I really appreciated the discount given for becoming a new member. It helps when starting a business. Friendly staff and had everything I needed.

I would never shop at this dystopian store. Wolf the owner, has decided to not allow us to use legal tender being that cash! So ridiculous, to lose business over that. Apparently Covid is the excuse and then they just decided to continue. There are far better products on the market now than what they offer anyway. And anyone becoming an aesthetician using this school, you better be the best of the best or you’ll never make it in the industry and that’s a fact. Mediocrity will get you nowhere. Truth.

Went in to pick up an online order. Realaized i needed to exchange for a different color.

There was no information given that the exchange would void the points i have earned from prior purchases. And that i was going to be charged full price and not straight accross exchange. Was very displeased with the service from the one lady. All in all i will be switching fully to the other products i use and not be returning.

This is my favourite local beauty supplier for ALL my spa needs. The staff/ owners are professional, helpful and very knowledgeable!

Pro beauty is an amazing company, I purchase Jam Gel I absolutely love this product, virtually no lifting and it strong with flexibility!

I love Pro Beauty Group but unfortunately had a not so good experience ordering my new Electric Massage Bed. I waited a little over 2 months for the bed to arrive as the shipping date kept being pushed, and when I received it, they had given me the wrong colour.
I would’ve expected such a great company to fix their mistake and pay for whatever had to be done in order to receive the bed I purchased in the first place. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case for me and they did all they could, which in return was sending me a bed cover and adding reward points to my account. I’m disappointed.

Was such a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in I was welcomed and greater also told of any specials and had all information for any inquiries I had. Absolutely love this place and will continue to give my business to it.

Super helpful staff. Jessica was so patient at explaining product and very knowledgeable. Really clean facility.
