Dr. Morley and his staff are wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their patients.

After having a vet tell me my senior dog needed 12k surgery or euthanasia, I took him for a second opinion with Dr. Morley who did a thorough examination/tests then recommended a new medication and now my guy is back to his normal self and loving life again. I will continue to visit Dr. Morley and his staff as they are trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable.

We have taken our Golden Retriever to the Properties Animal Clinic since he was a puppy (over 2 years ago) and find Dr. Morley and the team to be very professional, helpful and kind. Our boy loves going there!

They got my dog in right away! Genuinely cared and worked quick to help ease our stress and hers. Fairly priced and thorough in their explanations of her care and medication needed.
My dog is usually stressed with new people and new places, she went with them willingly and calmly which means she felt safe. I really appreciated that!

I used to take my cat to another vet for years but we felt less care by their veterinary and we decided to visit Properties Animal Clinic. The receptionist was very kind and she listened to my concern sincerely and booked us for my cat’s check up.
A veterinarian and all the staff were very kind and care about my cat and they provided the helpful information how to lose his weight. The way they treated my cat was so much kinder and nicer than the other vet and I feel safe and trust taking him here.

All the staff here are wonderful people that truly care about your pets. They took excellent care of my two dogs, and we will continue to come to Properties for all of our vet needs.

I have been taking my dogs to this clinic for almost 30 years. Dr. Morley is an excellent, caring vet. He has always provided the best care for our various dogs over the years. He is thoughtful about finding the best, most economical treatment for your pet and will offer options without pressuring in one direction or another. I always feel he has our dogs’ best interests at heart. Highly recommend!

I'm back at Properties with Dr. Morely and his awesome staff after my last dog passed away 6 years ago.
Have been coming here since I moved to the area 23 years ago with 2 Rottis in a row faithfully visiting Dr. Morely, Lex & Hades.

Now we are back with Chewee for his 1st visit since coming home, i wouldn't take him anywhere else!

Everyone wants the best medical care for their pets as they're part of your family. The staff at Properties are super kind to you and your pets. Dr. Morley is the only one I would trust with my family.

My dog has been going to Dr Morley since Chomper was 6 months old, he turns 14 in 10 days. Thats a solid 13.5 years I've been going there, I would have gone somewhere else by now if they weren't so good.

Everyone here is so nice. My dog is not good at the vet (bites/growls) the vet will only do what my dog is comfortable with.he has to check her eye from across the room! Lol. They explain all procedures, and give you a quote before you decide. The vets here do NOT PRESSURE you to agree to any procedure. I love this place!

Great staff. Dr Morley is kind listens thoughtfully and explains carefully. His student staff, McK was also thoughtful. I trust this vet to give honest and sound advice.

Philipa, was quickly subdued by the amount of Care from the team there. Everything from the welcome to the delicate consultation since my girl is a little skittish but it wasn't long until someone came and took her away with agility and there she went to get her shots while I was able to run and get her cookies at the store knowing she was in great company. Very happy, she is now home and happily napping and probably dreaming of those great treats she got from that cute bald human and the little stroll she had with this nice lady who spoke to her so softly and kind with treats also. Great all around place, I recommend it especially for the time taken for research on travel regulations to Europe, thanks for everything, even the price surprised me how low it was for everything we had done.

I have been going to Properties Animal Clinic for years. Dr. Morley and his team always take the best care of my cats. They treat them and me with absolute kindness and respect. Dr. Morley gives all of the information about my cats during our check ups and ensures I understand everything we discuss.

Had missed appointments because reminders would get sent to my sister in law and not myself. Even though I changed it multiple times. Called the other day to mention I was running late for an appointment I thought I had, turns out I never had said appointment or any future appointments. Very frustrating. Next day, I get a call asking where I was for the appointment. I never scheduled an appointment. The clinic said I made the appointment the day prior when I never agreed to making any appointments. Then they said that since I had 3 missed appointments, I now have to pay for appointments when booking them. FOR APPOINTMENTS I NEVER KNEW ABOUT. I will say that 1 appointment was my fault but the other 2 were not.

Not pleased. Never coming back.

We've been taking our 3 year old Aussie doodle here since he was 12 weeks old! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr Morley is so lovely, but the other vets are as well!

Great vet! The informative staff are great and you can tell they all care about the animals in their care.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team. Milo's Dr. Kent is super patience and gentle. The team is amazing especially Ruth she is so helpful and informative with all the questions I have. -Thanks from Milo
