They dont get back ive called so many times about xerox printer services since theyre partnered but never anything back

Excellent company to work with, we got a couple of refurb all-in-ones and they were excellent value, products work great.

Service quality is marginal at best and customer service is poor. Especially from the accounting department.

Everyone i worked with at Printerworks had patience and knowledge.they gave me excellent recommendations based on my needs and were not only friendly but so helpful.

Joe C.was very helpful in getting my computer set up with the correct print queue, quickly responded to my ticket assistance request, and helped me work out what features were and were not available on our Canon Imagerunner printer.

Excellent support team.
Staff is friendly and dedicated to help if any issue arises.

I am very impressed with PrinterWorks West. Anytime I have called, they are there to answer your call and if not, are prompt to call you back. They are very helpful in resolving your questions, whether they are user-functionality related or hardware/technical. When our copier ran low on toner, they rush delivered a new cartridge to Strathmore, AB, within 24 hours! Always friendly, helpful and they go above and beyond to ensure your questions are resolved. Thank you for your sincere and helpful service, it is always a pleasure to work with all of you.

I work at a very small non-profit, and we engaged PrinterWorks last year when our ancient printer died. We were a bit apprehensive at first, however we have had a very positive experience. The machine they brought is great and has made our lives so much easier - and the fees have been exactly what they quoted. Best of all, when we did have an issue with the printer they dealt with it right away. They needed to order a part in, and then we switched to working from home for a couple months - and over that time they continued to check in with me to let me know they hadn't forgotten about us and to see if were back in the office yet. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend.
