I’ve been going to this wash for many many years, and have always been satisfied with the outcome of my work with their equipment and soaps. I usually go late at night and love that there open 24h a day. I run into Michelle quite often and she is always friendly and keeping the place tidy. Great wand wash, I’d recommend!

Update: May 10,2023: Took my dog for a wash here after she recovered from surgery. After figuring out the wash was out of shampoo, i called the # on the wall (as there is no attendant in site) and the owner (?) told me he would get someone over right away and to text him my email for a refund. After a week with no response I called the # back (Anytime fitness?) and this time they didnt pick up. Off to find another dog wash.

A few months ago: I live close by and stopped here to wash the truck. I had previously seen some reviews of this place where people were charged more than they should have been. The reader said $6 and my card was billed $6, with a deposit and refund of $20. Clean bays, everything worked and Ill be back.

Update 2023: used the dog wash here this past weekend. Obviously its not highly used as it took a few mins for the water to warm up. The soap/conditioner comes out of tue wash wand and smelled good. It also didnt go on thick so it was easy to rinse. Not the best ramp for a large dog, especially getting out. To wash, condition and blowdry large breed was $15 with a $20 deposit that was refunded the following day.

Everything is great, but the vacuum just never works. Every single time. How can it consistently be powerless every single time. Always forced to use another booth, and it's definitely garbage. With my precious review the mngmnt reached out, but never implement

Good car wash haven’t tried the pet wash yet. Average about 20$ for the full wash without vacuum

I loved it and it got plenty of power to seriously remove the dirt off your car/ suv /truck which ever you have
I had never been there before and its easy peasy follow directions and voila you can start washing rinsing soaping or what ever else you want to do
I am sticking to that place for car wash in a heart beat

Clean facility, very new and the pricing was fair. Nice to be able to tap my CC and go. Displays the current cost of the wash on a legible display.

This place is always super frustrating because they have a change machine that is ALWAYS out of order and the odd times that you find someone working their, when you ask them for change they will absolutely refuse to give you any. They say "we don't carry change here" and yet you are a freaking car wash. What car wash doesn't carry change!? ! I'll take my business elsewhere.

This is good place for car washing, I recommend all of you to use this place for all kind of car washing

Machine always charges more than your desired amount. Give them couple of chances, not going there anymore. One star for cleanness!

I had a $20 charge on my credit card and I knew I had done it for $4. When I called they were great and sent an etransfer to me as a refund. I guess my advice is to be careful to press stop when finished but very good customer service

I’d give this 4 stars but there’s one irritating thing that annoys me, when the timer is stopped it jumps 5 to 6 seconds, so if you are close the minute to stop, say 4.50 and you stop it will jump to over the minute and your charged and extra dollar.

Lots of good lighting, excellent pressure, great customer service! Who uses hot water? This place does! Hands down best Car Wash I've used in a long time!

The lady that is working there is keeping it well clean and looked after better then the last person keeping it clean. Soap smells really nice.

Ive been coming here for years, they seem to have great pressure on the wand, compared to hughes and other diy car wash locations in the city. Michelle was very helpful in showing me how to work the machine because my card was not being accepted for some reason. Showed interest in my vehicle, allowed me to remove my halloween costume off my car with ease. 10/10! Always great service.

I stopped going this car wash months ago as they are bad in all terms. Their service all bad. They do not even put proper amount of soap into their machines. But what irritated me most was that they intentionally keep coin machine 'out of order' so you would use your credit card. I took my 2 cars at different times. Used my credit card. First car was done and it costed $5.35, second car costed $5.15. In both, they my card was charged $6. Who give this business to round up the actual cost? I will never use their facility at no cost. They are taking advantage of being only car wash in neighborhood.

Best place for washing my car in winters. I am coming here from 2 years, but never had any issue. One time I had some issue and the owner offered me a free car wash. I always got ample time to wash my car without any rush and with good pressure. Bays are always found clean and maintained.

Nice and friendly place to come wash car/trucks and pets. This was the first place I've visited that has pet wash and a guy who was cleaning the bays was kind enough to show me where to bath my pet and explain me what was available.

The bath wasn't too clean but that's the previous person's fault who has to clean after washing the dog. It is everyone's responsibility to leave the place clean of hair for the next person to come.

Also something to have in mind is the tight entrance, if you drive a large truck be careful not to scratch when getting in.

Bald guy cleaning the area is like rushing me to go away already after I washed my car and dry it outside the parking lot and there’s not even a line outside! Just because he just cleaned the area I did my car he has to do it again maybe.

Love this dogwash space for our full size Golden retriever. We don't use the ramp part as my dog is too large but the room works great for him.l

Disgusting pet wash, I would post pictures but I'm not risking my dog's health going back to it. It looks like it's hardly ever cleaned and has no way to restrain your dog to stop it from trying to jump out, making it dangerous for your pet as well. Going to the nearby Pet-Valu or other pet store is significantly better as they clean their wash bays after ever use, offer better quality wash products and shampoos, towels to dry your dog off with, in-tub restraint to protect your pup, and it costs way less.

Car wash is fine.

Extremely poor service, went to them to get my dog pampered but after noticing how they do business, never again.
Going to do a different place next time.

I absolutely LOVE the pet wash! Coolest thing ever and definitely keeps my house clean:) I take both my pitbulls here when we decide to adventure off and get all muddy! Definitely recommend as I use it weekly in the summer! Today was the first time of the year and the girls a cleeeeean!

I used my credit card to have my car washed. The stop button was unoperational and over charged me! It went upto $1.25 after depressing the stop button.

I liked the idea that though I have 3 stars, the owner wants to improve on that and did ask about my contact info. This is the customer service which is lacking these days. Just as the owner followed up with me, I am going to give him an another star.

Awesome I found a 24 hour wand wash since the “other guys” closed theirs due to Covid.

We like this car wash, it's not overly busy, the attendant is friendly. The only complaint is there never seems to be any triple foam and we like using it. Would be 5 stars if that was refilled more often and not constantly out.

Awesome place to bring your pup for a wash. My great pyr is a bit big for our tub but having a whole bay to wash him in was great. He still smells so nice from the odor control wash and the blow dry was perfect for his fur. Will definitely be bringing him back on a regular basis.

Great water pressure. I would recommend this place. But no one to call if there is a problem. Number was disconnected when l tried to call.

The car wash in itself is pretty good, lots of hot water and soap. The place has moved away from having an attendant so not always clean bays. What I do not like is the receipt process using the website. Frankly it doesn't work, despite my registering again!

Great place to wash your dog. Door can be locked, in our case it’s great because Bella gets anxious around other people and other dogs. The only thing that needs it’s hooks for your jackets in the winter.

This was my first time there and no one was there to guide me but i figured it out somehow. Good experience i suppose. It was also relatively clean considering i was there early.

Always dirty and messy, half the time car wash is out of triple shine or soap, fitting on the wash hoses always seem to leek from above all over your clean car. Only use it cause its the only practical wash for me to go to in the area.

Zero attention to the entrance, so much ice I couldn't get inside. Parked in a bay full of broken glass. They don't issue receipts on site you have to enter your personal info into some shady website to get it emailed to you and after that you find out it doesn't work. Called owner and he sounded like he just woke up, couldn't care less about my receipt and then hung up. Won't be going back.

I spend 16 dollars for my wash but only I got is high pressure water.
There triple shine was empty, it took my dollars but it was empty.
There was no one in office to help out.
Finally after spending 16 CAD I LEFT WITH NOYHING.

Great pressure for washing your vehicle. The only problem is how dirty the stalls are. ALL THE TIME. Take care of the stalls. You only have 8 of them. It shouldn’t be that hard.

IMO, this was the best wand wash in my area. State of the art equipment, everything worked, there is always an attendant there, keeping the bays clean, there's pay by credit card, well lit. I go there whenever I can. I hoped the owner would keep it to this standard, but lately, it's falling into disrepair.leaky pipes, dripping down from the ceiling, all over you, as you try to wash your car in a couple of the bays.not my first choice now.

Was verbally assaulted by one of their employees today and you can't phone to speak to anyone because their supposed phone number is for anytime fitness.

I love the price and quality of the pressure washer and the bays are mostly always clean and ready to use, but only giving two stars because you always get rushed in there by the staff
