The asistant, doctor, and pharmacists are all kind, polite, and most of all, welcoming with a smile!
Wait time is very short.
They are all competent, your health will improve just at the entrance. I definitely recommend it

Over the years, I've been seen by a lot of doctors here in Edmonton. I would say most of them are indifferent to patient care. Dr. Ibrahim genuinely seems to care and takes time to discuss your care plan etc. ALSO, use the pharmacist onsite. John is amazing! He calls you before your prescription runs out to arrange delivery of your refills! A big change from arguing with Rexall staff or only getting half of your prescription because of backorders, so you have to make a second trip etc.

Great and friendly service! I appreciate how the front end staff spoke fluent Spanish.she made it easy for my grandma to understand:)

Visited the clinic for the first time. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly—from the receptionist, to the pharmacist and the doctor. They all made me feel welcome and comfortable. Will sure come back for future appointments. Highly-recommendable!

Doctor was very kind and professional. Pharmacist was one of the kindest man I've ever met. Very caring. Great clinic in general.
