I had 4 extinguishers that needed to be tested.
The service guy (Whan) who took the order was very helpful by unloading the FEs and taking my information.
I came by at 2: 00 pm and they were willing to get the testing done that same afternoon. I asked for them for the next morning.
I was later informed that 2 of the FEs were past their prime and would need to be replaced.
When I came to pick them up I was greeted by Andy Bibby who explained all that needed to be done to the FEs and why the 2 FEs couldn't be used any more.
He was friendly and loaded the FEs into my truck.
Proudline is not yet set up for payment by credit card so bring your cheque book or cash. Andy says that the credit card thing is on the process of being set up.
Overall a great experience.
