Pro Drain Techs installed a sewer liner at my home for half the cost of some of their competitors. The Crew, Jessy and Kiefer, were professional and friendly. I highly recommend Pro Drain Tech!

I have had a very good experience dealing with Pro Drain Techs, starting with the office (Liette) and finishing with a field tech (Denny) who came to do a drain line scan/ water back flow valve locate. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Communication was prompt and clear, with no delays for an appointment. The drain scan was done professionally and in a timely manner. Everything in the video was explained to us, and the drain line scan report and video were sent to us a couple of hours later, even before we had a chance to pay for it.
We are definitely going to use Pro Drain Techs in the future for all our plumbing needs.

I can't say enough good things about this company! They completed the work in one day and were very careful with my yard making sure they did not destroy lawn or flower beds. They also supplied everything I needed for my insurance company. We definitely recommend.

What a great experience contracting Pro Drain Techs to fix our sewer line. They removed a belly did some inside work and lined our existing sewer line to the main. Their response time is exceptional. I wish I could give them more than five stars. Their work is exceptional, but it is their very sincere interest in their customers which really stands out. Two years after they did our main line I had a problem which turned out to be unrelated to their work but as soon as I called them they took ownership of my problem & sent someone out immediately. They came & fixed the issue & didn’t charge anything. Unbelievable. They are also clearly an outstanding employer who treats their staff well. Can’t recommend them enough!

Used ProDrainTechs to scope a sewer for a purchase inspection. Work was timely and professional. Ron did a great job reviewing the results and provided valuable info when answering questions.

Excellent job performed as expected and quoted. The team was professional and thorough in their assessment before creating a plan. Their quote was detailed and I knew exactly what was happening and what I was paying for. There was a minor issue with the inspection (due to pre-existing stuff in the house that they had not touched) and they came to fix it up to code without extra charge. After calling several companies (avoid Mr. Rooter at all costs!) and being told we had a partial collapse in our sewer line and that we would need to dig up our front yard to run a new line, we had Pro Drain Techs (Rod) come out and do a quote for us. Upon inspection of the line, Rod informed us that it didn't look like there was any collapse, that is was just a blockage & a slight shift, and we would be able to reline the existing clay pipe. He was so thorough, showed us exactly what he was seeing in the line, and answered all of our questions. With all our other quotes/inspections being quick and vague, we were shocked at how wonderful these guys are.
We were recommended to have the tree roots cleared out and then they would be able to come in and line our existing pipe, so that is what we did!
They came for the clear out, and did a secondary inspection to insure everything was okay for lining. The clear out went great. We booked in for the lining. Ryan and Jessy came out, they were so wonderful to have in our home. They showed us what they were doing along the way, were so friendly, and very clean. We were a bit nervous because they needed to create an access point in our basement concrete, which required jackhammering a small spot in our basement floor. There was zero dust from this process, we were so happily surprised. They sealed everything and you wouldn't even know it was done.

Excellent customer service. Scoped the line as part of the quote, w/o an additional charge. Clean and tidy, as well as courteous and efficient. Would wholeheartedly recommend them for any sewer/water line issues.

From the first phone call to this company to the completion of work all interactions were positive, pleasant and seamless. Their pricing was significantly better than the competitor we called. I would not hesitate for a moment to call them again, or to heartily recommend them.

This is the company you want to call. They are honest, professional, and truly care about helping out their customers and not charging them for things they don't need. They quickly solved our slow draining bathtub problem and video-scoped our sewer line.

Last year we had Mr Rooter come out to clean and scope our sewer line. They charged us $1,700 for a fancy "hydro scrub" and made it sound like we had a drastic need to invest $12,000 on a new line. Rod from Pro Drain Techs did the scope and gave us honest advice on what he would do if it was his home. He said it didn't really need a clean out right now, and it doesn't look like it needs replacing this year either. He recommended coming back next year to do another scope so we can compare the two videos and see how the line looks. Saving us thousands of dollars and leaving us with peace of mind.

Also, we're still being cautious around Covid and Rod and his assistant were very courteous and respectful of our requests to mask and take other precautions.

I've never had a better experience with a plumber. They have earned our trust for everything related to drain cleaning, drain clearing, sewer line cleaning, and sewer line replacement. We'll continue to need our drains and sewer lines cleaned, and will eventually need our sewer line replaced, and there is no question who we will be calling every time time going forward. I will be recommending them to all our friends, and if you're reading this, I recommend them to you too.

Beware pro drain tech. Had them over to scope our main drain. Their camera broke before they completed the job. When i spoke with their management they advised to get the city of St Albert to finish the job because they are cheaper. BUYER BEWARE. Absolutely terrible service

Prodrain has incredible customer service! I called after our septic line collapsed and backed up in the basement of the building I work in. The staff when I called in were so helpful and scheduled me in right away. They explained clearly what would probably need to be done and why. Rod came out and was so friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to look at and why. He walked me through the process and left me with a clear understanding of what needs to be fixed. He also found ways to replace the pipe that would not disrupt other areas of the basement. I can't wait to take the quote to our Council for approval of the work, after dealing with Rod I feel I am equipped to handle any of their questions.

Amazing service. They had a major job cleaning the sewer line, replacing the cast iron pipes, lining the pipe and installing a backwater valve. The work included jackhammering and removing concrete floor from two areas in the basement. They went above and beyond to carefully remove the laminate floor in one area. It took three days to open the floor, do the repairs and pour new concrete. They were on time, respectful of us, the dogs and my home. They kept us informed as the work progressed. Would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of sewer/drain repair.

Amazing service! Used them during a home inspection to do a camera scope of the pipes. Was shown the video of the drain scope as well as a explanation of the condition and what to be mindful of in the future. Customer service was excellent and they took the time to explain everything to me. Would recommend this service!

Excellent service from Danny and Rod! Rod scoped my new home's sewer pipe, and explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions. He and Danny visited last week to unclog the pipe - they were on time, professional, and very friendly. I will be using their services in the future to maintain the sewer pipe in my home.

A very good booking system for scheduling appointments. They addressed my concerns with scoping a drain line and were very accommodating to ensure there was a good final inspection.

Pro Drain Techs quickly located and repaired a complex leak in our kitchen sink waste water drain. Extremely professional and they went the extra mile in designing a three layer resin based repair from the inside of a basement clean-out where the crack was located. This saved both time and money. I've been a plumber for 35+ years, I don't specialize in drain cleaning, but do offer it to my clients should they require it. Needless to say I've done a lot of it over the years. I came across a problem that I've never encountered before, once I had Dan and his helper show up with their camera, Dan quickly identified what the issue was. Had to gain access to a different unit for the next day. Once we started it took only minutes to solve the issue it was a little new for Dan as well, but his experience and confidence solved it. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks for saving what could have been a very costly repair.

Rod and Brennan conducted a sanitary sewer line scope, inspection and cleared the 4" clay sewer pipe of roots that had infiltrated the pipe. The last time the sewer pipe was scoped and cleared of roots was in May 2012, just about 10 years. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The answered all my questions and provided a follow-up inspection report. The next day I received videos taken both before and after the line was cleared of roots. Later I received all the still photos that were taken to complement the inspection report and the verbal information I was provided. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Pro Drain Techs for any drain inspection and pipe repair issues.

Our house is sixty-two years old and had no corrode sewer drain pipe. I wanted to avoid having to deal with blocked collapsed or collapsed sewer line in mid-winter so i called Pro Drain Techs to replace the line. Ryan and his team came and made it happen. They were all professional, hard working and efficient. They did the job without complaining (it is not nice work) and were very respectful of me and my home. I am so glad I chose Pro Drain Techs.

I was concerned about possible drain leakage under my house but after they bent over backwards to check all areas of my house (there was an addition so I wasn't initially convinced they were all piped in together) they were able to put my mind at ease that it was just a high water table and not cracked drains. These guys came out to our clinic building and found (with a camera) and successfully dealt with a persistent sewer blockage in our basement.after other companies had failed. Also they left the place clean, unlike previous attempts by others.
