Very disorganized, rude, unprofessional front desk and referral person! I've been waiting for an update regarding a referral for pain management for 2 months and no call. Then I left them 5 messages and yet no response. It's pretty much like hide and seek with them and it's not fair most specially when youre dealing with so much pain! Then I finally spoke with Katherine from the referral desk and I told her my concern of none response from the clinic, she never listen, no apologies and cut me off. So rude! I mean I love Dr. Hudy, he is the best doctor I've know by far. He is attentive to his patients needs but his staff is not competent at all and cannot perform their duties the way they should. They can't messed up with people health concern! If I can give negative rating to this staff I would!
