Freakin love the receptionist! So kind and can make jokes with her which makes the waiting enjoyable.
Had no issues with the doctors, they’re honest and listen to what I’m saying. Great with kids!

Considered just letting my stomach issues kill me instead of wasting my time sitting around.

Monday morning, there’s one reception lady working, and she’s getting the line moving. She is also extremely friendly, which is something that you don’t find too often in walk-ins. Get here early to beat the line and you’re good to go.

Honestly, unless you’re there at the doors waiting an hour and a half ahead of them opening, don’t bother trying to walk in. They make you wait a long time, and the doctor wouldn’t even fully fill my prescription after I waited in line for 3 hours. Disappointing

Frontline Desk staff is Simply Wonderful. 11/10; A+.

Walk-in patient, came in at nine, took my name, suggested i come back at eleven, signed in and within half hour saw the doctor. Easy peasy!

I've been having on going issues for a few months now, Dr. Jomha doesn't seems to care to get to the root of the problem.

Today I was told to get a new job that would support my new ailment because that's his only goal - to get me back to work instead of offering further help or requesting further imaging. Stunned, I asked if he knew what was out there for someone with my qualifications, of course he didn't reply. If he understood the magnitude of my problem instead of interrupting me and brushing off my concerns that have been happening for 5 months now, perhaps this review wouldn't be getting posted. Not only has my work life been affected, my personal quality of life has too. My home life is not the same, and come summer time I will not be getting to do the things I love. So not only does this "Doctor" not support my current needs, he has now contributed to my poor mental health that has come from these last 5 months because of this discussion today. Telling someone to give up their job because it's easier for him, is disgusting behavior. Consider this clinic a one stop shop for disappointment for chronic unknown pain. What a joke.

As for the receptionists, I've never had a problem with them. If you're nice and respectful, you will get respect in return. This is a busy clinic and their goal is to get you booked in as quick as possible. In my opinion, they are the heart and soul of this clinic and I tip my hat off to them for handling all that they do. They deal with a lot in a day to get us in to see a doctor and are very under appreciated.

Man I'm just tired of the rude reception. Who taught them to constantly answer the phone like ' CAN I HELP YOU? ' yeah you can. I've worked reception for 5 years and we were never taught or even thought of answering the phone like that with attitude. The older lady who sits at the front is super nice, but not sure the other lady who gives attitude constantly over the phone. I love my doctor will continue going there for him but hopefully he moves clinics cuz that receptionist ain't it

Staff is rude, very rude! Doctors don't care and you will be waiting a long time. DO NOT COME HERE, YOU WILL HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE!

Reception was fast, efficient, friendly, with a flare of humour. Dr. Sam Elbeshti was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say, conducted his exams in a thorough and professional manner, and had a pleasant easy going demeanor.

I would recommend you call ahead to schedule a loose appointment, otherwise wait times could be somewhat egregious.

I felt my health was looked after properly and effectively.

This used to be the best walk-in around. Now they are a waste of time. I have been seeking help with a few different things for a while now. It's apparent this clinic never even sent the referrals that they said they were. My wife had 2 that we never heard back from and I had 3 that I never heard back from.

This is a great clinic, if you want to waste your time.

They don't care about walk-in patients.yes, they will admit you and everything.but they won't help you with what to do after you get your results.they will just explain it to you and that's it.if you're really concerned with a person/patient, you may at least suggest something or give an idea of what to do.rather than saying that "it's not my body, so I won't be deciding of what to do next". REALLY? !

Quick wait times. The doctor I had here was nice, professional and very genuine. Would highly recommend.

I'd be able to give a more detailed review if I could make an appointment. But for that to happen someone has to answer their phone. And that just ain't happening

The wait time was quick when we were there. The admin was kind and professional. But what I was really satisfied about, that had me eager to write a positive review is the doctor we had, Dr. Suzan Darif. She was genuine and clearly cared about our needs; she was kind and fun, an uplifter, knowledgeable, professional and didn't rush through important conversations.

Took two hours to see the doctor (who was very nice), but the support staff are terrible. I have been calling for a couple of dayzls to check in on my diagnostic results and they don't even bother to pick up the phone.

If I can give the Drs a rating I would give them 10 stars but I gave the stuff 1 because they are the worse assistants I have ever encountered in my life. They should do another job if they are so unhappy and grumpy as their face. They look so unapproachable and mad all the time like they don’t care you are sick it’s very unprofessional!

Once the dr starts figured out your sick and it’s beyond what they can do they fire you as a patient and leave you with no prescription and no dr

The only reason why I gave this clinic one star is because there is nothing lower than one star. This must be the worst clinic one can choose to take their medical needs. The wait time on average is more than 2 hours. The clinic does nothing to improve the wait time. The nurses at the desk are very conceded and rude. I asked a nurse how long until I see a doctor after 2 hours of waiting. Her reply might as well have been, "Everyone else is waiting, why can't you wait. " The clinic maybe hires one doctor to work each day to purposely make patients' visit as miserable as possible.

These nurses need to learn how to treat sick people with respect and patience. The person who owns and operates the clinic also needs to realize how unhappy the walk in patients are. Do not accept walk ins when you are capable of treating them as patients.

It was my turn at the desk and the woman was on the phone so I patiently waited until she was done.

She hung up the phone, shuffled some papers around and did something on her computer then just stopped and glared at me without saying a word for a good 15 seconds before I meekly said "Hi. " and that I'd like to see a doctor. Made me super uncomfortable.

Most of the docs are nice though.

If the woman who answers the phone is any indication of what they are like there, then Ill never set foot. Im permitted to be concerned about who is treating me. I would have been subjected to one of those women being in the room, and belive me if she thinks its acceptable to be so rude on the phone I can only imagine what she is like in the room. Monsters hiding behind positions of care. Im contacting BBB. I am permitted to ask questions, and I see that You Are The Problem! I have to give one star, its a big zero in my opinion. This is what the poor ppl of GP have to deal with. Disgusting!

The automated phone message said they were open, I I drove into town to find a locked door and a closed sign. Terrible customer service.

Been here since they opened at 9 o’clock it’s now 12: 20 and still haven’t got in we have seen people come and go good thing I’m not dying
