Worst place ever, cut my dogs nails to short, last time I wanted to take my dog in I had covid and couldn't make the appointment so they threatened me with a 35 dollar cancelation fee. What a joke. Thank god there are tons of better pet groomers around Ellerslie.

This place was beyond my expectations. Super clean, friendly staff, and the cut was exactly what we were looking for! Big bonus is it’s the best bang for your buck we’ve found!

I've been here a few times, and the experience has gotten progressively worse and worse. My dog was behind on grooming. I am aware of that. The owner BERATED me about not keeping up on brushing in front of her entire staff and other customers. Told me I'd NEED to be in every 8 weeks. She doesn't know this dog has gone through two incredibly hard surgeries in the last four years, and I have spent hundreds of sleepless nights up with her giving her medicine, and keeping her alive. I don't need to be yelled at, shamed, and made out to be an awful dog owner because her brushing got behind. This person has no professional vocabulary, and I will not be going back. Here's a tip for their verbiage; "Her coat could use some extra love! We'd be happy to keep it manageable which would be easiest if you bring her in every 8 weeks or so. Or, if you have the time, a more consistent brushing would absolutely help! "

We love this place for our dog, everyone is so friendly, and they take extra care with our extremely anxious dog. We will definitely keep coming back! It is pricey though, my dogs haircut is almost twice what mine costs.

I have brought my dog here since he was a puppy as it was recommended by our Leonburger breeder. The grooming is okay and my boy always came out looking handsome but he is TERRIFIED every time he walks in and comes out an anxious mess. We brought him to oh my dog spa in Windermere and he walked in happy and left happy and they did a WAY better grooming and you could see a difference in his fur when he left since he his fur is so long/thick and can sometimes get matted in the winter. I also heard that they were being “rough” with a family members dog because he was so large and hard to move around.

When I brought him in for his appointment today as we had booked previously and they stated that we had missed an appointment and owed a $50 fee. I did not receive a text message regarding this appointment or a phone call and we have never missed an appointment before. Their system would message my mother in law or mother about the appointments no matter how many times we attempted to fix this issue it almost cost me $50. They are fair price but I guess you get what you pay for. Would not recommend.

Had an amazing experience bringing my shih-tzu in for a cut & groom. The owner and staff are very nice and professional. I will continue to bring my dog here. Highly recommend this place to anybody!

Please avoid if you don't want your pet to be handled roughly as if they're on an assembly line.sloppy work because dogs are rushed through as quickly as possible regardless of the animals stress level.racist comments fly when staff think nobody is listening.

Groomers are good, if overworked, but the reason for two stars is the owner/manager. For every interaction I've had with her, she's been unnecessarily terse, condescending, and confrontational. The first time, I chalked it up to a bad day, but after that it's just plain rude and bad customer service. We won't be back.

Amazing customer service! I called ahead for a walk-in nail trim and nail polish. They were able to give me a time to come in so they could accommodate her. They were all kind, friendly, and cheerful. My dog is a rescue so I wasn't sure how she'd do but the groomers really put me at ease. My dog was completely comfortable and responded well. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This was the 2nd time we had our dogs groomed here. The first time they were cut nice. The 2nd time we wanted the dogs hair cut the same way as the first time, which was entered into their computer. Didn't happen. It looks like they did a really quick trim only cutting 1/2" of hair off. Not impressed for the price. Looked like they are too busy with the volume of clients they have to do a proffesional job. We won't be going back there.

Very happy with how thos old dirty dog looks after his spa day. My only thought is he didn't smell nice. I just sprayed him with pet aromatherapy fragrance but I would have thought he would have smelled fresh and new. Other than that Maddie is wonderful and I will definitely use her again!

Molly looks ready when she returns from her groomers. Though they're sticklers for time, it's great to see my baby every month get all done up and dainty. The ladies might be loud when it comes to getting any rules followed but they're amazing with the dogs.

This place is one word… Amazing. They are very considerate, and knowledgeable. They will help you get the perfect groom for your pet! Our dog usually has really bad separation anxiety, and it’s almost non existent here, other places recommended us not to take him to them again and groom him ourselves. Our dog Chico is a happy camper visiting premium pet styling!

I've been taking my 11 year old Morkie Bella here for several months now. I've always been extremely happy with how she looks. The staff are professional and friendly. They seem to truly care about the animals. My dog leaves there bouncy and happy which to me is a very important sign. I've had her at other places and she shakes for days. I HIGHLY recommend Premium Pet Styling.

Both my dog and I love the ladies at Premium PetStyling, he is always trying to give them kisses even though he hates his paws being touched. We brought our large long haired fluff ball dog in for a full groom and trim, he came out so handsome and soft. We also take our dog in to get his nails and Grinch toes shaved and trimmed, they always do an amazing job. I will be taking our dog back for sure.

Very good and compassion for my two dogs while them being scared to go in and my dogs warm up to them after awhile. I will suggest anyone go there

Brought our 100+ pound black lab cross for a much needed bath and de-shed. Was very happy with how much care they gave our senior dog! He looked and smelled wonderful and was a very happy boy! The nail trim they have him was amazing.

I LOVE Premium PetStyling. My dog, Remy, is 118 lbs and is not kind to other dogs (but very well behaved otherwise). The girls there are amazing. When I phoned in and described that I was concerned about Remy being in the salon with other dogs, they offered to stay a few minutes late so he would be alone. I've been going to them long-term, and they all know who I am and all about my dog when I phone. I also booked a bath with them, and they handled him so well and he came home clean and happy as can be! All of the staff are so kind, so excited to see Remy, and they just shower him with love at every visit. His nails grow FAST and the quicks like to grow out with his nail, but they're incredible at trimming his nails down and keeping them at a healthy and comfortable length without quicking him. They always do a much better job than the vet clinics do, and I love that after so many visits, one is on the house! Every time we come home from Premium PetStyling, Remy smiles for HOURS! You ladies are wonderful. Thank you for loving Remy as if he's your own!

My dog always gets extra attention from onlookers after every groom and he struts like he knows it. Lol. Very happy with their service.

This place completely butchered our little guy's face. When my wife called to talk to the owner, she started by blaming the puppy's skin, which is ridiculous. He's been going here for approx. 5 months every 2 to 3 weeks and gets the same thing done and this has never happened before. Then when my wife brought that up, she proceeded to blame his coat change. He's six months old, his coat is not changing.

My pup has always made a fuss with getting her nails done (very dramatic indeed) and was giving the staff a hard time. They talked her through it, kept her calm, and managed to get the smoothest cut we’ve seen in a long time. Despite the company name, they have very affordable prices and flexible timings. Will be keeping them saved in my phone to go to every 2-3 weeks!

I brought my dog, Piper, there today and it was her first time to a groomers. She was very nervous because she hasn't been around many other dogs, so I was anxious the entire time. When I picked her up, she was in great spirits and smells amazing. They treated her great and gave her a little bandana. I thought it would take some trial and error to find the right groomer but I was wrong. I will take her here everytime she needs a doggy blowout or a spa day. They were reasonably priced and great. Thank you for treating my dog with love and putting my mind at ease about leaving her

Amazing! My dog is a big chicken and irregardless of that they have their full store front open to all to see in. Also, they were all so kind. When I completed the paperwork (on the iPad) I was noticed right away and I never waited they all paid attention to me and I also feel that they take care of the animals that go in. All the animals that were being groomed were all chill and happy and that says alot!

I’ve been going here for about 4 years. It’s been pretty good and prices were reasonable. It was never the best of cuts but was close to my home and easy to book.
Prices went up quite a bit - $75/small dog but it didn’t put me off I get with covid and inflation.
But today I got another average hair cut but this time a charge of matting for my dogs ears.an extra $15 to shave my dogs ears bringing one average somewhat choppy hair cut to $ 94.50. Customer service has always been average at best, only one girl there with a great personality. The selling feature is the actual facility it’s gorgeous. Won’t be going back after today. I’ll find somewhere else. I have pictures of the cut will figure out how to post.

I took my 75lb, 2.5 year old bernedoodle to Jessica at Premium PetStyling today and she did an incredible job. She was recommended by my coworker, so I decided to go. I am very impressed with the cut and attention to detail! Thank you Jess!

I take my long haired dachshund here to get shaved. He could not feel any happier after. He’s like a whole new dog. They do such a great job. I’ve tried other places when premium petstyling was booked full and have never gotten the same service and always end up coming back here. Will not make that mistake again.

I've been taking my pup here for over a year now and I am beyond impressed with the professionalism the ladies have shown. We had one incident where I wasn't happy with the haircut and Tamara the manager was so accommodating and understanding, she fixed the problem right away. I was very pleased with how she handled the situation and it made me that much more confident in bringing my pup to them in the future!

Tamara is very open about her caring for the dogs they groom, and I absolutely love that their grooming tables are front and center of the shop, so you can see how loving they are to the animals.

Best grooming place I've taken my dog yet!

Tamara and her team were amazing with my anxious boy. He looks so handsome after his visit and is not shedding everywhere! We will definitely be back!
