I would give this doctor no stars if I could. Dr Mark was great but when he went on holidays unfortunately I had a missed miscarriage and the doctor he left to see me; sent my pharmacy abortion pills for me to pick up, no questions on how I was feeling and no follow up phone call or anything! What a awful doctor! If your looking for any help with a pregnancy, don't go here.

In a time where there is a shortage of family doctors in Alberta, Dr. Powell still carries herself with grace and is attentive, carrying and compassionate with her patients. I feel lucky to have Dr. Powell as my family doctor.
I hope that our provincial government can do better at assessing the problem of the lack of family doctors in Alberta so that doctors like Dr. Powell can continue to be so good at their profession, but not be stretched so thin.

Dr. Mark Kumleben is hands down the best doctor I and my family ever had. He's very knowledgeable, caring, and goes the extra mile. I can't thank him enough for his top-notch care!

Today I had the worst experience inside the clinic. I felt I been treated disrespectfully and unfairly. I was sitting in the waiting area to wait for a doctor, while I was talking to my mom, the clinic's manager step out from her office and told us to keep quiet. She was using a rough and bossy tone towards me and my mom. While she told us to keep quiet, her voice was even louder than us. They way of how she spoke to us was like she is our boss and ordering us to shut up. First I don't feel we are too loud, sometime the clinic will be even louder if there are more people waiting. Second if she think we are too loud she can come near us, and speak directly to us nicely with respect, instead she stood far away and yell at us. I already book an appointment with the owner of the clinic, I will as least try to tell them no patient deserve this kind of attitude from the clinic's manager, and I will never visit this clinic again.

My partner just went in to see Dr. Olivier this morning and left very upset! He did not listen to her about what was wrong, tried to prescribe medication that was not intended for her symptoms, told her that she was irritating doctors by asking for blood work. This is an absolutely UNACCEPTABLE way to treat patients and there will be a complaint made to the college of physicians!

Needs a new receptionist!
Incredibly rude, failed to call us back when we left an urgent voicemail once a day over the week leading up to our appointment, never did the standard appointment reminder call, and when we did finally get ahold of her she belittled and threatened us and said we should have called sooner to reschedule when we have been trying to as an emergency made it so we couldn't make it to our original appointment.

Our doctor is fantastic but this receptionist needs to go or at least get a talking to.

Haven't had this issue with the clinic until our most recent experience.

Went as a walk-in. When I phoned for my results, staff answered immediately and booked a follow-up appointment within 2 hours of the their closure time. No wait time for the appointment. Wanted to thank the staff for their kindness and responsiveness as well as Dr. Mark Kumleben.

That clinic is awesome. Their all so kind! I went there for years and receive an excellent service! Thank you!

I have been going to this clinic for at least 4-5 years. The doctors are fantastic, kind and very helpful. They have always taken great care of myself and my family. The receptionists are great to. Some days can be busy so please be kind, they are trying the best they can. Please go a little earlier, call or check online for wait times, and please stay and wait if needed. We still drive from moving to the north side just to see them.:)

I just want to echo other reviewers and thank all the staff at the clinic from receptionists to doctors for the great care they have provided for me.

Everyone here, the receptionist and the doctor, were so kind and helpful. It is so handy they are open for walk ins on a Sunday. The wait time was short, too.

Took my 11 year old son here for a concern on his skin on New Years Eve. Dr. Durand was so incredibly kind and gentle with him and expertly explained the diagnosis to me and how to treat it. We're so lucky to have been able to see this Dr.on that day. One of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced in a doctor

My first time here. And I have no complaints! I wasnt too sure going to a Walk in clinic, if the doctor could increase my dosage for my current perscription (I wouldve went to see my fam doc, but I couldnt get in for another month). Dr. Winterbach increased my "said medication" dosage without much explaination needed. He seen that i needed it asap.
Little to no wait time as the clinic was empty. Front desk lady was helpful.

I must say, this clinic is a hiddem gem!

Receptionist was friendly and Dr. Mark was excellent. Pharmacy was right next to. They fixed my insurance conflicts as well. Convenient for grocery shopping after as it's inside of Superstore.

Dr. Kumleben held up a professional demeanor and friendly tone and attitude throughout my visit. However, my visit lasted maybe three minutes and I had to seek help elsewhere regarding my issue to get the answers and guidance I sought. Inflamed lungs over a chest infection still producing mucus, 50-75% capacity (and waning) on any deep breaths and I was sent out the door with a "your chest is clear and you're almost better! " Still nearly fainting taking a 15 minute walk to saveon, I feel like a stethoscope check and a presxription on the back were less than adequate.

I don't care about the bad ratings that some people have given to Dr winterbach because I find that he is an awesome Dr and I would not go to any other Dr, he has gone farther than any Dr that I have ever been to to help me with my problems. I would recommend him to anyone, good job and thank you for all of your help.

My husband and I have been going to see doctors in this clinic for a while now. The wait time is always less. You get to see doctors super quick.

So far I have seen Dr. Lau, Dr. Winterbac, Dr. Mark Kumleben and Dr. Ben Durand. All of them are great! They are patient enough to listen to your concerns. Do not rush you and make sure they give you enough time.

Cannot be more happy to have found this place!

Very upsetting with how the system works here. I called in around August to see if I can make an appointment with Dr. James Makokis & was told soonest would be November 4th but to call mid September because there will most likely be a sooner date. So I called & now I’m being told they aren’t accepting anymore patients. That is very unprofessional & not okay. They shouldn’t be telling people things that aren’t true.

Worst service at a Medi Centre! Receptionist staff are rude and not friendly and they do not follow up in a timely manner.

I called in about information about Dr. James Makokis for a friend and they receptionist said "is this for the trans gender problem? " If you are going to have doctors who are there to support the trans community, you best make sure you don't lose them before they even walk through the door. Get your staff some training around the proper language to use when speaking on the phone to patience. My friend will definitely be looking at alternative options. I am glad it was me on the phone and not them!

The kindest staff and doctors who go above and beyond to help you. This is the best place to go

This doctor is indifferent or uncaring, cold, rude, and dismissive, uninterested and disengaged. Ok if you have one issue like sore throat or cold. Ok for walk in with no more than one issue. If you have many issue stay away. Absolutely can not handle pressure, forgetful.

I have been seeing Dr. Powell and Dr. Kumleben since a few years ago at this clinic. I always appreciate the way they treat me. They are very patient to listen to my description and provide with helpful advice. I have referred some of my friends to this clinic. They are all pleased with the doctors.

The location was easy to find and also lots of close parking for the sick and or wheel chair people.when we got inside the super store access door's the medical clinc was just to the left.we were greated with a friendly girl at the front desk, our waiting time was short, and best of all the doctor was plesent and understanding. I felt we were in good hands.

I am always greeted with the friendliest staff at the front desk. They take the time to talk and try to accommodate your needs. Always smiling and professional.

The doctors are fantastic. They listen and are kind, never impatient and educate the patient in all the information needed regarding medical needs. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Before I went to this walk-in clinic (for the first time) I was able to check the wait time online. It said 0 min.and when I arrived I was able to be seen right away. I appreciated that!

Dr. Lyddell was the walk-in Doctor for the day and he was kind, professional and respectful. He listened well to me, communicated clearly, and taught me what I didn't know because I have no medical training. I had a positive experience and will return if I have another medical concern in the future

I’ve never had to wait longer than half an hour, this is the best clinic I’ve attended and actually found the doctor I’ve always wanted here which is Dr. Winterbach, he’s always open ears for concerns I have and always gives me detailed medical advice and actually seems engaged in what I have to ask and doesn’t push stuff to the side. I recommend this clinic ️

Dr. Winterbach is awesome. Seen him several times he never disappointed me. He addressed my concern gave me medication for proper treatment. I definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Doctor wasted 45 minutes of my day while I was in excruciating pain to tell me he couldn't help me. He believed he didn't have a place in treating me even though the pain was bad enough I went to him. He recommended I speak to my specialist even though my specialist had nothing to do with the pain I went in to the walk-in with. He told me if I wanted to become a regular patient of his he would be able to help me further. The treatment was so appalling I refuse to ever go back there. He suggested another doctor do some tests, but he refused to give me any requisitions. Terrible behavior by a doctor who is supposed to help people. He refused to help me and acted very rude. I would never ever go back, nor would I recommend this walk-in to anyone ever. So unprofessional.

The doctors are great, very professional and attentive but dealing with the desk staff is a night mare. Please consider hiring new people. There are so many qualified professional MOAs looking for a job there’s no reason why people have to deal with such rudeness just because someone is having a bad day.
I have been to this clinic at least 10 times to drop off/pick up my friend who lives in the area and doesn’t drive.
I recently went in myself to ask a question regarding the flu shots and the one lady at the desk was very rude. It was a simple yes or no question whether they had paperwork that can be prefilled out and I was shocked and disgusted with her behavior.
Ive spoken to a few people about this clinic and apparently the desk staff here pick and choose to whom they will be professional and polite with.
I hope your experience is better than mine or you visit this clinic when they’ve hired new people. Very very disappointing.

The doctors are super nice and professional! I recommended a lot of my friends and all of them are really satisfied. The doctors are really knowledgeable and willing to help you if you have any concerns. Also the receptionists are friendly and helpfull.

Amazing clinic great doctors and friendly staff. Took my wife there on a Sunday while visiting Edmonton. Great to have the Superstore pharmacy right next store.
