Their driver of PTC 102 has no respect for handicap parking stalls. He continually parks in one unload his goods. I have spoken to him and his dispatcher. All they did was pay me lips service. I have personally caught him three times.

This rating is for the driver that took a right turn south on 170st and cut straight to the left lane with no signal or safe lane change.
