The receptionist's attitude is very bad. She's verifying patient's info but would not say the complete data like, she will ask "your phone number is 566? ' and address is 138st? ". Like - why are you so lazy to say the whole information so the patient can clearly understand. If you don't like you job, just quit. But you want to stay, be better. Look at the reviews to you here.

Dr. AboFayad was so rude and disrespectful he didnt even ask me to explain the pain. Or anything.he didnt even look at my face at all. Lol the weirdest experience with physician in my life. I have never seen like this before
He is very inpatient he kept looking at his watch. He stayed in the room for probably one or two minutes.

Dr Abufayed is extremely rude and disrespectful. Took my daughter in to see him. From the start he was rude and snarky. Tells me there is nothing wrong with her after she has had throat infection in and off for 6 months. He says that history doesn’t matter it’s just another cold she can “suck it up and be strong”. I requested to have him run a swab test for further testing and he says “choose, antibiotics or swab test that, one or the other? ” He then proceeds to say her previous history of repeated throat infection absolutely doesn’t matter. Worst experience ever definitively will not be going back to see him, I understand why there is such a bad rep around him from people I know and these reviews.

Really sweet and calm doctor. Very patient and you can tell he cares about people. I don't think I need to say any negative comments about the receiptionist because of how many bad comments there is. I think she needs a hug.

If I could give a zero star review I sure would. The administration lady was the rudest person I’ve ever seen. She didn’t greet us, had a bad attitude, was very rude and her eyes were full of hate. Seems that if this is the negative energy she has with non existent many then she is in the wrong business. She wasn’t helpful at all, didn’t provide support we needed and was pure cold blooded human being. The doctor on the other hand was very nice and kind.

Not that I want to be a nuisance here but, you guys need to stick to the hours you post OR at least change them if you can. It's been almost a week I have been calling to make an appointment and the phone just continues to ring and go through the options again. I call superstore and your closed when website says your open. Very hard to stick with a physician you can't get a hold of or know when the office is even open. Sorry thank-you

The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Dr. Alhadi Aijadi (I’m sorry if spelled name incorrectly) was professional, listened to all my concerns and prescribed treatment that helped. Highly satisfied.

Dr. Albrabr is excellent, such an human person I could say he is the best family doctor in Edmonton.
The only problem with this clinic is always the receptionists. Everytime I call they leave me more than 20 min on hold sometime they don’t even answer and they put the hold right away, they are lazy and always in a bad mood specially now a receptionist named Ezre something like that. I have been going to this clinic for more than 12 years and is always the receptionists who are the problem.

I’ve requested for my APS documents to be reviewed and submitted back to my Life insurance company to be approved for Insurance. Ive been following up since March. Have called multiple times and the reception keep saying they will get it reviewed but nothing happens. Now its May and still nothing is done/reviewed. My file for insurance is closing and no action is taken. Poor Service. No one should be waiting for 2 months to have APS documentation to be reviewed/released specially if were trying to apply for LIFE INSURANCE. Have called again to say its an urgent matter last week and i called again today and i still get same answer. “ not reviewed yet “ The girl name “ashra” i think said i should call back as shes going to check my file today. She didnt even bother asking for any of my info so i asked her if she has my information she said “no” Like how can you say youll review my information and i should call back after an hour if u dont have any of my information to be “ reviewed “?

I reflect an excellent rating.
Reception/admin is inviting and pleasant.
Dr. Albrbar is always attentive in hearing my concerns, thus fulfilling my medical needs.
I appreciate Dr Albrbar and recommend this Clinic.

The dr I always see is great however the receptionist is very rude. I went to the clinic yesterday for my son’s finger the dr sent us for an x-ray and put a rush on it. He informed me that he’d be leaving in an hour and would tell the other dr about it. So I went and got the x-ray and they told me the dr would have the results within half an hour. I called the clinic over an hour later and was told the dr didn’t look at it yet. I get a call 2 hours later saying that I need to go to the hospital cause my son needs a cast. So I went to the hospital and waited 6 HOURS just to find out it only needed to be buddy tapped. The dr at the hospital couldn’t believe they sent me there when they could have just done this in the drs office.

This clinic is so accessible and convenient. They are opened late and on Sundays. I had to call back and ask the name of the receptionist. Her name Issraa. She has been so helpful. Dr. Albrbar is such a warm and welcoming doctor not sure about the other doctor. Truly, truly pleasant. If I get home and my kids are not well i've always been saved by this clinic. I wish I could have him as my family doctor, but he is full.

So I supposed to have an appointment today at 3: 30pm and when I got there at 3: 20 they were closed. I kept knocking and calling their number and they weren’t answering both Doctors were just sitting in the counter. Another person came by we both knocked and the doctors saw us and both of them just raised their hands and said they’re closed.
It is very frustrating because the only reason I booked an appointment was to know the result of my ultra sound. It’s been like two months and I never got a call from them for my result.

I have no right to say this but doctors have to be responsible to their patients. It’s really disappointing.

If there is any technical issues or something happened please at least post something in the front door and we will understand.

Excellent experience! Came on a Sunday afternoon with my sick child as a walk-in. Reception was prompt and friendly. Only waited about 15min to see Dr. Abufayed. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely come back.

Brought my son here yesterday with two concerns. The Dr. Asked ME what I thought it was and couldn't identify anything. Gave us no explanation, was rude and rough with my son who is on the spectrum, and even raised his voice at him. My son was being very quiet and cooperative and not fighting him at all. The Dr.didn't even address the second concern and gave us a prescription for an over-the-counter counter medication that I could of just went and picked up myself. Worst dr. In the city. I highly feel this was racially motivated, because my son is Indigenous.

Very poor bedside manner displayed by the front desk. Yes I know it was very busy but even I can tell if a patient should be seen more immediate than others. There was a few cases that I witnessed that the patient should have been seen asap, children and elderly especially.
Unfortunately my regular doctor is on holidays and I needed to see a doctor and thought I'd try there. Never walking into that place again. I even saw them turn away walk-ins then take more walk-ins 15 mins later.
I finally had to walk out after asking how many people ahead of me, being told 8 more after only seeing people that came I after me.

Was very rude on the phone and when asked about different options that we had then proceeded to say we're pretty much have no options and hung up on us

Most of all the negative reviews are rooted in impatient people. I found the front desk to be polite and the doctor to do a great job under the heavy loads of people he sees. I've been going there for 4 years to get my driver's medical and never see a issue. We need to be realisticly empathetic to life and all that comes with that.

Please do not go to this clinic. Both the reception and the doctor does not care. Really had a bad experience here as They do not ask anything, do not say anything, wont check on you, and give you wrong diagnosis. Please have this clinic closed and review the doctor and receptionist. Patients will have worse cases here for misdiagnosis.

I had a very nice experience being my first time there. Lady at the desk very nice and helpful. Dr Amein very nice and got right to the problem! It took about 45min to get in to see the Dr. In and out, the way it should be quick and easy.

The front desk is rude and clinic never on time even u have a appointment. I had been waiting for 2 hours and the front desk say 40 minutes. When they need patients they do fast or if not they let you hang on forever or wait forever. I don't recommend come to a place that is not happy or see the patients.always have a angry face, disappointment face. They not professional at all.

You guys should read about concussions & instead of laughing, actually be interested in what's wrong with the person who is asking for help but has no idea what's going on before you let him think everything is okay for him to DRIVE afterwards.

If I got pulled over during that, I'd be suing you.

Keep concussions in mind. We're not all junkies.

The front desk staff are really nice and helpful, didn't have a good experience with Dr. Albrbar though. Went in with a broken finger, which I told to the medical assistant at the front. After a short wait I went into a smaller office to wait for the doctor. He came in not knowing who I was or why I came in? I let him know why I was there and my name. He couldn't find my name on the list of names on his screen, so he had me go and look at ALL of the names of the people there and pick my name. Violation of their privacy, but whatever, he sent me for an xray.

I go for my xray the next day on Monday when the xray clinic is open and hear nothing back on Tuesday, so I had to call and see if they got the results. I'm told they have the results and to come in before 1pm. I leave work early and get there before 1pm.

He comes into the little office I'm waiting in and again asks who I am and why I'm there, like he's really not on the ball. I tell him he has my xray results and he asked if the clinic called me in. I told him I called because I hadn't heard anything back and am in pain.

He told me to go to the emergency room at this specific hospital because he can't help me further.

I did receive the care I needed where he sent me, but I won't be going back to his clinic.

If I could I'd give them 0 stars. Wasted almost 3 hours of my evening waiting for the doctor to come in and tell me he cant do anything for me.

We traveled out of our way to find a walk in clinic that is open on Sunday. I took my daughter and we only waited about 10-15 min. The receptionist was pleasant and Dr. Alhadi asked a lot of questions and seemed caring. We did not feel rushed like some other clinic I've been to. Would go there again.

Booked an appointment for 4pm and it’s currently 5: 03pm. I’m still waiting…. I should’ve just done a walk-in if I knew I was gonna wait for an hour anyway. The front desk DIDNT even dare to look at me when I left and told her I have a meeting at 5: 30pm so I would have to leave. But did give me a sorry, no eye contact. If you’re the lady who helped me and you’re reading this Hi! Thank you for making me wait an hour:). I had time to make this review from all that waiting in the room.

Dr. Aljadi was excellent! He takes blood pressure manually which is literally unheard of. He asks lots of questions, probes further into how it impacts your activities of daily living. Seems very genuine and kind. I would definitely recommend Dr. Aljadi! Also the wait time was only 30 min and they didn’t make me wait in the doctors office forever like a lot of clinics do. 10/10! Recommend!

Worst clinic ever. Wait time is horible. Terrible customer service. I advise anyone not to come to this clinic.
