I dont usually leave reviews. Prophet River deserves one. I purchased a used non restricted firearm online on a Sunday evening. They opened 9am Monday morning. By 9: 06am I had already received an email for transfer reference number from RCMP. Item was well packaged and shipped promptly. Honest accurate description of used item. I would not hesitate to order again.

Recently found a knife I had been looking for at Prophet River, after dealing with several places that claimed they had it but didn't, it was great to find people who do it right. It was nowhere to be found in the states. These guys are great to deal with highly recommend Prophet River.

Im not going to get into an email exchange. The reality is I really like this rifle and would recommend the product to anyone as it shoots point of aim. Just dont buy it from him. I genuinely want to make others aware so they dont get deceived and ripped off like i have been. He can post what he likes now. Anyone who knows me out there knows that i know my stuff on this. The gun was sold defective. No question about it.

Buyer beware. Do not deal with this Company. My wife purchased a rifle from them for a special birthday at a cost of $2500. When I went to fire it I knew immediately that it was defective and when I went to send it back they only offered to refund $1,700 as a trade in when it had only fired 20 rounds from new.

This dealer has two other similar rifles in stock that he has confirmed to me in writing have the same fault. I don’t believe if you purchased same from them that they would make you aware of offer to sell at a lower cost.

My local gunsmith has inspected the rifle and confirmed the fault, quote – I would say that the forend wood is looser fit than I would expect to see and could lead to breakage under recoil as happens in older wood in Winchester rifles, end quote.

I have made several online orders over the last couple of years with Prophet River Firearms and received good service and fast shipping. They have a very good product selection and also carry many items that are hard to find elsewhere. Recently I called with a few questions about an item I was interested in. I spoke to Chris and he was very friendly and helpful and promptly got back to me with the info I needed and then offered to complete the purchase over the phone. Two days later the package arrived at my home. Very fast shipping and great service from Prophet River, highly recommended.

I purchased a demo model shotgun and it didn't meet my expectations when I received it. I replied to Prophet River the same day and the team there, including the owner made everything right by working thru the process of returning the purchase. I had previously bought a new shotgun there and was also pleased with the customer centric values the team has there. It is a good measure of a company's customer commitment when things don't go right and they address it immediately to make it right. I would highly recommend Prophet River.

Called in for a Swarovski Z6 scope, Precision Optics have it $80 cheaper. Ask the sales man if he can price match that, he turned very rude, and told me no, and go ahead buy from the other store! First time call in this shop, and it will be my last time! Disappointed!

I very much enjoyed shopping here. I have not been to the store but I ordered a used gun online. Before the purchase I had questions and a couple of times I requested pictures. While I'll admit I certainty wasn't spending big bucks I felt through their prompt, professional replies and a quick conversation over the phone that they appreciated my businesses (a trait I find a little to rare). The item was exactly as described and great efforts were made to show a couple small comestic flaws (again used purchase). Shipping was fast and well packaged.

I will purchase from again.
