Had protec come out to help me deal with mice that had winter hibernated in the insulation in the underneath of the floor of my deck. Michael did an outstanding job even cleaned up all the droppings he could.i am very please and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I have used them for a few years now for wasp nests that like to set up in my retaining walls. They've always provided great service. This year when I called, I was in a jam time wise and even though they were super busy, they made it work help me out. I know the wasps will be back next year, and they're the only ones I will call. I called Protec Pest Control to ask what it would cost to get their services to Banff to deal with a Spider Beetle problem and instantly their service person said "I wouldn't be needing my services. " and proceeds to walk me through the issue and how to deal with it myself. The level of professional respect, and fairness was accepted gracious and well above standard. Our back yard was over run with ants. They were ruining our patio with tunneling under the patio stones, creeped me out in my garden boxes, and generally made being in the yard disheartening.we tried every kind of ant trap and ant potion on the market and nothing worked. Kent from Protec explained the process and the safety of the chemical and treated our front and back yards and around the sides of the house. Next day - No Ants! What a relief. We just had someone out to help with mice issues on our old farm house. He spotted many areas we would not have noticed and helped us figure out what areas to focus on repairing or sealing up. Both him and the owner were very pleasant and helpful to speak with. I feel like this was a good investment and I wish I hadn't waited so long to get help from a pro. They also helped with some suggestions on keeping our costs down as we live over 2 hours away, which was very appreciated.
