Don't ever deal with these guys. They will push you to get a brand new furnace. Even for a brand new one, they will ask 2000 dollars more than competition companies. My advice to people. Always get a second or even thord opinion. Always call Atco gas before you even call someone for a diagnosis. They will do it for free and make sure no gas leak present.

We had a furnace installed approximately 1 year ago. Today it went kaput. No one is answering the phones or returning messages. And the kicker? The type of furnace installed has a panel that is fully covered and requires special tools to remove so we can’t even check the pilot light, sensors etc.so is this just a ruse to make you use them, and then when you need them they do not answer? You are simply at their mercy to pump their revenue when things go wrong? I cannot express how disappointed I am with their service. Get a normal furnace, not one that forces you to go through a contractor

Woke up Christmas Eve morning to no heat, our furnace would not light. Called ProSolutions and they were onsite by 10am. So professional, knowledgeable and providing alternatives for repair and or replacement. The only company I will use!

Had a Amana furnace installed with a lifetime warranty on the exchanger so I was led to believe. Eleven years later the exchanger cracked and it was minus 30 on a Saturday night. The warranty was not honored by PROSOLUTIONS and I was left with replacing the furnace with PROSOLUTIONS, due to the cold and a weekend it did not allow me to shop around. Here we are eleven month later with the new furnace TRU BY TRANE decides not to work at 9: 00 pm. Called the 24 hour emergency number and recieved no answer all night. The phone was answered at 8: 00, by Irene. After I explained my dilemma I was told there is no tech available till Jan 10. I explained the furnace is only Eleven months old and is under warranty. Irene stated "It's the manufacturer warranty not ours and I needed to call a different Hvac tech. Great company's would stand by what they sell and honor the warranty that they promote.

The guys arrived yesterday and installed the furnace and humidifier.they did everything quickly and efficiently. Thank you

After purchasing a new Hot water tank and furnace 9 years ago, I thought it was time to replace the anode rod inside my hot water tank as a maintenance item - hoping to extend the life of the tank. I was informed that prosolutions doesn't perform the anode rod replacement. I was shocked to hear that they don't service that part of the hot water tank.i was told "we don't like to do it". I have done several replacements on my own and it's a very simple procedure. Very surprised and dissapointed that they wont do a simple maintenance procedure to extend the life of the product they sold me. Literally the ONLY internal REPLACEABLE part that extends the life of the tank - they don't do.how convenient.

When our water heater tanks started leaking we called several places but ProSolutions was the one that responded immediately. A rep, Ryan, came within the hour to assess the situation and said they could replace the next day. He pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of tank or tankless water heaters. We opted for the latter. The next day Tyson and Paul worked 6 hours straight through to remove the old tanks and replace with the new system. They did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the tankless water heater. They also cleaned up everything. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new water heater.

Ryan really knows his stuff when it comes to HRVs (ours needed replacing). He answered all of my technical questions thoroughly and patiently and the install was arranged and carried out the next day. New unit is exceeding my expectations!

Quick service today the gentlemen that were here was Calvin and Sergei let me tell you solid install solid company so happy to have heat again.

Furnace was working fine but weird smell coming from the furnace at the house at my rental, tenant called those guys to check it out.tech came took a look said furnace is in a poor shape and needs replacement, motors are worn out and and IGNITER IS BROKEN.
Had second opinion from trusted source.said motor is worn thats correct, but thats 760$ part.also said tech who touched it before broke igniter as it wasnt careful taking furnace appart.so care to explain why you saying furnace needs to be replaced over a simple motor fix? People please always get second opinion

Could not recommend them enough, furnace needed to be replaced, Ryan was so professional and knowledgeable, explained everything helped choosing the right replacement, within hours the installers came (Carter and Calvin?) these kids were fantastic, no mess, fast and very respectful! Could not recommend them enough! We will totally use them again for any servicing.

I booked this company to check my furnace. I have worst experience with this company. The guy who visited my house did not give any information what he found and does not want to tell the model and parts# what he want to change. They sent me the invoice for service call without any information about their finding and what need to fix.
I called to the office and office stuff was very rude and doesn't want to give any details about the finding even though I paid for the service call. She said they can fix if I go with them and ask lot more money than other company. I fix it with other company 60% lower price.
I recommend for the future customer not to go to this company as their service is very poor and high end price.
