Primacy - Healing Home Medical Clinic

After having bad experiences with other doctors in past, I was hopeless to find any good doctor.
I got to know about him on social media and booked appointment and was amazed by his treatment. I am pleased to have a family doctor like Dr. Hamza.
Definitely recommended!

Rating for the admin management. Doctor is fabulous but the reception staff is not upto the mark. The lady booked us in for an appointment which we realized upon arrival that she didn't book us after all. Waited in queue for more than 20 mins. Terrible exp.

The receptionist Zara was late to open the clinic. She provided the poorest customer service. I was the first one to be at clinic and had an appointment at 9 am. She let the other patient in first the patient came after me. The receptionist Zara said the other patient has to go her job so she take her first. That’s not fair. The receptionist did not welcome the patients and been so rude.
