What an absolutely amazing experience. I called after noticing our hot water tank stopped producing hot water and appeared to have a leak. Phone Mike was so lovely and kind during our initial conversation. Walked me through an overview of the potential problems on the phone and recommended a course of action based on what I described. He waa very patient with me and so lovely to chat with. He looked up my water heater and provided me with lots of helpful info and answered all my questions. Our water tank was technically under warranty (by 20 days!) which he told me right away and encouraged me to reach out to the original supplier so I could try and save some money. He was very transparent and honest about the whole process. After doing some research, we opted to replace the entire unit to expedite the process and reset the warranty period with a new tank. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold or talked down to. It was such a pleasant experience! Mike made sure to tell me upfront want to expect when it came to time, labour and materials. He provided excellent detail about the schedule and when to the installation could take place, even following up after our initial call to keep me updated. On installation day, Plumber Mike (different person from Phone Mike but equally delightful) called ahead of arrival and arrived exactly when promised. He was personable, professional and worked quickly. No unnecessary work was completed and I was pleasantly surprised when we didn't have to make special accomodations for the humidifier and poly B pipes (which I knew was a possibility based on the call with Phone Mike)! We were able to get hot water back quickly which I was especially grateful for in -40! Really happy with the work, communication and overall experience. I wish all experiences could be this pleasant! I would absolutely recommend this company and will be a repeat customer:)

We woke up in the new year to lukewarm water for our showers. Our original water tank (28 yrs old) was making all kinds of noises and it was only a matter of time before it quit altogether or worse, burst and send water all over the furnace room. I called Precision in the morning of Jan 3 and they said they could have someone out later in the afternoon. I had previously asked for a quote for various replacement options. We went ahead with one of the options. Because the quote was a few months old, I was given the updated prices for the new year. Zac was great. Within 2 hrs the old tank was removed and replaced with the new one. He left the area clean and made sure to wipe off his boots when coming in and out of the house with the new tank and taking out the old. No hidden costs on the final bill. Would highly recommend Precision for any plumbing needs.

Called after hours due to a surprise leak in the basement, received a call back immediately and Mike was at my door within half an hour. Super professional, very friendly, and did an amazing job.
Mike went above and beyond to get me out of a tough situation.

Incredible value for the service received! Knowledgeable, gave sound advice, and didn't overcharge even with it being the weekend. Quick service, with less than an hour to arrive at our place. Knew just what to do to clear our clogged drain, and was very quick and efficient. Will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Called them at about 2: 00 am after our water heater broke down. Spoke with Mike and was able to get them to come the next day and install a new one. The Technician that came was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and was done in a reasonable time. Very happy with this company. We will use them again!

I had Precision plumbing add the drain for a new bathroom in my basement. They broke the slab, added the new rough ins and put it all back together. I was really impressed with how clean they kept the work area on a messy job and of course everything passed the inspection. I will use this business on all my plumbing projects!

My hot water tank crapped out.

The hot water tank replacement a new 150 litre Rheem on the weekend with short notice was 1800! Other places I called were between 2000-2700 and these guys were great!

And they had financing that let me do 18 payments on low interest. They actually had a ton of financing options to fit your budget

Replaced a cartridge in my shower (they were so fast!) and then came back the next week to investigate a small sewer back up- talked to Mike on the phone both times prior to these jobs who explained A lot and answered a ton of questions and gave me a good idea for cost - Brandon did the camera inspection on my sewer and was also a wealth of information and easy to talk to!

Excellent experience both times. Were open and forward about time it would take to make the appointment. They called me back late in the day and kept to their word about keeping me informed and getting me in quickly as possible. Tech was fast, efficient and friendly. Pricing was up front, honest and when job was done very accurate. If only all places were this professional, great experience both times with great advice on what to expect in the future of this old house.

Our kitchen sink has been clogged on and off for a while. In the summer my husband called another company who charged as twice as Precision Plumbing did today. However, since that time, we continued to have intermittent issues with the sink.
Therefore, we decided to find a new plumbing company. The first one I called offered 99 CAD "call fee", and, when asked for estimated costs, the answer was like: "we are professionals, therefore we can not estimate things before we see it".
The second call was to Precision Plumbing: I spent some time on the phone with Mike, who, after taking detailed history, provided me with estimated cost range and explained potential additional fees.
May be I was lucky, but the specialist was in out house in 30 minutes. The job was done in less than an hour, then he took his time for detailed explanation and some valuable advice. The final bill was ~30 CAD less than the minimal estimated price I got from the office.
I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Jim and Dan (with assistance from Josh and Zach) replaced all the poly-b pipe in our home last week. They did a great job - they used the proper tools and created no dust at all. Jim is a maestro at determining the direction of pipes and only made the minimum number of cuts in the drywall to enable them to replace the poly-b with PEX. The cuts in the stippled ceiling in the basement were great, and I was able to replace some of the cutouts with access panels, and the others will require a minimum amount of drywall repair and texturing. Thanks, gentlemen, great job!

Can’t thank Precision Plumbing enough, Brandon was at my house within half an hour of my calling, he charged me over $100 less than quoted and this was a Sunday and after 5pm! Really nice guy, professional and quick…just so grateful for this service. Also, the young lady that I spoke to, to set up my appointment, was very personable and sweet and very professional. Working with Precision Plumbing was very easy. Jay was very efficient at getting me a quote for a new tankless heater installation. Jay answered all my questions and took his time to help me out. Jim arrived with the new heater on time and installed the heater in a very timely manner. Jim answered all my questions and was a joy to work with. The service was great and this was also the best quote I got from all the other companies I inquired with. I would definitely use Precision Plumbing again.

I was very impressed with the service from Precision Plumbing.

My house was built in the 1980's using the older Poly-B piping - which unfortunately has a well-known reputation for developing spontaneous leaks after a few years. After years of dealing with numerous Poly-B leaks I decided to have all the Poly-B in my house taken out and replaced with new Pex-A piping.

Precision Plumbing came in with a very competitive quote to replace all the old Poly-B in my house, and also to replace my old water heater.

Everyone I have dealt with at Precision Plumbing has been extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Using only very minimal openings to the drywall, Jim and Zac did top notch work replacing all my Poly-B plumbing on all three levels. I was extremely impressed with their work! All the staff at the Precision Plumbing office including Jay, Mike, Tara and Vicki were wonderful to deal with.

I will absolutely recommend Precision Plumbing to friends and neighbors.

This place is super! I called and spoke to Mike and he was able to answer a few questions for me over the phone. He very promptly booked us in for a dishwasher install on the next available day. The plumber that came to do the work was very clean and tidy with the work. He was extremely pleasant. Not only was the quality of the work top notch, but the final cost of the work was very reasonable. I will call these guys back next time we need a plumber

Jim and Danny you two are our heroes. Everything is closed, it's New Years Eve, and our shower won't turn off. The handle spins round like a Rick Astley song and we can't get a replacement part. These two heroes call me back in under two minutes and meet up with us in under five. Thank you soo much for your help!

These guys were excellent in all ways. They did my PolyB removal in a day and were very careful no to make holes in the ceiling. Very impressed!

When my sink collapsed under my granite counter, I called 9 plumbers. Not only was Precision the only one to call me back within a week, they were able to get my repair in the next day. Outstanding quality and responsiveness. I couldn't be more happy with these guys.

From start to finish, the employees at Precision Plumbing were knowledgeable, polite and professional. It was the start of the Thanksgiving long weekend and we had a blocked drain that was causing water back up into our house. I contacted Precision this morning about getting a plumber out to fix an emergency leak. I spoke with Mike who was going to do his best to get someone out today during normal daytime hours. He was so helpful, responsive and professional. As it turns out, we weren't able to utilize Precision's services due to going through insurance. However, based on the excellent customer service provided by Mike, I would gladly call on Precision if we need a plumber in the future!

Great experience with Precision Plumbing last week. I called early Friday morning and Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to squeeze us in at the end of the day so we didn't have to go without a kitchen sink for the weekend. Len was our plumber and he was also extremely friendly, professional and gave us lots of tips on how we can avoid the issue from happening again. Had a hot water tank installed by Precision Plumbing just under a year ago and started having problems with it as the water started to come out brown and dirty. I called them and they came and drained and inspected the tank but could find no specific problem with it. They took a sample of the dirty water for testing but found nothing abnormal. With the draining of the tank, the water cleared up for a while but then it started to degrade again. After talking with the owner, Jerrod, he determined that it was a faulty tank and replaced it under warranty with no hesitations. I have used Precision for several projects, including a large restoration project, and have found their work to be on budget, timely, and of excellent quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

I was referred to Precision Plumbing from a friend. I dealt with Mike on the phone and he was so friendly and very professional. Len was scheduled to come and look at our sink, and he was on time and went right to work. He looked into everything and was very thorough. Precision Plumbing was referred to me by Arctic Air after there was a valve leak that was impacting our in-floor heating. Although dispatch let me know that staff was busy, Jim showed up to address the leak. In between working from home, Jim explained what he was doing with our boiler in the utility room and why, and I never felt like I wasted his time. He also let me know anticipatory repairs and costs based on the age of our townhouse. As someone who has no idea about anything in the house, Jim’s explanation and time spent in our utilities room helped me learn about our home.

I have used precision plumbing ltd.a few times. I have dealt with Scott & Alex, Jerrod and Johnathen on different occasions. Everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic! Great work, fair prices and they always try to educate me so I know what to look out for as a first time home owner. We have Poly B in our house and this is one of the few companies that seems to know how to deal with Poly B! I will definitely use them to swap out my Poly B in the future!:)

Scott did an excellent job finding the leak in kitchen pipe that had caused a lot of damage. He explained that the angle over the years had caused the leak. He explained the options to fix it and focused on doing the job at a value rate. Highly recommended.

This is the only plumbing company I will call in Calgary. They have a 24 hour emergency number. It is nice that the owner will go out himself and give quotes at fair price, so you are not feeling pressured being charged by the hour, but for emergencies call outs they bill by the 1/4 hour after the first one, which is also fair. I am very happy with my plumber, Jonathan. Mike answers all texts messages promptly and precisely.

Excellent and fast customer service with everyone I spoke to over the phone. Jim came to the house and replaced our hot water tank the same day we called. He was very respectful of our house and cleaned up very well after himself. We recently did a home reno also, and I would not recommend ANY of those trades, Precision Plumbing were wonderful to deal with!

After scheduling an appt with another plumber with over 560 reviews that told me they charge by the 'job' even though they didn't know what the job would be, I cancelled my appt and called Precision. Not only did Precision give me an idea of cost up front, they came within an hour, checked out all possible causes of the problem and determined it was the main drain which they cleaned out - problem solved. And at a reasonable cost. I shudder to think what the first plumber I called would have charged (always check the lowest rated reviews). I'm very pleased with Precision's service and work.

We had a pipe break off in our garage they came the same day and got it fixed. They were very professional and reliable.

I asked for a quote for gas fitting to fix my rusted pipe and they said this "are you able to send some photos? We will then have an idea what is required thank you. " they were asking for pictures after i sent the pictures they didn't bother replying waited 10 days for nothing what a bad customer service.

I needed to have our garburator removed and Jim was able to come out the same day I called. While he was here, I asked how much work it would be to put a water line to our fridge. He was able to get it done in half an hour for me and also did it that day! I highly recommend Precision Plumbing.

I am pleased with the customer service I received from Precision Plumbing when I talked about my bath/shower plate issue; I was listened to, respected and valued. Then Precision Plumbing called me back to book the appointment; again very good customer service. I am so pleased with the service provided by your Precision Plumbing employee Jim, the Plumber. He did the required work to switch of the plate piece on my bath/shower unit BUT he also noticed that my TOTO toilet flush buttons were suppressed. I told Jim that is the way it always was since the renovation on my bath last year. He took the TOTO toilet lid off and adjusted the flush buttons. It just took a minute. Now my TOTO is flushing with minimal water, before we would have to push and hold the TOTO flush buttons for a bit of time to clear the toilet. Now we push the TOTO toilet flush buttons once and let it go. With Jim the plumber noticing this issue on the TOTO, I call this action above and beyond. Thank you Jim for your great customer service and for noticing my TOTO toilet problem that I didn't know was wrong. Very easy to deal with.
