Great staff. Easy to find what your looking for. Any questions there is always a staff member around to ask.

Nice and clean, well organized, knowledgeable staff. I can always find what I am looking for.and more. Only downside is I never seem to have enough money to buy everything.

Wish i got the young guys name that works the surplus division. He was so helpful and friendly. He is the definition of great customer service. Would definitely recommend this location

I really like princess auto for the variety of tools and hardware. They have really made a huge effort in making the store modern and organized. Not that I complain about help it seemed like the staff were offering too often.

Came here needing to buy a welder and all equipment to fix the bumper on our motorhome so we can continue on our vacation. Had issues with our credit card right at closing, so employee suspended order and held our cart until the morning. On top of happily doing this for us, they said it was no problem to park it for the night in their lot.

We worked on it the following day and even had an employee come ask if we needed help with anything after the store closed. The following morning the manager Paul came out as we were packing up our stuff to make sure we were ok and made sure we weren't stranded. He returned about 45 mins with fruit for us, it was such a kind gesture!

We spent lots of money (for us) in the store, but I feel like the customer service would've been there regardless of the dollar amount spent. Each employee was helpful on all 3 days, which helped soften the blow for our breakdown and being stuck in one spot for 3 days. Thanks everyone, and Paul!

My husband went in to get a crimper and he looked up online to check stock in advance so he was able to go in without wasting gas. It was there. Terrific to have this system available now with the gas prices. Thank you Princess Auto!

Ok. You'll always leave with more than you came for. Great selection, pricing and the bathrooms are a pleasant place to read the flyer.

Just wanted to give kudos to Paul, who helped us out a lot today. We were looking for a few things from the flyer and he took the time to help us and to search for them. He was extremely polite and patient and very helpful. You have an amazing employee there! Thanks Paul!

Would give five stars for how friendly other staff was but lady at customer was EXTREMELY rude on my way out, which was completely unwarranted. Made my initial positive experience very uncomfortable and very unwelcoming

Very knowledgeable staff member tried to help me with a custom length of chain only to discover the chain cutter in the store has been broken for weeks. Please give your employees something to work with so they don't have to experience disgruntled customers.

Jusr left south store after 5th visir over past month or so unable to get hydraulic hoses made due to not having ends. Simple JIC6 and #10 flatface. West end store never has issue?

Great hardware store with a lot of variety and great prices. Hubs loves this place. And the prices are always the cheapest here. Plus amazing staff that always help us out.

Went to return some hardware that was the wrong size. They returned the wrong price to me and refused to correct it to the correct price. Asked the manager about it. He said the math was correct and when proven wrong he just kept repeating his original statement.

I was going to buy the correct size hardware in store and a lot more of it but the attitude of the manager has turned me off this store.

I was able to find the correct size hardware on Amazon with prime shipping for half the price Princess auto wanted.

Another quick trip through Princess Auto. The staff are very friendly and efficient in getting customers through the cashier area.
Today was a sidewalk sale with many items at half price or lower and I bought two items. The staff were happy to assist me to get stuff to my vehicle but I declined.

Why are things more money in the south side than in the west end Princess Auto? Hand sanitizer 1.00 West 1.99 south truck box mounts 9.99 west 14.99 south. I will make a bigger list next time and pics?

Avec Madison qui nous a aidé a trouver plusieurs articles a la grandeur du magasin, elle savait où tout était et ma liste était pas en ordre, ont n'a fait 4 fois le tour du magasin part ma faute, et toujours avec le sourire et une belle attitude.
En plus de me faire profiter de rabais passé dates et me conseiller.
Madison vous a fait faire toutes un vente. Avoir été seul j'aurais probablement acheter 3 ou 4 article et sa m'aurais pris plus de une heure, et Je serai partie s'en tout avoir.
Madison ma tout trouver et même plus en moins de 12 heures se qui m'a fait sauvée beaucoup de temps et coûter beaucoup d'argent lol

Canadian owned and full of all kinds of goodies. I've been a mechanic, now a realtor that built my beloved Ducati and Princess Auto has been there all along. Tools, welding equipment, wiring, lights, cleaners, degreasers, etc. More than once I've purchased everything on my list.

Got most of what I was looking for, but not a lot of trailer replacment parts at this location. Store workers were very helpful.

For the rest of you, this is a nice location with friendly staff and a decent inventory selection.

My only complaint is that they recently changed their lighting in the store and the new lighting is pretty terrible. There's no more lights in the individual aisle shelves so products are all shadowed and dimly lit. Meanwhile the overhead lights are too cool a colour temperature making them overly blue and harsh.

We were having issues with our hitch and Jan and Mark helped us out immensely. So thankful for their help. Super knowledgeable and after seeing multiple places, Mark provided us with with great solution.

Different prices than the west side store (cheaper at west end). Dunno why and it was the exact same item!

Uncomfortable with the customer service counter, helping others check out but ignore me waiting in the line for 5 mins and finally said I need to go to the "check out counter". When I'm leaving the store I saw the service counter helping other customers checking out AGAIN. I felt it's like a discrimination.

What can you say about Princess Auto? They have quite the selection of woodworking, welding, hydraulic and automotive tools and supplies. The surplus section always has something interesting as well. One of my favourite stores.

This Princess Auto location is always good. I prefer this one than the west Edmonton location. This place has the items I need and the West location is always out. This place also has some nice clearance items on the table for dirt cheap. If you are lucky enough, you can pick up an item or two that you need for less than a price of a coffee. I found an oil filter wrench still in a package for $1.71. It's worth dropping by here every two to three weeks to see what they have for clearance or on sale. Can't beat their return policy as well.

My experience at Princess Auto is great and there was a girl that work there may name of Madison shoe did an awesome job

Ordered online earlier in the day with the curbside pickup option. Got the text that my order was ready to be picked up. Drove to the store and used the provided link to check in. Link said someone would be out to help me in 5-15 minutes but after 30 minutes I went inside and the cashier didn't even know about it and had to call to have it picked out of the warehouse. So not only did I waste my time waiting outside for no one to come, I had to go inside in person which negates the whole point of using curbside pick up in the first place. Definitely think a business should have curb side pickup perfected in times like these.

I was helped by Krunal recently at this store. He helped me thoroughly with everything I needed to buy and also made his expert suggestions by discussing different options to I could make an informed decision. Great service provided! I always get treated friendly at this store and would surely return every time.

Always find everything you need and a lot more in this store. Great for hardware and mechanical needs, but there's many more one time items in here as well.

Staff was great, and helped me find what I wanted. Lots of customers were wearing masks incorrectly or not at all. Won't be returning for a very long time

Shopped here for a couple of saw horses. Good experience and best price, significantly better than Amazon, Home Depot. The items in question were the TOUGHBUILT C500 Sawhorses. Lots of stock and price was over $20 cheaper each. Sometimes brick and mortar shopping is still the best.

Good experience. When i was a machinist i got a ton of hand tools here. Good prices. Clean location. Will continue to shop here frequently.

Went there for a fender roller and they had one. Saved me from having to order one online and wait for it to be shipped. Plus I won't need to use this tool very often, so it's nice not paying an extravagant price.

I went to can tire, and they were sold out of the one I wanted, came here because my dad likes princess.

They had the size I wanted at a price I loved, but they were all built.

One of the automotive gents by the name of Jim took apart the wheelbarrow with me so that it would fit in my compact car.

They had the parts I needed and when I was looking for the right isle someone stopped putting things on the shelf to make sure I was okay and showed me where to look

As always PA is a nice place to lose yourself in. They have suck a wide variety of tools and farm needs you can almost always find what you are looking for. It is a very nice stop for the DIY kinda guy. There prices are very good as well but be warned - check the quality of the products because some of the products are real cheap stuffs.

Big store, crammed with tons of stuff. If you are a tinkerer this is the place for you! Everything from pumps to electric motors to shop tools. The surplus section is always a fun place to look, always different stuff there.

The store has all sorts of tools you ever need, at very reasonable prices. More importantly, they have the best customer service. I was there today, Raj, Paul and Mark all patiently helped me, solved my difficult problems. Raj (and Paul) also patiently found the right tools for me. Thank you so much!

They have almost anything tool wise you could want. Sometimes quality isn't the greatest, but for the price you can't expect anything else.

Waiting in line for return for 3/4 hour.other staff members just walked away when I finally got to the tell the lady said it will if you had a receipt you could have just gone to the cashier.

Nice place for quick stop buy something you need.bunch of useful things at decent prices. Not high quality but enough for home and amateur use. Nice people working here ready to find what you need if they have.if they dint have they will pointed you in right direction where to get missing thing.

Seriously the best selection of random parts and things to buy. Its crazy how many items they stock. If you're looking for odds and ends check this place out.

This is not the closest Princes Auto for me but I was doing errands in the area and decided to stop in this past Saturday night. The customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, I did not properly take note of their names. Hardik? Erin? And another? My guess would be that this location has a priority on customer satisfaction so likely others would also have a good experience with whomever was working that night.

A wonderful place to look around and spend money love this place. My wife doesn't I don't blame her.

Staff was very kind but, I heard a few of them gossiping about other customers and, they didn't have what we needed at all.

If you are looking for good deals on tools, parts and other misc discount items, this is the place to go.

This store may not make sense to you at first then you first walk in looking for tools for your garage but check out all those cool industrial parts that you can pick up for your custom hobby project or one of a kind handy man inventions. This is a real do it yourself hobby inventors paradise. I have picked up commercial squirrel cage fans, power relays and assorted odd ball industrial hard ware. Check them out often as their industrial surplus stock changes.

As good as all the others. Lots of staff to help out. Always amazed at what you will find in there. Love this place.
