Our family has been seeing Dr Swart for over 12 years. We appreciate his knowledge and support with all our medical concerns. Best doctor we have had in 25 years. The support staff are helpful, friendly and have always been a pleasure to interact with. We are so happy to be connected to this clinic. Special shout out to Denise for being extra kind to my elderly mother.

Worst medical clinic, they never answer the phone! Goodluck trying to call if you have an issue or need to change your appointment! Dr. Chan is/was my family doctor and she’s terrible, no bedside manner, she even laughed when I was telling her about my moms depression, how horrible for a doctor! I always have to drive down there for any issues very inconvenient! Staff are also not very friendly or accommodating And if you complain about them not answering the phones they ask you to find another family doctor/clinic!

Neglectful Dr. Claasen! Too busy to give proper care! Can’t even give follow up scans after cancer! At the cost of a life

The staff here are excellent - caring, efficient and very professional. Dr. Swart is very thorough, thoughtful and caring and he has always given me the best health care that I could ask for. I was very fortunate to have him accept me as a patient.

Dr. Izak Claasen is literally the best Doctor i’ve ever seen! Quality care, extremely knowledgeable and great personality! Thank you for the years of great care!

If you want to go see a negligent doctor, go see Dr. Sihota. Begged her to help me for months, went to see another doctor and now heading for emergency surgery because of her ignoring me and treating me like a child.

I know i'm in good hands with Dr. Sihota. She shows genuine concern, explains everything fully and best of all, as soon as test results are back she immediately has you come in for a follow-up. Plus, the reception staff have always been nothing but kind and professional. We'll worth the 5 stars.

Dr Swart treated me like garbage. I was in serious pain, I went to this clinic, before I could finish talking, he said why can’t you go to your family doctor, he left the room and brought a requisition form, drop it and he walked away to the room across to see another patient and close the door.
This is the 2nd time, first was during Covid so I thought he was overwhelmed but again, I was in pain I couldn’t walk very well, no empathy, nothing. Not that I was talking too much bcos I don’t even have the energy. He didn't spent 3 minutes. I am still in pain, my family Doctor is not available. I have been out of work for almost 2weeks.

I am not surprised that I got a call from your clinic just now after the review that Dr Swart asked me to follow up with my family Dr of cause you will not want to see me again.

I was a patient here for close to 15 years and I highly recommend this clinic. Between myself and the rest of my family, we have seen every doctor in the office and recommend them all. We'll miss you all!

The only bad thing that I can say about the staff is Dr. Swart's taste in tractor brands and Kelly's taste in hockey teams! Hahaha

The doctors at this practise are very kind, thorough, respectful, and give you all the information you need. The front office staff (especially Denise) is great as well, everyone is friendly and things seem quite organized. I was very impressed at how organized everything was. Really happy with the services here.

This is honestly the worst walk-in clinic we’ve been to. The receptionist lady has been incredibly rude every single time we come here and has wasted our time twice now. We went to a different walk-in after being denied at this one, and they took us in immediately!

I saw doctor Swart about a wcb injury and needing time off work. Right off the bat he was quite abrasive and rude. Eventually he said to be off work for the rest of this day and then the next two days and gave me paperwork for wcb. I looked it over and realized that it did not say what wcb would need and asked to speak to him again about it. In the mean time I also confirmed with wcb and they said it wasn’t acceptable. When I tried to explain this to him he basically said this is all he could give me and that it is good enough. He was very harsh/gruff and I felt very uncomfortable. I ended up talking to reception and eventually they were able to print an actual doctors note. Unfortunately, that doctors note still wasn’t filled out correctly and was not clear. I left and they said they’d call once they heard from wcb. Eventually it got approved and they called to tell me I have the rest of today and then next day off. I told them he had originally said the next two days off so they checked with him and he said that I should just have the one day off and he never said that. It seemed that he wouldn’t fix it just to spite me even though I literally just need what wcb needs. I was never rude and was very patient but I couldn’t believe how he treated me.
Also, I was on the phone with my manager trying to get it figured out when he came to talk to me the second time and she heard everything and couldn’t believe how rude he was. (This did help me feel less crazy and like I was just being sensitive). I ended up just crying because I was frustrated and he did not care one bit. I was there for an hour after my appointment just trying to figure it out.
I will never go to see him again. I have seen Dr Claasen in the past and he was very nice and professional so hopefully I can just see him if I ever go back again.

Parents beware! DANGEROUS clinic.

I’ve had numerous serious experiences with two doctors here. One a young female betrayed me and called me a bad mother for my daughters possible bladder infection, just to say later on it in fact was NOT bladder infection. Two days later she was hospitalized for a kidney infection which the doctor said was not an infection too, she said my daughter was just holding it and it was my job to make her not do so; my daughter is 7, she doesn’t hold her urine.

The second doctor is an old man who knows absolutely nothing. My daughter was coughing for 3 solid weeks and he wouldn’t even test her, said it was allergies with ZERO testing. Another doctor diagnosed it as bronchitis and he has chronic sore throat as a result.

If you love your kids do NOT send them here, both my kids have been hospitalized after these doctors have sworn I was paranoid for even being in clinic. This is an establishment that should be closed. Idk how any doctor on staff even got a medial license.

The staff and Dr Sihota are fantastic willing to do what they can to help. Dr Sihota is always very informative, takes the time to listen and does not judge. When tests and referrals are required they get them out quickly and always follow up with you. I've been very fortunate to find Dr. Sihota she's an amazing doctor

Amazing service! Receptionists were all VERY friendly, managed to squeeze us in last minute to get my sons throat looked at and the doctor was great. Too bad they are not accepting new patients.

I was in twice to see Dr. Swart about an injury. He was great. Was very clear at explaining what was going on and the staff went over and above to get me an ultrasound the same day. Highly recommend!

I went in today as a walk-in with a burn on my hand. The receptionists and Dr. Raath were friendly and compassionate and I was in and out in a very short time. Would definitely go back again if my regular doctor wasn’t available.

Dr. Swart has been the best doctor I could ever ask for, love the staff, I’ve always been well taken care of and am so thankful this is my clinic and doctor. I can always get an appointment easy.

At the end of every visit, he always says “be good”, his signature, always makes me laugh and is a good way to say see you later.

Friendly, caring and kind staff- I have always felt well looked after. So appreciate Dr. Raath's kind, compassionate, and upbeat demeanor. He always makes me feel at ease and takes the time to listen and advise. Grateful for the great care throughout many years!

My Father and I have seen Dr. Swart for many years. He has always been very thorough and supportive, always getting to the bottom of things and helping with specialist referrals where necessary. The entire staff at the clinic are friendly and helpful with less common needs, such as flexibility filling prescriptions when getting to the clinic is difficult for travel or other reasons. We are both very grateful Dr. Swart accepted us as patients and can't imagine going anywhere else.

I just want to say Dr Swart is a joke! This man should not be practicing medicine! I have had lung and throat problems for the last month and all this guy did was swab for strep throat completely ignoring the problem! “Don’t take cold medicine” is all this joke of a doctor said. Yes because you are able to diagnose with out doing an exam. If you value your health, you will stay away from Swart the fraud!
