Bill is awesome I've never been to such an honest and up front mechanic. Had my jeep in and out very quickly. 100% recommend the joint.

I took my car here on a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in this service. I went there well knowing I had a bad bearing and told him previously I was told back passenger. This shop does not use stethoscopes or this wouldn't have happened. Upon picking up my vehicle I was told the location is unknown and they did want to replace it if they weren't sure. I was verbally recommended to continue driving my car and try to figure out where it was myself, but swering back and forth at certain speeds. Then to top it all off, was charged a half an hour labor ($70) for a problem I already knew I had. I called the previous shop I used that warned me about it and asked what they used to diagnose it. A shop no bigger and a job done with in days of my phone call. I'm a stickler for good mechanics, and this service was not what I wanted or paid for!

Stand up shop, won't nickle and dime you. Will even suggest other shops to help you get going! Great honestly!

I spent some time searching for a mechanic knowing it can be hard to find a good and honest one. I found Premium Automotive and could not have chosen better.

They were swift and clear with me on what needed to be fixed  and what could have been left had I needed to save money. My vehicle was in and out with no fuss and is handling great now. The price in the end was quite a bit lower than the initial quote as well. I am very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Premium Automotive to my family and friends.

Great service! Upfront and honest mechanic. Got both my control arms and tie rod ends replaced. Took the time to show how worn my bushings were on my old control arms. Family run business highly recommended.

This is a great place with wonderful people! They worked hard to fix my vehicle, and make sure it was done right, and kept me updated the whole way through. Had previous experience with a poor mechanic, so was wary, but these guys are just great, and affordable too! Only place we’ll take our cars now!

Bill and Bonnie make a perfect team up front, honest. We will be moving out of the city, but even though it is a 45 min drive it is worth it for quality work at a great price.

Still getting Bill to do all of my Auto repairs. Am even going to get him to do the timing belt on my Lexus and I a really picky about who works on that car. Really happy with the quality of work at reasonable prices. Yes there are cheaper but the quality is no where near as good. Nice to see an outfit with straight 5 star rating, not a single complaint because they treat their clients right!

Moved to Edmonton a while back and needed some auto repairs done. I was referred to Premium from 3 of his existing customers when I posted looking for a good mechanic on Alberta Outdoors. Their recommendation worked out perfect. Straight shooting fellow, reasonable prices and quality work, done on time and as promised. I will definitely be going back for any other work I need done.

He also recommended I get the guys next door to do the oily rust protection treatment since my 25 year old 4Runner is in perfect shape. Talked to them and will be getting that work done as well.

Nice couple own and run this shop. Been going there for almost 20 years. Quality workmanship and they don't fix things that you don't want fixed. They will advise you on problems they recognized on your vehicle.

By far the most honest and quality service. The only problem is that they fixed my one car too good that it never broke again!

They will not rip you off or try to up sell. They will do what is needed and offer suggestions to what repairs can wait. I was referred to this place. I was wanting an honest place to take my vehicle. This is the place! My auto dealer wanted to charge over $2300 and told me so many things needed to be done.
