I had shipped some stationery to a venue in Banff for a client's wedding that unfortunately got delayed. Earl and the team at Print Calgary went above and beyond, answering my email on a Friday and having it ready early the next day. They are the only reason I was able to get a backup to the client in time for their wedding day. 10/10! Thank you!

I recently tried Print Calgary and I was delighted! Service was quick, professional, friendly and even better than promised. I'll be using them again many times in the future. It was a little narrow turn into a one way road - so I had to stop and do a double take the first time, but now I can do it confidently & I will be back! Thanks Earl for the responsive service!

Used this company to print our wedding announcement, which was 75 bookmarks (three single-sided pages) with a hole punch in the top centre for a total of 225 pages.
Long story short, we had to request three reprints:
1- The first page was much more zoomed in and did not replicate the PDF I sent. I assumed it was my error so I made revisions to my file and requested another order for just the first page (75 bookmarks).
2- The reprint was the exact same file as my first order. I also realized on the second page of my first order, our names were partially cut off on some pages.
3- The hole punch was drastically off from the other bookmarks I had ordered from my first batch. And some pages were cut wider than others.
4- Picked up my final order.
All in all, the process was frustrating, stressful, and tiresome. When we began assembling our bookmarks, we realized the hole punch still wasn't centered on all of the papers and had difficulties inserting the eyelet for the tassel (we even had to toss some away).
Nonetheless, the staff were very understanding, helpful and kind each time we went back. Aside from paying for the initial cost plus my additional 75, they reprinted everything else at no cost. While their customer service was exceptional, the product itself was disappointing.
