Lana Lemay has been our broker for 14 years and she is absolutely wonderful! She's friendly, knowledgeable and super easy to talk to and deal with. I had a great experience using procom for insurance for 10 years. Wendy is an outstanding broker. I switched because the rate I could get elsewhere was much lower due to my profession, but I had years of great service through Wendy at Procom.
I've been with Procom for over 10 years, from when I first got my drivers license. Through the years I've had multiple products with them, but sadly they've really gone downhill in the last 3 years. I've had a number of issues with them claiming to send me documents that I've never received, resulting in what could have been catastrophic issues with my coverage, but they never took any actions to rectify the issue and implied I was lying. They've also emailed me documents belonging to another client, which is a huge privacy/confidentiality issue and never bothered to take any actions to rectify that. I finally cancelled and went elsewhere and now I not only get far better customer service but my premiums are much lower for improved coverage. One star is generous.
My broker was off a little early so I missed him when I went in for some help, the blonde lady who 'helped' me has left such a negative experience that I'll be leaving them to find a policy elsewhere, after using them for around 14 years and all I get is the reason of "oh I have plans after work' now I know why she didn't want to help a customer, because she 'had plans', who dosen't have plans after work? Service was much better before Rogers insurance bought them out, now it seems like they are there to collect a paycheck, not help serve customers.
Dont get insurance through procom if you think it is going to be a hassle for them because that is what i was told. I will hladly take my business somewhere else. UnprofessionalI called for a yearly quote had cash in hand. Talked to someone on the phone earlier and 5 days later still haven't heard back. I ended up going thru someone else. The lady on the phone was rude and asked why I don't just continue with the insurance we had apparently she did not want new business. I even called instead of filling out a silly online request so that I could get a real quote an not waste anyone's time. If you guys aren't wanting new business you should tell people instead of taking there info
