Smooth sailing for paperwork, renovated suite with brand new toilet, hard wood floor, windows blinds and vent. Ramil is very helpful leasing manager, I highly recommend him if u need rental assistance at boardwalk

Don't rent here very shady management they will take security deposit and use there regulations to keep it dont trust this place

I agree the building manager Lack communication, doesn't know how to talk nicely and polite to people she just pretend to be nice, this place is costly compared to the nearest apartmenst I'm moving out right away, how can a lease jump from $956 to $1269 market price and no free Telus, come on! I bet money will take people to hell one day, and telling us they care for us what care if not in action, Always small notification (notes) we don't feel like home.
