Would not recommend for restoration services. Our insurance hired them to come deal with a water leak in our basement. The service from start to finish was not very good. From being told to sign something so they could take photos only, and then find out it was a work authorization that they weren't honest about us signing. Being told they would return in 48 hours but then not hearing from them and no one coming back for 5 days. We had to follow up and were told the technician that was there went on vacation and that's why we hadn't heard back. Invoice charges for 6 hours of work when the technicians were only on site for an hour. I have a doorbell camera and had proof of when they arrived and when they left. And then to top it off, they send me a quote to put the insulation and drywall back, but not actually providing a quote for the cause which was a crack in our window which leaked. So they came in, took a chunk of wall out and then sent a quote to put everything back without fixing the crack. I'm still waiting for the quote to repair the window crack so it doesn't leak again, but they have failed to send me it still. I'm pretty sure they didn't actually diagnose the window issue. At the end of the day they provided a discount on the initial work because the invoice had charges that weren't accurate on it and said they would ensure that their workers are more clear when having work authorizations signed. I appreciate this, but the whole process was stressful and seemingly very expensive from the start. I've had a third party come look and provide a second opinion and they were shocked by the pricing for the fix.

We had ProStar in to clean our upholstered furniture and carpets. Amazing job! Everything was so thoroughly cleaned, and the tech on site was professional, hard-working and friendly. A service we will definitely use again.

Their truck just drove through a construction area on Highway 1 near Canmore way way above the construction double fine limit of 50.

Clayton came to assess water damage in my bathroom. He was professional and excellent to work with. I highly recommend.

Haven't used their service yet but when I called to get a quote the lady who initially took the call admitted it was not her Dept but she will ensure I get a call back. The restoration cleaning manager called me and spent some time with me on the phone to understand the situation and give me a quote. Ran me through the procedure to lay out the costs. They're also relatively cheaper than another company I had obtained a quote from.

Because of their respective and helpful service simply over the phone, I would use them if I could and recommend them!

Hannah did an amazing job cleaning and Lucas was very polite and courteous as he moved the equipment into place. Jill was helpful as she explained the process. As a team they were very professional and I would recommend them and Pro Star to anyone.

ProStar professionally managed the roofing, siding, and eavestrough replacement due to hail damage. Given many challenges during Covid-19 restrictions they were able to meet reasonable timelines. ProStar also responded to all concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.

Prostar did our move out cleaning for a condo in downtown Calgary. They did an incredible job and I feel like the rate was very reasonable. Our entire security deposit was returned and we will happily use the service again/ recommend to others. Thanks Prostar!

Prostar was brought in to clean up and organize a home that was full of papers, books, piles of garbage, recycling, etc.
Jessica and Claudia came in for two days (phase one) and I couldn’t believe what they achieved in that short amount of time! It looked like it did originally years ago, and they had brought in 3 air cleaners and that had also helped. They were both prompt, professional, and friendly. Also respectful of the Covid restrictions. I would highly recommend Prostar to anyone requiring a deep cleaning of their home.

ProStar was amazing! All staff were easy to deal with and honest including the cleaner, the office staff and management. I was amazed at the cleaning job that was done. They saved areas that I thought were unsalvageable. They communicated with me regularly to ensure that everything I needed was completed. This company was very professional, honest and excellent to work with. The cleaning manager was excellent to deal with and provided great feedback and advice, the prices were fair and I absolutely would recommend them for deep cleaning services.

We received exceptional service from ProStar, in particular Clint Leite one of ProStar's Project Managers. Clint had a number of different trades and people organized to get our place back into working order very quickly. He is an excellent organizer and I believe he went above and beyond to get us operational as fast as he did. I would not hesitate to recommend ProStar in particular Clint Leite as an excellent project manager.

Amazing company to work for and to have work completed by. I worked at Prostar for over 10 years and the knowledge, expertise and training is amazing. I've also had work completed in my house since I worked there and the quality, workmanship is amazing.

I have used ProStar in the past and again today. They are my go to! The job is always done thorough, they don’t cut corners. Carpets look brand new, stains removed.
