I have been a customer for many years but recently had a bunch of problems, all of my making. I had an enquiry and visited the store and requested meeting a supervisor. I was introduced to (I think Jay) and was able to turn bck time nd solve all of my issues. 0 He is great and I suggest everyone say Hi from me for his great work.

I don't usually post reviews, but my experience today was far from exemplary. I don't know if I caught them on a bad day, or maybe it was because I came in with dirty clothes, or perhaps it's because I'm a man asking for help and they didn't know how to respond. Whatever the reason, the women that helped me, and I use the term loosely, seemed preoccupied with their own things rather than serving me. I came to the store excited to get what I needed, and left with the feeling of dread.
I've been in customer service for 35 years! I know how people should be treated and this was not it.

I'll give three stars because I'll shop there again. I know the effect reviews have on businesses. Princess auto has great products at a reasonable price. But I'll think again before I ever ask for assistance.

So cool. Had everything we need and more! Even had engines and bee stuff. For Americans this is similar to harber frate. Have fun at this iconic store.

Way too many things to buy, which is a great thing! That store gets me in trouble every time I go in there!

Love and hate this place.love it cause they have everything, prices are decent and lots of sales stuff.and that's why I also hate it.cause I spend waaaaay too much money there lol

Great customer service. Man named Jared is super helpful and friendly. Even though they don’t have product we want, but he tried every possible way to help us out. Thanks for doing above and beyond.

I want to send a shout out to the best customer service I have received in along time anywhere. An amazing man named Gordin. He went totally above and beyond today. Thank you so much! He deserves a raise.

Manager was quick to resolve my issue. Don't trust the website, the online inventory, or online ordering system. Be sure to check in store inventory with agent and computer or place online order before leaving parking lot as it may very well be sitting in the back of the store.

There is always something in the impulse buy aisle that I need - today was no different. Penetrating fluid etc

We stopped here mid way through a drive to go camping after our tent trailer tire burst. We met Jonny who went above and beyond to help us get back on the road better than before. Brought out a portable impact and cordless drill to help us swap some tires as well as giving us a great deal on slightly large and better rated trailer tires.

I have shopped at the Medicine Hat store since it first opened and have always been more than satisfied with how helpful and friendly staff are. Want to make special mention of Arnold who went out of his way, to save me a substantial amount on a tool I was looking for. Great representative for PA!

You've touched my heart!
Was coming through the til, to pay for an item first my granddaughter, and an item fir myself and for whatever reason, my card wouldn't work, even after a couple of attempts.
My purchase would have been just over $40, I apologized and said that I would be back as soon as I checked with my bank.
Anyway, the Gentkeman at the til, wrote down the item numbers, then told me not to worry, that he had it for me.
I'm soveey touched and humbled by his kind actions.

Wish I could give 10 star rating! Very great costumer service, very helpful and knowledgeable, clean store and useful product, I would like ro highlight ROB! Each time I've gone there he has gone above and beyond to help me out from helping my kid build a pumpkin racer ro helping me set lights up on my trailer and everything in between, how he is not a manager or owner is crazy he definitely knows and sells the product like he is! Great job Rob and always thank you for being so knowledgeable and helpful. He is the reason I return time after time!

Excellent customer service
All the staff was very helpful ;especially RALF.
I had no clue how to Change the bulb for my back signal light and my husband was at work, RALF went above and beyond and came outside on a cold windy day to change the bulb for me.
So very greatful.
