I made the mistake of asking for a junior stylist as she was marginally cheaper. I wanted my grays covered, a couple of hi-lights and a trim. After the fouls were taken out we could see a very large yellow chunk on one side; Suzanne conferred at great length with the two other stylists and said a toner would solve the issue. I. I was there for 3ihrs69; I’ve been in many salons. They may have toned but I’m very sure they also reapplied color to the yellow spot. I was there for close to 3.5 hours, a record for me. I asked at one point if they were reapplying color but they assured me it was toner. I have androgenic alopecia and take finesteride for it so the lady said oh that’s why it’s yellow medication can do that. I’ve had this condition for 20 years and have had no problems. However, I didn’t say anything, proceeded to pay, even tipping, to the tune of $184.00. My hair is a dull non color with some random red bits. Very disappointed. My own fault for trying to save money.

Ana was wonderful. I asked her opinion on what hair style would suit me the best. She thoroughly looked at my hair, shape of face and then discussed with me what she thought would look good and why. I went with her suggestions. I love the cut! Ana you are a true artist who loves her work. Yes absolutely, I would come again. Thank you Ana.

It was my first time at the Pro Haircare & Salon, in the Sunridge Mall, and now I highly recommend this salon. I was super nervous about coloring my hair, due to a past terrible experience that I have had in another salon. However, my experience this time was very good! I was helped by the hairdresser Anastasia, who was amazing; she listened to me and was thoughtful before choosing the colors for my hair, even consulting with her manager, who was nice too. As a result, I loved my haircut and color. So, I appreciate all the kindness of those excellent professionals and I will be back! Thank you Anastasia!

I went for a very short hair cut. My stylist was so much fun and so excited to do it. She made sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way. She had just as much fun as I did with the cut. I will absolutely go back and recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience here, I was very hesitant about getting my haircut but Im glad I did! I had Anastasia doing my hair she is amazing I am so happy with the results and will definitely be returning!

Went in to have my roots touch up because the lower end of my hair is lighter.
I thought this was understood by the stylist because I did say I want it to match the current lighter color of my hair. After applying product on my hair, she went to assist lots of other people even though she said she'll get back to me sooner.

I got confused when we were done because the color of my hair is just the same. She said she only covered up the gray hair which was not a lot and can be combed over by the way. So I paid nearly $100 and spent a longer time waiting than I should have to have my hair look exactly the same. Don't know why she thought it made sense for a client to pay for hair color service and have the exact same color.

If are considering going here because other places are a bit more pricey, and you actually have the money to go somewhere more "established", just go there.

This was my first visit to Pro Haircare, and I aram absolutely so happy I went. I called and spoke with Jackie and expressed my concerns and what I was looking for. Jackie assured me that I would be happy with the results and booked me in.
From the moment I arrived Jackie made sure I felt listened to and heard. We talked about different colors and options and I left it in Jackie's very capable hands to decide which color to use.
To say that I am thrilled would be a understatement. Absolutely love the color, the fresh cutand style, so very happy. Going forward, Jackie will be seeing more of me as I have found my stylist here in Calgary! Thank you so much, Jackie, I feel as wonderful.

A long overdue review.coming to this salon is like visiting friends! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Vicki is my hairdresser but from what I have seen everyone is very professional and attentive to their customers. I never feel that my cut or colour is rushed unlike many past experiences in other salons. I can honestly highly recommend this salon and the staff there.

I love this barber shop, not only is it's super clean and tidy like home, but also is it's super professional and warmer customer services! I honorably got barber Neesha's service-hairstyling/ haircutting, and felt over expected result, like a master barber's job! You cannot image how professional she was! Amazing team and took my sisters in no problem. I went to 3 hairdresser's before them. My sister loved her cut and has trust again in hairdresser's!

The ladies were awesome. We went in to get my daughters hair cut she is 9. It was a bit of a wait because we did not book an appointment. So we decided to walk around the mall. Within 15 mins we got a call to return. The hair dresser was amazing. She helped us decide on length and style. Nt little girl was beaming when she saw her new hair cut.highly recommended thanks again ladies

Love these girls i usually only got to 1 hair dresser their but lately when i go my regular girl isnt their so ive had to open my hair trusting to the other beautiful ladies that work here.

I have been getting my naturally curly hair cut at this salon for many years. Depending on my schedule either Vicky or Jessica provide outstanding service & haircare advice. Even though I no longer live close by I choose to come here for my hair care

Jackie is such a warm and welcoming presence whether you're dealing with her over the phone or in person. I've been going to Vicky for over 5 years now and she always delivers. She is so friendly and we always have a good chat, she knows what I want and does a great job with my hair. Currently I live across town but it doesn't matter, I would drive from miles away to see Vicky!

Anna is amazing!
She turned my orange brassy post covid hair into a thing of beauty. Everyone has a warm personality and there’s a good vibe in there.

I have naturally curly hair and have struggled for 20 years to find a hair stylist who know how to properly cut it. Vicky was AMAZING! She educated me on a few of her products that work best for for curly hair, gave me a hair cut that is easy to manage and was super friendly. All covid protocols were followed and I felt 100% comfortable. I will definitely be going back for upkeep. My hunt for the perfect hair stylist is over!

Russell at Pro haircare is amazing. I have been going to him for years. This is the only place I feel comfortable that I will walk out feeling like a million bucks. He takes his time to make sure I get exactly what I want, even when I don't have a clue on what it is! Always seems to know if I want conversation or not. Getting work done by Russell is like a micro vacation of relaxation.

Ana has been doing my hair for a few months now as Lindsay has not returned due to Covid and I love the cut she gives me. She never takes too much off and the last time she coloured it dark with blond highlights, I get so many compliments on it! The staff is super friendly and helpful and they sell a great variety of products that I love! I highly recommend Pro Hair at Sunridge!

Hi I just wanted to share one of the best experiences I had on July 22nd on my birthday with my mom Anna and the other ladywhich I do recall she was the manager I just can't put a name to her pretty faceboth ladies did such a gorgeous job on my hair and on my mom's hair and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for clean safe place to go with good conversation and very professional workers I just can't wait to go back

I wish I could give this a salon zero stars. Customer service was TERRIBLE. I admit I was in the wrong, but there was a nicer way to go about it. She asked if “I could read”, simply because I was checking the price of a shampoo at the exit. Again there was a nicer way to go about it. The old lady was so rude, and after, when she knew she was wrong, she started justifying her YELLING at me. She said, “I said that because, um, uh, um”. She had no excuse for yelling at me? Terrible service, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this salon. If you’re thinking about going here, don’t. Not to mention the dirty floors, and the crowdedness.
