First time using Public Storage and was impressed with the ease of the process to secure a storage unit. Used the online process to reserve a unit and in person for the paperwork.

Hello I was there yesterday it was my 1st time I met such a lovely person alev there she helped me with respect and very kindly I'm really happy for using this place.

Just got my first experience renting some temporary storage and I gotta say Melissa made my visit a breeze. She made everything easy and gave me a clear understanding that I was in the right place.
With Carmen’s expertise and friendly way with words made my impression more the family vibe rather than the big chain company. My rating outta 5 is a easy 10

The two ladies that assisted me, Alev and Melisa, were knowledgeable, and very personable. They treated me like a long time customer from when I first walked in.
Was a pleasure dealing with them. The parking cost is a bit dear, but the convenience of the location and friendly staff make it worth while

Our company rented a space at this facility for about 6 months.
The process wasn't time consuming and went smoothly.
When we no longer needed the space it was another easy process.
I had dealt mainly with Sandra, I appreciated her customer service and the time she took to make sure that all was understood.
If we need this type of facility again we'll this will be the location we'll choose.

Units and property are very clean. We received excellent service from Carmen! They helped us with our rental unit and answered all of our questions.

Crystal set up appointment and got me started and then Maria and Fitsy took very good care of walking me through the process and doing the paperwork to sign me up. Now I have storage and access that works great for me. And at a great price. THANK YOU!

Crystal helped get things rolling over the phonel. Unit was clean and fine, however the amount of paperwork to set it up is obscene. Over an hour just in paper of almost identical forms.

The amount of forms I filled out was ridiculous, It was for a parking spot & storage locker -They made me complete the exact same form long hand 4 times, the only thing that was different was the identify #;s at the top of the documents - it took me over an hour to complete the forms, the movers got to the site after me, they had already unpacked a whole 1 bedroom apartment.cleaned out there truck & left before I was done filling out forms (the same one's) I asked the rep, if they could just photo copy them, change the #'s at the top & I would sign each one -The rep refused & insisted I complete them all in long form - It was ridiculous, I could have spit bullets by the time I left there I was furious

When my short stay turned into a longer one the staff in the office were friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Reserved online. I was unable to make it in for a couple days, so they called me to see if I still wanted the unit. When I arrived Crystal took me to pick my unit. Offered me a great price. We went through the paperwork in a timely fashion. Great service, friendly and keeping up with COVID protocols.

Best storage, they have high security on gate, slots of parking space and location is very good, because there is u haul rental neighborhood very close to their location on 23 st, it was very simple to release my stuff in the end after 3 month of storage, price is little bit high but better than u haul storage.

Staff friendly and helpful. Unit didnt lock properly after renting it so went to a different location with heat. Got no refund after finding this out and signing for a month 1/2. Sucks to be me

Great communication right from my initial inquiry online. Many companies have mission statements on the wall that are not important to/or bought into by the employees. Public Storage employees seem to believe and adhere to their mission statement. A pleasure to experience as a customer.

Clean, well run, the staff is kind and helpful. As with all storage, I find it expensive but that is generally the case. They seemed to be priced in the average ballpark.

Great location and great people working at this Public Storage site. I required flexibility with my locker and the staff helped me through a difficult move. I've used storage lockers with other companies in the past, but I would say that the level of service at this location is the best I've ever experienced. Very impressed.

Had a space for the past 7 years. Everyone always friendly and helpful - and they kept it clean and secure. I recommend for anyone who needs some extra room!

It was a pleasure renting from Public Storage. Crystal and her teammates did a great job from my regestration day where Crystal managed to juggle 3 of customers at once eliminating any stress of waiting, and all through my many months of renting a storage unit, she and her team always had a cheery hello and answered any questions I may have had. This is the 2nd time I've used Public Storage. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The business was conveniently located & easy to access. There was a choice of unit sizes so I was able to get the right size for me.

Crystal, et al, handled our situation with professionalism and efficiency. I found it a bit odd (nothing to do with staff) that all of the forms cannot be filled in electronically and simply signed by the client. Most institution handle legal documents in this manner.

Still, we are happy with our storage choice.

We used them for storage for a couple of years and the service was quite good. They would send reminders just in time to avoid late charges. Also as we were moving out they were very helpful and accommodating so I would recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Storage unit was clean and easily accessible albeit a little chilly in -20 weather. Would store here again.
