ProActive Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic - South (Gateway Location)

Went here for muscle pain in my leg, not once did they tell me to take magnesium supplements. Instead they were no help. If you have muscle pain. Take supplements first. It solved all my problems.

My experience at the Results Physiotherapy has been outstanding! Jaydeep is amazing at targeting the problems and adjusts exercises accordingly. He is so knowledgeable and caring.
He explains things clearly and makes it easy to understand. How did I get so lucky? ! The facility is clean and well kept. This is the place to go for for results!

I visited here with with my mom to get her back pain checked on recommendation from a friend. Rakesh did a very good diagnosis and was able to pin point the source of pain. With right diagnosis and treatment my mom got most of her mobility back. Highly recommend.

I see some people are not able to figure out why this is the best clinic that you need to trust these guys. They will go above and beyond to help you and treat.
They just dont do hot pack only but works with their hands and gets effective treatment

Jay is awesome! Had knee pain that affected my mobility and activities of daily living. Then had 4 sessions of dry needling with Jay. My knee is much better and is pain-free. Dry needling is painful but it is so worth it!

It was first time booking an appointment here, they took me in at a very short notice, so I am happy about it. Staff is compassionate & professional towards its patients. Extremely good experience with Jay.

Have dealt with nagging mobility issues for a few years and always had a hard time finding the exact cause.
Went in for some dry needling to try a different treatment after the most recent flare up, and within one session Jay had it figured.

Have had dry needling before but Jay was next level. He really gets in there. It's going to hurt, and it's going to help.

Dr. Henry is professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated how he thoroughly walked me through each adjustment. This was my first chiropractic experience and I was comfortable and at ease throughout. I instantly felt quite an improvement! Looking forward to following up here.

I had my first massage today. My massage therapist was Claudia (sorry if I spelt it wrong). I just loved it. She is really good at it. I must say there is some magic in her hands, so soft. She followed all the instructions I gave her and she even made some suggestions to me. Loved it!

Jay Patel is totally liar, I have been to this place several times, Jay Patel looks like very nice and kind, but actually he is not knowledgeable physiotherapist after I have the report from him and compare with the other physiotherapists.

I needed the last visit physiotherapy report of 5 days ago. Jay Patel could not give it to me, because he did not do it 5 days ago. He had to spend half an hour to prepare the report 5 days ago. After Jay Patel finished the report and gave it to me, I found many errors and information that was not mine. I will not come to this place any more.

Please do not let those 5 star reviews fool you.

Best physio clinic in Edmonton, I had a very amazing experience as physiotherapist are very knowledgeable and did detail assessment. Great atmosphere in clinic with many equipped massage tool based on your need. Staff are very friendly and providing great customer service. I felt back to normal in few days after my injuries.

Jay is terrific. He has a gentle manner, a good sense of humour, and will take time to assess and re-assess how you're doing. He shows that he is very dedicated to his patients and cares about the progress you make (he is very happy if you're doing your exercises)! All the therapists at ProActive Physio seem to be equally professional and caring - they have even assisted me in performing exercises with the proper form, just in their spare time! Front desk staff are always kind, helpful, and professional. Everyone gets to know you quickly and will treat you like a friend. Making or adjusting appointments is a breeze. A great experience all-around.

This place is amazing. I've been to many physio/ chiropractic clinics and proactive is by far the best! Jay is an excellent physiotherapist and takes the time to really help me heal and get better.
Henry the chiropractor actually cares! He will tend to you and really listen to what's hurting and what maybe out of place. He spend a fair amount of time with me when I visit and always makes sure I'm happy and feeling better before letting me go.the facility is clean and the staff are following all the new covid rules. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I have been with Proactive Physiotherapy for a vehicle accident back injury. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They take time with you and are hands-on to ensure you are doing your stretches properly. They also have good cardio and strengthening equipment for supervised use. Massage services are also provided. I highly recommend you contact them to aid you with your recovery journey.

I just finished my three months therapy session with Proactive Physiotherapy. They played a huge role in my recovery from a car accident. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for knowledgeable and helpful therapists.

Have been with Jay for over a year and have nothing but the utmost respect for him as a person and health care professional. I went to him originally for a car accident and he fixed me up a lot faster than I even thought was possible. Then i had an unexpected shoulder surgery which we are working through at the moment. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and super funny. The rest of the staff are all extremely competent as well. Have had lots of work done as well by Dr. Henry Tso, the chiropractor. He is also extremely competent and thorough. Chiropractic care can be a very tricky thing as there needs to be great trust between client and doctor, and he's the best I've ever seen. All around a clean, professional and welcoming environment where I will go exclusively from now on. I highly recommend!

My experience with ProActive Physiotherapy has been amazing after serious car accident. I had fracture and TMJ issues due this accident. Over the year, I attended ProActive Physiotherapy with their team of Physio, Chiro, Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist. Their knowledge, guidance and skills helped me to transition from not able to walk to get pain free into daily life and activities with my family and children. I was able to chew and use my jaw after few session as they have TMJ physio as well. I am glad that I went to ProActive Physio clinic for my injury. It was great from beginning as they took care of all the motor vehicle paperwork, talking to adjustors, sending letter to my doctor as well as direct billing my insurance. They are highly professional and always asked me about the recovery before going to next level. I am thankful to ProActive for giving me “me” back. I will definitely be visiting there again for all future needs and highly recommend them.

I have Crohn's and often have secondary joint/muscle flare-ups. I had several appointments at this clinic and they were very helpful with getting me over this last flare-up. Very conveniently located on Gateway Boulevard just south of Whitmud Drive.

I had surgery on my right wrist and elbow and after a couple of weeks of physio in another clinic, I felt like I was just wasting my time as I was not progressing at all. I went to Proactive Physiotherapy and after just a couple of sessions, I had significant improvement already! Awesome people over there and for easy to work with - had strained the muscles in my right arm to the point where I couldn't grip or hold anything and after about 5-6 sessions my arm was essentially back to normal. Would recommend
