If you are meat lover like me, this is your Paradise.forget about Subway or mucho burrito, for the same money you get three four times the meat in the donair.

I am only giving this place two stars because the previous employees I have met before have been good. The female employee I met on the evening of August 7th was so rude. All because I asked her to repeat what she said I got disrespected. I told her respectfully that she was rude to me and instead she argued with me about how she just didn’t want to repeat the question again. Even before I left, I could hear her switch to her language, I do not know what she was talking about but you can assume. When I got home I realized that she put pickles in my donair even though I did not ask for pickles. Absolutely disappointed!

Been a regular at prime time for almost a decade. Been coming since the original location in millwoods. It was the best choice when it came to donairs. The food was amazing, the amount of food you used to get was great. Now the menu has changed, prices have hiked and portions have gotten way smaller. Say what you want about inflation but this is steep. Ya other restaurants have had an increase in price but not like this. The portions should not have gotten smaller. $10 for a donair smaller than a $2 wrap from Taco Bell lol Definitely not worth the money. Very very disappointed and you’ve lost a long time customer.

We have been to this primetime so many times, always very friendly staff, clean establishment. Today while we were there, they gave our 2 year old free French fries. She was so happy to help carry the bag to the car and kept saying "more" when we were eating.

Ordered Chicken shawarma Classic and it was every penny “wasted”. Poorly packed, overcooked chicken, and nothing but garlic and tomato for your tastebuds and to top that off, really small portion size. Had to order another meal from A&W to fill up.

Service was very friendly and it was made fresh infront of you and surprisingly it was very fast!

Somewhere between 5-7 minutes in line with no one behind me. Not acknowledged once. Answered 2 calls right before I left. The phone is next to the register and I still had no acknowledgment or eye contact. Not the first time this happened. Food is good, but this is thw worst location without a doubt.

Have been a regular returning customer and was always happy with the food.ordered a rice platter and large donair today (May 13th around 8.45 PM). Came home and saw that rice platter barely had a thin layer of rice in the bottom. I thought it was a mistake and called the store to mention this. A lady staff member mentioned that there is new menu that is coming so they changed all the containers and lots of customers are complaining about the quantity but there is nothing they can do about it. If this is true then no fault of the staff it’s the business’s fault. Will not come back again.thank you very much. Lots of other places around who are always ready to welcome new patrons.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRANCH. EVERY TIME I BUY FROM THIS BRANCH, THERE IS ALWAYS A MESS UP. I ORDER DONAIR POUTINE, THEY GIVE ME REGULAR DONAIR NO FRIES. I ORDER REGULAR DONAIR, THEY GIVE ME DONAIR POUTINE. MY BROTHER ALSO BOUGHT A REGULAR BEEF DONAIR AND PULLED A HAIR OUT OF IT. IF YOU WANT BANG FOR YOUR BUCK GO TO THE MILLWOODS BRANCH. ELLERSLIE BRANCH IS A DISSAPOINTMENT.

The donair meat is really flavourful and the ingredients are fresh. I ordered the donair salad, and although I mentioned a "little extra sauce" mine came SWIMMING in sauce. Note to self: Order extra sauce on the side. I've never come across a donair place that puts this much for extra sauce. Usually my request asks for extra because all the places I've been to don't ever add enough. The salad I bet would be great with normal amount of sauce, I will for sure be back because I bet it's a really good salad when the sauce is moderate. Thanks!

Parminder, Suman, navroop, ramneesh these workers wow unbelievable great hard workers u only come here cuz of them! God bless these workers! I have had nothing but great service here and if I was rich I’d open up my shop and take them with me! Hands down best donair shop in the south!

We ordered thru door dash and ordered regular chicken and mixed donair. Our orders were not worth the price. We added mushrooms and cheese as extra ingredients but looks like those are not added. Our donair we got were full of veggies but less meat. It was so frustrating as we were so hungry and expected to be satisfied with our orders. Not gonna order here again.

I don’t know to be honest. Ever since i5-6 months ago my food has always been tasting raw/dry and the customer service was also dry.they always seemed mad and tired, like if you don’t like working here than look for another job because this is a very prefered place to eat and only the best of the best should work here. Idk man, and I don’t like how they store the meat, I like how they used to acc have the donair and chicken on stands being cooked, now the meat is dry and taste like jail food

The food was very much delicious and fresh made by one of your chef named diljot and suman. The ambience of the restaurant is very much good and the best part is hygiene. Both chef wear gloves and aprin and the restraunt was also clean.

Horrible. If you want a loose pita folded in half go here. They will also try to tell you they don’t provide refunds on their sub par quality food.

Terrible customer service. Called to place an order for pickup at 7 and she told me it would be ready at 7: 20. I came at 7: 24 and they said they aren’t allowed to make ordered ahead because other people have not showed up to pick them up before especially when it’s a big order. Yea my order was big that’s why I called ahead and placed it so i wouldn’t have to wait.

That’s not really how it works. If you’ve had that happen in the past then don’t take orders in advance or ask for a credit card number. Don’t just not make the food and then have your customers waiting for 25 minutes after their order was supposed to be ready.

Will not come here again because of this.

Over-rated. Unseasoned meat. Lack of ingredients unless you’d like to add wing sauces to donair? Meat was not on spit. Pre cut and warmed on stove top afterwards. There was no meat on either spit which I found interesting. Portions are one size down from most places. Would not return.

It's overpriced at $11 for a regular donair and another $7.50 for a drink and small fries. It's also not the traditional thin shaved donair meat, it's more chunks and the beef tasted kind of gamey or old. The folks who work there are very nice and the fries are decent!

Went here with my 3 kids and sister. We had Donairs, poutine, onion rings, chicken fingers, and fries. Everything was so good and they had great portions too. My teenager asked for a regular poutine cause they were starving.lol a small would have been perfect for them. Will definitely go here again!

Horrible customer service by guy on friday night, he was not bothered about customers and he mixed up order.
He has no idea of customer service.

Would rate no stars if I could. The lady serving was absolutely aweful didn’t want to help in anyway. Ended up walking out with out food would go here again. Terrible service and atrocious attitude of the staff.

Amazing customer service and food was beyond exceptional. Tried the prime donair and honestly best donair I ever had. Amazing experience at this location. Keep it up, when customers are happy we'll come back.

Me and my friends had wonderful experience today. Staff is very professional. I liked the fries and donair, we will gonna visit again.

Best damn beef donair poutine I’ve ever had.

Overpriced and not authentic. Had a large chicken donair. Garlic sauce was not authentic, taste like off the shelf sauce you buy in stores. Chicken was not fresh and had stale smell like it was cooked and refrigerated. Donair was dry as they were stingy in adding sauce. Don’t recommend this place

I visited this restaurant today, October 29, and I purchased two regular donairs and two salads. There were only two staff present, one at the till and one cooking. With only six customers, I could still understand why my food took a while, because they didn't have enough manpower. I gave two stars for the following reasons:

1) Even with a big sign at the front door, two people walked in, one with a mask on his chin and the other with no mask at all. If I knew this place would allow anyone to come in not following the rules, I would've gone elsewhere. It's a pretty small place so that was unnerving.
2) Our meals were not up to par. My mixed salad meat was cooked to death. It was so dry and the sauce did not help at all. I did request sweet sauce and could not taste it or any distinct flavours. My co-worker also let me know that her donair had hardly enough filling, when compared to other restaurants.

Needless to say, I won't be visiting or ordering from this restaurant again.

Food is tasty with some twist of Primetime flavours but a lil overpriced. Employees are very polite and nice. Every time, I go there, they greet me always so well. Restaurant was sanitised thoroughly during my visit. I Recommend to all, visit this place.

Came in today and ordered a primetime beef donair with cheese, bold bbq and spicy fire number 2. The first order they made was wrong (they forgot to add the bold bbq) and they offered to re-do it again. I come home to find out that they forgot the cheese on the one they re-did. Not only did I have to wait longer for them to re-do my donair but it was made incorrectly again. The donair was extremely spicy and soggy. The poutine donair I ordered looked like it was a soup from how soggy it was. Funny thing is, this is my second time ordering the poutine donair and I was also given a soup last time instead of a poutine. From that day on, I would always make the extra 20mins drive from 91st and head over to the Millwoods location on 28th ave. However, because I was pressed on time and this location is closest to me, I decided to give them another chance. Never will I make this mistake again. In addition to receiving the wrong order twice and the poutines that resemble soups, the flavours are not there at all. I am not sure if the staff was trained on how to cook the food, but it is spicy and lacking in flavours vs the flavours in the food from the Millwoods location.

I was just at the Ellerslie store and I got 2 jumbo donaires I've never seen something so small in my life is not a jumbo by far their cheap the store is not clean and the customer service is something to be begged for

Got a Classic Beef Donair & Mixed Donair Poutine!
Sooo yummy, only thing is that the meat needs to be cooked a bit longer or something because the donair was barley warm.

I got one of the "Prime Time" flavored donairs and was not very impressed. I prefer a regular donair. Poutine used shredded cheese, not curds, and way too much gravy.

Food is amazing, I ordered from skip the dishes and the variety of items on the menu is great. They also have a lot of useful boxes like if you get a poutine you can ask for extra crispy fries. It's great all around and will be getting more soon! It's also sad to see some people really leave a 1 star about such subtle mistakes or things that really arent you're restaurants fault. Tasty and fresh! I was so impressed with the cleanliness and Covid saftey; best I've seen in the industry!

I went here today and the service is above and beyond. It’s my first time trying and i am not sure how it goes. So There was a bit of miscommunication on my order (i believe its my fault) but the wonderful staff there especially the 2 girls were wonderful and they redid my order. I offered to pay for it but they won’t take it. Sorry for the hassle and Thank you so much. I will definitely come back (and I’ll memorize my order)

This was my first time in this location and I’m highly impressed by customer service, cleaning, food and quick service. Although, it was going busy, they helped me to select the flavours.
The reason why I’m writing this review is that they follow COVID protocol as they sanitised everything from door handle to debit machine even when it goes busy. So properly managed things with constant cleaning. I would like to visit here often. I liked the sweet and spicy Poutine very much. You guys make best poutines. Keep it up.

I went to this location on June 22 2021 around 8: 00 pm I choose this location cause people said it’s clean and good but very disappointed the classic donair didn’t taste good compare to the other prime time location sauce was leaking out of wrapper once I picked it up from counter beef seems it wasn’t cooked well the mixed poutine fries also wasn’t good fries seemed it was rushed cooked or been sitting out for awhile. Also know we are still in a pandemic I saw one of the girls that was making my poutine go to the skip I pad touch the screen with her gloves on and went back to put cheese on me order with the same gloves with out replacing it.

Primetime donair, worth to get primetime review. Neha makes my primetime spicy fire donair more delicious.thumbs up

This location has cut the portion sizes down and now you notice more poutine then toppings. Very disappointed in how they adjusted there portion size.

Food was a bit cold this time, but always hits the spot. A bit expensive, but good portion sizes

Yummy! Portions are large, prices reasonable for what your get. Lots of flavours and sauces to pick from. While we were there they made a ton of poutine's which was not surprising since mine was amazing.

We will definitely be back!

I love this place so delicious. BUT tonight i got someone’s order not mine. Super disappointed as it had a ton of green peppers. So someone got the one with tons of black olives and banana peppers. Anyway if ya wish to compensate me i would appreciate it.

We ordered several items from this location from Door Dash. As usual the Door Dash app was glitching out again & wouldn't allow me to change something before putting the order through. The app would not allow it. We thought we would just pay for the order as is & contact Primetime Donair & have them correct it. We tried to call this location multiple times for (no exageration) at least 10 minutes straight. It was obvious they had taken the phones off line or something because they just kept ringing busy.

Just some advise to the owner.

1/ Talk to Door Dash. Get them to stop charging their extra admin fees, use the money they already have made from them & get their app working properly instead. I personally hate using there service unless absolutely necessary.

2/ If your not going to answer your phones, you might be able to save some money by just cancelling the service all together. It really annoys customers who just ordered food, supported your business, paid you & need to change something they ordered because of an allergy but can not reach you because you are refusing to answer your phone.
