ride home which they offers you, instead I was sitting in very nice, clean waiting room drinking coffee.
I will recommend that place to all my friends.

The service of the dealer at this address does not deserve a solid 5 stars. Brought my car in for anti-corrosion treatment. Their processing unit broke down. I had to leave the car overnight to have it processed the next day. They promised to call me how they would process it, in the end no one called and did not notify me that my car was ready. Arrived in the evening at the closing of the dealer. My car was apparently a long time, in the morning in the parking lot. The machine was so hot that the temperature allowed it to bake buns. I was without a car all day and could not solve my everyday issues, because of the indifference of workers who do not keep their promises. I asked for repair prices for two problems in my car, but no one told me about them. Therefore, 3 points with a minus. Of the good in the dealership, waiting room.
I decided to change the review and put a unit. The manager of this center contacted me, I explained my situation to him, but I didn’t hear an answer and a solution to the problem, and Andy’s manager disappeared without a trace. In the future, I serviced my car and did not see any visible anti-corrosion treatment under the bottom. Most likely they just didn't do it. They kept the car all day at their station and gave it back as it was, writing in their journal that it had passed inspection and anti-corrosion treatment.

With so many options available today, the search for a new vehicle can be overwhelming.
I had not previously considered a Hyundai in the past, and I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised to see just how much Hyundai offers not only in quality and technology, but service and warranty coverage as well. John Assef and the entire team at Precision Hyundai were absolutely 5 Stars in assisting me with my new vehicle search. Their attention in understanding my needs and the presentation of all available options surpassed my expectations.
I’m now very happy to be part of the Hyundai family!
