Primacy - Medical Express McKenzie Towne

Dr Adam is amazing. He deserves 5 stars. The woman with the Irish accent is unbelievably rude. She actually said "ugh" very rudely after asking my name and hearing who I was when I was wanting to make an appointment. Each time I have encountered or spoken to this woman has been uncomfortable experience. She has no respect for you when it comes to actually being in the clinic. She is very loud and pretty much announces why you are there and embarrass you. She needs some coaching on how to treat patients with respect.

I found Dr. Adam to be great. He will even do phone consults with me. Had a good experience, so far. The receptionists have always been polite as well as helpful. Would recommend.

Edit…. I’m editing this post just to say how impressed I am. He’s a great doctor. The staff are awesome. He’s very knowledgeable, if he doesn’t know the answer. He will find it.
