Don’t waste your time going to this location looking for assistance. Went to the store to buy some new skates for the upcoming season and staff were too preoccupied playing with their phones, even after asking for assistance. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I went to the store and bought Hi-Lo inline skate wheels to have it replace to the inline-skates that I just bought from a different store.
Ryan was kind enough to have it replace the wheels with the Hi-Lo wheels that I just bought from the store. When I got back to the store the next day to pick it up, apparently they had a hard time removing the wheels on one of the skates and it broke the chassis.
They replaced the inline-skates that got broke with a Bauer RS inline skates! I also bought a couple of Marsblade O1 Frame Kit since it's on sale and will be heading back to the store to have it installed with a pair of ice skates that I have.
Ryan did really went above and beyond on helping me out. Kudos to the staff with their awesome customer service, specially Ryan! This will be my new go to store for any hockey related items!

Stopped by today to pick up a new stick for my son to play ball hockey with since his recently broke. Mike helped us out, and he was amazing! He knew what he was talking about, helped us find a good choice, and was great with all three of my kids. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Got my skates sharpened there twice, first time there was no outside edge on one skate and no inside edge on the other, second time my skates were worse than before I brought them in.

Just arrived 10 minutes ago to buy 2 OIlers Jerseys. He spoke to one employee and they ignored him and 4 more employees walked by him and didn't offer any assistance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they weren't busy!

Took my skates here to get sharpened, and they came out worse than when I brought them in. Tried to take my skates there again to get sharpened thinking it was a one off, and each skate was missing about 3” of edge after the “sharpening. ” Do yourself a favour, bring your skates somewhere else

The staff member took lots of his time to help me get sized for the right helmet. Other hockey stores were not as helpful and that is why i drove 30 mins out of my way to pro hockey life.

Amazing service Morgan was such an awsome sales associate helpful and super friendly so happy drove to Edmonton for my son's hockey gear

Igor helped me size my skates and heat form them better for me. Great service, my skates fit so much better and now I can skate pain free.

Came here after having not the best experience with sport check- but the girl working at the skates section turned the night around for us and was kind and willing to help even 10 minutes upon their closing time. (we didnt know you were closing at the time, sorry!) the employees were kind & helpful and i would recommend this place for all your skating needs:)

Today I got excellent service from a kid called Morgan in the skate shop. I busted my nice black steel blade on my Tacks, and he found me a size that fit a now outdated 9090 blade mount. Sure looks ugly now though with the stainless steel.

We buy stuff here all the time for the kids. I've put a few of their employees through college. They're always helpful with great advice and recommendations.

My kids always enjoyed this when we went in to the west end location in edmonton until the manager kicked my son out of there for no reason at all.the manager was so bad another customer gave me his number and said he would back my complaint, thats how awful my family was treated.

We were first time skate buyers who had ALOT of questions about how skates should fit and etc. Cole was absolutely amazing. The first time we went in there was no pressure to buy and he answered all of our questions. The second time we went in we had even more questions and he answered them all with no hesitation. He was super knowledgeable and when he didnt know he made sure to find out for us. Would highly recommend going to see Cole for skates. He made sure we were happy when we left. Can not rave enough about how great he was.

Bought 2 sets of skates this year from here. Both times the staff was knowledgable and friendly.

Loved this place. Ryan the manager greeting us as we came in and directed me to a sweet pair of gloves on for sale the next day which he hooked up. Also let my brothers kids shoot around and gave them a couple of promotional hats for the road. Killer experience, great knowledge, friendly store. 10/10 Nice work.

Igor was an awesome help with helping us pick out my son's skates. He was so friendly and insightful made the experience so enjoyable.

Ryan is the man. This gentleman greets you from the.moment you walk in. He knows his hockey knowledge very well to help you find the perfect gear/ product. Very friendly and professional

I went in for some skates as my 11 year old Graf G5's are past it. When I was over by the skate section I was spotted by a staff member who came straight over and asked if I needed help - his name was Igor. What an amazing guy! He sized me up straight away on the 3D scanner explained the fittment and it turned out I was a 7EE which I've never knew. He didnt hesitate to bring out a whole arrangement of different skates in all different price ranges.

He was very informative and explained well what all the different features were and benefits of each skate were as I'd been out of the skate market for over a decade.

He spent a heep of time with me and was very attentive, I couldn't have asked for more. There was no pressure and I could try all the skates to get a feel what suited me. Even though I had in my head that I wanted to spend top dollar for the skates to last me I never let on to Igor so I could tell he wasn't just with me to make a quick sale. He is the definition of a hard working dedicated member of staff.

I ended up walking out happy with some Bauer Supreme 2S Pros - perfect

A good source for all your hockey needs, although fans of teams not as popular as others like my Red Wings are should take note before coming here to stock up on merch.

They had Canucks pucks and Maple Leafs jersey kits, but they didn't have any Oilers or Leafs pucks

Brett was knowledgeable, helpful and we were able to purchase almost everything we went there to get. He arranged for another store to hold an additional item that we will get today.

Costumer service is very bad won't check for products will just say they won't have it, very lazy. Better places around

Terrible service I was in the store for 15 minutes before somebody came up to me, salesmen were horsing around with the hockey sticks talking about what they did last night, didn't even ask me about what I was looking for, staff is too disinterested in service, did not have a cold weather hockey ball, (it's December folks)

Pretty uncomfortorable, went in for a price match and the manager or whoever was verifying made me feel like I was trying to steal something, pro am sports was offering the same item for half the price but because that size wasn’t in stock online they wouldn’t ‘guarantee’ price match. Pretty fricken shady, since the jersey it’s self is exactly the same.there are ways around this but now I have to go through a bunch more effort, after spending thousands of dollars here over the years I’m pretty disappointed they’d make me feel this way over a couple bucks. I was going to buy some $250 dollar gloves with the savings so yhey would have ended up with my money anyway. Hm seems legit, they lost out on a $500 sale. Over $100 great business plan
