This is undoubtedly a perfect service, I have to leave my best feedback, because our English is not good, but the staff here Sandra and Carmen explained everything to us patiently, I will definitely recommend this place to my friends, thank you guys and wish you all the best.

Friendly welcoming staff who listen, then offer valuable suggestions. The centre is very clean and organized. As a result this is our second time with a unit.

So I'd stay away from public storage if I were you, my grandmother have a serious heart attack, and is in kidney failure and I'm stuck in another province, there online service is a joke to pay you bill, when I talked to the office she basically said i have to go to the office to pay 7 HOURS AWAY! Just because I don't have someone to go in for me to pay because you online bill paying system is a big joke! Plus if your two mins past the gate time they hold you in the lot against your will and call the cops even tho you are talking to the main office.publicstorage is a money grab that steals your stuff when you don't know anyone in town but you have the money.

I rented with Public Storage Country Hills Landing for 20 months. I found the staff very nice and the facility clean and well maintained. I was very happy with my experience until early 2022, post pandemic, when I received a substantial rent increase. Being semi-retired I had already been selling off and reducing my personal inventory to reduce my room size and overhead. So I was very frustrated when after reducing enough to be able to move to a smaller room I was told that I would only save about $5 per month due to pricing algorithm or demand. I wouldn't call that good customer relations. I immediately set a goal of vacating the site at the earliest possible opportunity. RB

I spoke with Gerry about renting a storage locker and the experience was very informative and hassle free. The tour of the storage facility was very welcoming. Afterwards I filled in some paperwork and got a storage locker within an hour. I only wish they had more of the 5 foot x 5 foot storage lockers available for rent but the early bird gets the worm they say. Would recommend this facility for your storage needs. The staff keep this storage facility neat and tidy at all times. During the winter all of the roadways, parking spots, entry and exit gates were cleared of snow and sanded/salted. The hallways are swept frequently and all access doorways are fully functional and clear of garbage. A wonderful place to store seasonal belongings for the winter and summer change overs.

Very friendly and helpful staff when I was getting my storage locker and when I cancelled. No problems accessing my locker whenever I needed it. I would definitely rent a locker from them again.

Very informative, quick and friendly staff, they really know their stuff, have me a tour and answered most of my questions before I even had to ask them. Christale was excellent, very quick and thorough at the same time nothing but great things to say about the entire team.

Carmen was very professional, organized, and polite. There is a surprising amount of paperwork, potentially that could be replaced and made more efficient using a software platform on a tablet. Even so, I was very impressed and would recommend Public Storage, and particularly the Harvest Hills location in northwest Calgary.
