This company is owned by my awesome step dad, Frank and he offered me a shower head that helps filter out the hardness and chlorine present. Its helped my skin and hair immensely. It’s a student friendly option for some softer shower water! Love this business!

We have yet to bite the bullet and buy a water system for our home. In the meantime though, we purchase water for our dispenser from Pro. We are entirely happy with the quality of the water and the customer service is beyond excellent. Very friendly and very quick to serve. Sometimes we have gone in and they are busy finishing something up, but there is always acknowledgement and a "be right with you". Keep up the good work!

We have a water treatment system installed by a different company (wish we would have known about Pro-Water Conditioning first) and the other company charges an arm and a leg and only has technicians that are 2-1/2 hours away-so you pay for 5 hours travel time before the problem is even addressed.

JACE at Pro-Water Conditioning has been servicing our system and we have been very thankful for the kind, professional service he has provided.
He came to our rescue on a Sunday when we had no water and corrected the problem.

I hope more people can experience the service this local company has to offer.

Good water. Just note that if your coin is rejected push it in with a little more enthusiasm the next time and it will accept it. At least it did it for me

Professional, thorough and fair priced, Frank and his team had me fixed up in no time the previous installer that put RO system in butchered it, they came in took the system down and brought to there shop chlorine soaked it, reassembled it and reinstalled it with all new filters and properly hooked it up the water a week later is awesome the plants all love it and we couldn't be happier. We have used a few different "water people" and by far we have been the most impressed with Pro Water Conditioning. We live on an acreage and they came up with a great solution so we could have great water at a fair price. When our water system stopped working, we called Frank and his team came over right away, and with their help we found out it was actually an electrical issue. Frank's team came back once the electrical issue was fixed just to make sure the water system was working properly.

Any time we have had questions, Frank has had answers. Frank and his team are always happy, positive and friendly and we will always call Frank with anything water related now.

I am so happy with the service and care I received from Pro-Water! Frank came out to assess the situation with my filtration system and then provided a fair quote for the work. When they guys came out to take care of my filters they were courteous, professional, and friendly.

I have a well so my very old filters were in rough shape. Ultimately, they were far too deteriorated to put back into service, but Frank proposed a solution that was well within my budget.

After the filters were put back in I had questions and they came back out to walk me through a few things. This is above and beyond what I call great customer service!

I have always felt that I am a valued customer when Melissa refills my water jugs refilled in the shop. I feel that way even more after the care I received regarding my filters; I'll never go anywhere else! I feel like they cared about my particular situation and about me as a person.
