The team at this public storage location are amazing. Janice, Chris and Crystal were so incredibly kind to let us in just as they had locked the doors so my mom - who was travelling the next day - could get some extra packing supplies she hadn’t anticipated needing. I can’t thank the team enough for being so understanding when they could have simply turned us away to head home. That act of kindness in the moment showed me that is how they treat people on a day to day.

I’m a repeat customer. I always return to this location. I always have great customer service with the staff. Laura & Chris were very helpful. The staff make moving a lot less stressful. I will definitely return to this location if I require another storage unit in the future. I highly recommend Public Storage for their helpfulness and great service. Thank you for all your help. It’s very much appreciated.)

Used to have great service for years. Severe decline this year.

Staff slow when available (close shop mid-day and put up signage with incorrect return times) do not clearly articulate information.

I have been with Public Storage for 7 years now. They are almost family. Best storage space out there. They have always been great to deal with. I have even downsized and they are there to help and give advice on how to do it easier for me. They also have recommended a fabulous moving company and that worked well also. If your looking for storage long or short term, This should be your number 1 go to.

Marvelous ladies to help finish up our reservation today. I haven’t experienced that level of customer service in a very long time. Regional manager treat these valued employees well as there are fewer and fewer people with that kind of energy, knowledge. Very Genuine down to earth people. Not many like them working anywhere, Not only are they. Good at their jobs they work together as a team very well.

They work harder then many 20 and 30 year olds i have encountered in the many sectors of the service industry

Front office staff @ the Blackfoot location are awesome. We're always treated like family & never feel anything but important.

This is my first full day in Calgary after moving from Ontario. Drove 3,800km so I was exhausted from the move.it was definitely refreshing to see Janet and Chris plus there was another woman but I forgot her name, all 3 super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They even took time to tell me about things around the city to help me settle in this area.
10/5 this is the only storage I'll use for my entire time in this area.

I was looking to move from 1 home to another & a storage space is essential in between transition. It was my first time to use one. Chris at Public Storage was very informative about the facility & showed me 2 actual size of storage. During our space tour I felt safe keeping my things here. So I signed the contract the next day.

I could not have had a better experience than using the Southeast Public Storage. They were the nicest people, and treated me like I was there first customer, not one of hundreds. Storage is personal, and they seemed to understand that. Everything was so clearly explained. They didn't rush me, even though I hadn't used a storage facility previously and needed everything explained from start to finish. Everything in the facility was spotlessly clean and I feel my storage space is as safe as I could hope for. They explained everything, including their saftey process, clearly before I signed any of the paperwork. And the pricing was much better then those my family had checked out for me, including places I would not have felt comfortable storing my items in anyway. I honestly wouldn't store anywhere else. I feel as good as I would if all those personal items were stored in my home.

Most accommodating, best customer service, this public’s storage is my favourite out of three that I’ve used!
