I was looking for a specific size of metric tap/ die to fix the threads for a pedal on my spin bike but was having no luck. I didn't even know exactly what the size the thread was, so I brought the pedal to the store. A young man named Zach saw me and offered to help me. He was cool calm collected and polite. Excellent people skills. We looked everywhere and had no luck, so I said it was OK and that I was going to surplus to look for something else. About 10 minutes later, he comes up and says he found a tap for me in a packaged set that is used for repairing spark plug threads that was in another section of the store. I was really impressed that even though I had stopped looking, he went ahead and found something else in another department that would work. It also impressed me that he knew the spark plug threads were the same as the threads on my pedal. It was near closing time, and yet he still went over and above to help me. I hope management will give this young man the credit he deserves for his level of excellence at work. Great person and so thankful he helped!

Always has what I'm looking for. It's cheap. You can't go wrong shopping in the surplus section.

Haven't been there for some time. I think the place could use some better organization in and around the shelves.

Every time I go to the store in Red Deer, it is more messy and unorganized. It is still not as nice of a store as when it was in the North end in Red Deer. It's very hard to find anything, if it is even in stock!

Can usually find what I’m looking for in this store. On the last trip in their website said they had what I wanted in stock, turns out they didn’t. I ended up driving and hour and a half to another princess location that had stock to make my purchase.

Ok I understand that you can absolutely be super busy, but when I say excuse me in a friendly and polite manner, rolling your eyes is not I repeat NOT the proper reaction to have!

I shop in person at P. A.at least once a month.

I also shop online every 6 to 8 weeks.

I love the selection of stuff, the staff, the pricing and the general "vibe" of the place.

One of these days I will actually post some of the creations I have made using P. A.parts to make my vehicles and my shop more functional and much more personalized.

Online inventory does not match store inventory. Showed 8 3/4 taps in stock but none in store. Some tools are good quality, some not so much. Staff is helpful!

Wandered around and had a look.since they moved out to gas alley I need a reason to go all the way across town to shop there.
