They were kind, and didn't let us pay for the estimation of our car's salvage inspection. I should have put 5, thanks! But the only problem is that my husband felt so down when he found out about the cost. He was so excited and even leave from work to go to this shop. I insisted to look for other auto shops outside the city but he argued to go with precision instead, and ended up being disappointed of the car At least we learnt something from these guys. But our hearts broke a bit.

Sharaz was very friendly, but 12 days with my truck seemed a bit long. I had no way to get around.

Precision Motor Worx was recommended to me by The Tire Guys after they replaced my old tires, so that I could get a wheel alignment. The experience was fabulous, they were able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment and were ready for me within 5 minutes of my arrival. As a woman, I'm always nervous about mechanics taking advantage, but I felt so respected here and didn't have to worry about being charged for fake problems. The whole service was done very quickly and I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Super trustworthy, small business deserving of your business.

The gentleman was amazing and fixed my car same day! Worked fast and made my car run like new.

Shahraz took me in to do a tire patch on a Sunday morning with only 5 minutes notice. He was super friendly and professional. He successfully completed the repair perfectly without taking any shortcuts (cleaned the puncture, patched from the inside, rebalanced the tire, and hand torqued my wheel back on the car) in a reasonable amount of time and price. I could not possibly have asked for more. Because of his availability and skills, I was able to confidently take the car on the planned road trip with zero interruptions that day. 100% would recommend.

These guys did my wheel alignment and my wheel balancing, they did a great job, and even told me what else my car needed, but did not push me to get it done. They were fast, courteous, and very reasonable. I just moved to Airdrie about a year and a half ago and have been looking for a new mechanic. They are going to be my to go place from this point onwards. I would definitely recommend them.

If I could Give him no stars I would, totally unprofessional. I got work done and he wasn't even in full business. I found out from the landlord of the building he is not an active tenant.

I purchased a used Chevy Spark from Precision Motor Worx back in November. I got a really good deal on the vehicle and they worked with me to get a new set of winter tires & a new windshield at a reasonable price. The customer service was excellent and I am extremely happy that even though they are temporary closed (he is looking for a new physical location), I was referred to a nearby shop for a repair. They could of easily ignored my text but instead they helped me find the part I needed and they arranged with the other shop to get it installed at a fair price. I am extremely impressed and I will 100% recommend them. I hope they find a new location soon because their repeated acts of kindness have earned them a loyal customer.

I had to call the store because the car was sitting outside after several hours in the shop.did not get a call back saying what the issue was.when i called in the morning to tell you where i put the keys you looked everywhere.hope that helps

Being honest pls try to Avoid this place at any cost of you you want to die in a car accident after fixing it at this place then yes pls take it to percussion motor Worx on Airdrie if not then take it somewhere else not honest at all I have done a alignment on my Lincoln it drives bent head and other works are not good too they do salvage inspection without checking to a body man and when you take the The car then body man will come and sign paperworks at this location which we have to let Alberta transport about this serious matter that is here stay safe guys and pls avoid at any cost thank you

Was recommended to come to this shop by a family member. I had a unique service required which this shop honestly told me he couldnt accomodate. He did however call another local shop for me and got me in same day. Very professional and helpful and went the extra mile to point me in the right direction.

I brought my car there after several reccomendations from friends. The service is fast and friendly and i felt that the owner was both honest and transparent when talking to him

Got me in quick! When they thought an issue was fixed and it wasn't he took the car back right away and fixing it, no charge.

First of all it wasnt a good experience buying 5 oil changes Groupon for this place. He wouldnt do an oil change on 2 cars even though Groupon doesnt say that it is valid for only 1 car. Upon arguing he says he is not making money on this. Why did you have Groupon out then?
I was trying to refrain from putting up a review but after I got an oil change he charged $10 for shop supplies plus environmental fees that was ridiculous. Upon asking about shop supplies, he says its tools, paper, etc. Seriously?
I got $500 work performed from other place on this car and they charged me only $8 for shop supplies. So what does this imply? He is not professional, honest and fair.
I only went to this place because of Groupon.

Gentleman buying my toyota sienna went to this work shop on June 24 @11am for a pre purchase inspection. I got a call from him asking for key for the wheels. It uses a regular socket which they couldn't figure out. Later in the day I found my glove compartment not put back properly after inspecting the air filter. In the evening I was taking out the wheel spacer installed before I can hand over the vehicle. Passanger side wheels were over torqued. 1 damaged. Thread of wheel spacers damaged. Driver side wheel were not even torqued. Thanks God didnt hit the highway. Definitely would had an accident. Such a crapy job.

I was in a pinch a couple times and Precision sourced parts for me, and had me back on the road in no time! Reasonable prices and quality work, as well as quick install time. Ever since my vehicle got serviced at Percision, it has been driving right as rain.

Great from start to finish. Great prices, great service, done quickly. They never tried to push extras which was a nice change from a lot of other shops. Very knowledgeable and helpful with questions too. Absolutely recommend for all your mechanical needs.

Shahraz was able to figure out the cause of my concern right away and took my vehicle in. I believe I got a very good deal on the work he did on it compared to other shops. He was very honest and straightforward about what he thinks is the problem, the work it will require and the time. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Very poor customer service. Engine light on after oil change was done. Light was not on that morning when dropped off. Claims it was on when he started it. Would you not relay this back to your customer when they called to see if the vehicle was ready? When asked about it, claims it is not his problem. Paid to have a second vehicle serviced and told not to bring it in. Told we could take it up with Groupon to get our money back. Very disappointed and would not recommend having a vehicle serviced here.

These guys are amazing! No questions asked, got me in and had a steering and suspension inspection to check my front end. Only needed two new struts and a alignment. They didn't try to force me into anything, up sell me, nothing like that. They were completely honest, showed me everything. Few days later after they shipped the struts in, they got me in and out within 2 hours. Got me one of the best prices in the city. They may be a small shop, but they beat all the other big shops in my opinion. These guys are gonna be my go to for everything now.

The first time was to replace a tire that was ruined by a screw in the side wall and needed to be replaced urgently to get my wife back on the road. The second was for a new set of winters and was promised it would be done before the snow came. Precision came through on both occasions. Highly recommend!

Work was done on my engine, replaced spark plugs and coil packs. Got all spark plugs without any breaks and my truck has never ran better. Will go back anytime I need something done

Shahraz is good. My engine light was on so he did the diagnostic check to find my problem. Low voltage so just needed a new battery. He was able to do this next day. Front staff gal was very friendly as well. I would recommend checking out this little shop in Airdrie. Also, if you have a Lubrico warranty like I do, they highly recommend this shop.

I was in desperate need of an alignment for my BMW 328xi. I was being blown off by shop after shop. Shiraz texted me back and apologized for not answering my call. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted and told that he would be glad to take a look. Shiraz explained everything that was going on, every step of the way. He never tried to up sell me or obfuscate what was going on. He had my alignment completed and my car back on the road in 2 hours.
